I ordered a simple everything bagel with cream cheese, but the cream cheese came in little packets rather than being spread on the bagel. I've also had better bagels elsewhere, so it just didn't live up to my expectations. The customer service was also a little underwhelming. I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing, and while the woman at the front counter wasn't rude, she didn't seem particularly warm or welcoming and almost seemed annoyed that I had come in so close to closing time. Hopefully, this was just an off experience because I really enjoyed the other location. I may give this one another try, but I definitely left disappointed this time.
