I went back to this location after a few years boycott, and I was amazed to see an entire new staff, kitchen and serving in the front counter. and they are so friendly and the food is much better. they actually told me to have a seat and they'll bring me my order and they did so with a smile and asked if I need anything else just to ask at the front counter... I'm in love with this place. I recommend everyone stop hating on this BK and give them an honest chance and you'll fall in love also. This place is awful. How can they not find people to work there that can get it together. McDonald's, duchess and KFC all have drive thrus w competent workers. I walked into this store and wasn't wearing a mask. I couldn't see the sign on door, coming from darkness to light. So when I was standing at the counter , one of the girls in the front (MOD), told me I needed a mask, that's the store policy. I complied and went out to get one and came back in.  After taking my order, the (MOD) was in the back handling food (Hamburgers patties) without wearing a mask at all. When she came up front again (she was working drive-through) I asked her, nicely, why she made me wear a mask, yet she was handling food without wearing one. Her and the other girl up front, both began to attack me, saying what does it matter anyway.  Well if we need to, and I did, and their handling food, then they Must, AT ALL TIMES!  As I was leaving they both were belittling me still and one of them even called me a Cunt! I'm not 100% sure which one, but I believe it was the one that I'm attaching a picture of that said it. why can't there be zero stars? Every time you come here you have to literally make it a half an hour ordeal because they have you pull into the front. There was nobody in front of us and now there is four cars behind us. We have been waiting for a burger for 15 minutes now. I haven't been here in a while but the other night I stopped and the place was very clean inside and the staff seemed to be friendly and accommodating to me since I was the only customer inside. Just went to BK in Ansonia CT! Spend $36.00. They didn't give me my onion ring. I asked for no ketchup for 1 of my orders had ketchup. This is the dirtiest Burger King in Connecticut. I have gone here a few times and will never come here again. Okay, a while ago my friend told me a nightmare story about this place, so I haven't been back since. Today I was looking for a cheap quick lunch and felt like a burger. Since Mc Donald's is being rebuilt I decided to give the King another chance. Went in and order two number ones with one Hershey pie. 19 and change! (Maybe they should get paid 15.00 a hour.) It came out fast but NOT fresh. There was no ketchup in the pump and the soda machine only had a few selection. The over flow and ice pour out was dried and cover with pink bacteria. Definitely has not been cleaned yesterday or today. I sat down to eat and then the place got pretty ghetto. The workers started to call each other names and laugh and carry on. I'm ONLY giving this location 3 stars because my friend works here and he busts his ASS to make consistently good food. If it weren't for him, this location would go out of business. I'm not even just saying that because he's my friend, but because he's been here for 2 years and does everything the way he was taught. These people always get the orders wrong. I ordered 2 whoppers a plain whopper cheese and a Regular whopper with cheese. I got a super cold whopper with everything and another whopper with everything and no cheese.
