Everyday my elderly friend goes and gets a large sweet tea for$3.21, except today. He was told after months of getting g it at this price it was no longer available. I find that absurd that you have to buy a meal to get the senior discount. Our seniors have done so much for us and we can't give them a .$33 sent break on a tea. Shame on you Zaxbys shame on you. We needed a quick lunch option today so we decided to go for the drive through at Zaxby's. Frankly I despise drive thru's. The pressure to make a quick decision so the line can move is just way too much!!! But that was the point so we pulled up and placed our order. We couldn't understand the team member on the speaker and when I pulled up I realized it was because he was trying to talk through his mask. But we did get our lunch VERY quickly and it was exactly as we ordered. The only improvement suggestion is that I'd recommend a little smaller chop on the salad veggies. Some of my salad was impossible to eat without a knife to cut it up! (Which the meal didn't come with)! But it was still very good! read more

I find Zaxby's in Crawfordville to be very nice. Tim the manager is always very helpful and very kind. The food is always delicious and especially the blue salad with blackened chicken and blue cheese dressing, regular salad with grilled chicken and light ranch dressing, grilled chicken breast cut up on the side for my puppy. Just disappointed that I didn't get any Zaxby's sauce. I get my chicken tenders at Zaxby's for 1 reason! ...and that is for he Zax's sauce. First, they forgot the tenders and gave me I'll say BBQ or buffalo wings. After returning to getting my tenders - I opened the box - 5 minutes later going down the road.... to find that I am missing Zax sauce. The 1 reason I went to Zaxby's in the first place. Today is Monday November 27th. I went to the drive-thru at Zaxby's and ordered the usual Zaxby's fried chicken salad with ranch dressing instead of the house. For some reason the female taking the order could not get it right. When I offered to repeat it she giggled and said something that I couldn't really understand. So I canceled the second part of the order which was a snack meal and said just give me the salad. Yeah when I got around to the window there was a guy at the window named Kayden I asked him to ask the female that took the order to come to the window. She was at the drink machine with her back to us and kept it that way and never even looked toward the window. And her name was Haley the same girl that had this crappy attitude on the front line. The guy at the window never got the girl to come to the window. Once I got home I called the restaurant and talked to the manager who actually offered nothing as an apology or anything. This place gets a zero and I will never eat there again. I wasn't contacted by the manager nor anyone from Zaxby's with the last review about the same cashier maybe it will be different this time. read more

Delicious! Try the fried Chicken Fingerz or the grilled chicken sandwich! Food comes out quick (if you are going at lunch and have to get back to work) and is always hot and fresh! I ordered 5 chicken tenders which didn't have much seasoning in the bread. The Zaxby's sauce taste a lot like fry sauce. The barbecue sauce had a little kick to it. My husband ordered 10 BBQ wings which were ok. The Tator Chips are freshly made potato chips with lots of seasoning. The best thing we ordered was the banana pudding shake.
