Exactly what we expect out of a good Burger King; hot fries, fast food, and really nice employees. I got the chicken with bacon and Swiss. My husband had a double whopper with cheese. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The parking lot and store were clean. Tons of parking on both sides of the restaurant. I'm not sure what is going on with Burger King employees, but I don't appreciate being rushed to order my food, trying to provide clarification about my order, which is always an impossible whopper without cheese and mayonnaise and Add barbecue sauce. They rushed us and on top of that they put cheese on my burger. This is the second time I have been to a Burger King in a week where this has happened. At no point did I ever mention an impossible whopper with cheese. The sweet tea is Nestlé. It's not even homemade Sweet Tea like other Burger King's. This is just not a good experience. read more

Everyone always posts negative experience reviews but I felt like I needed to post having a positive experience. This is one of the better, dare I say best, experiences at a Burger King I have had in a long time. The food was fresh and hot with appropriate flavor. The jalapeño bites and onion rings were probably the best indicators as both were hot, tasted freshly made, and the inside was appropriately hot - often not the case I find at other locations. The service was efficient and friendly. We chose to dine inside this time, for reference I user my last dine in experience earlier this year at another location where I ordered almost the identical meal. Though nothing special about the decor of the location, the music playing was loud enough to be heard but only just so, which was appropriated. The restaurant while not spotless and tidy was reasonably clean for a fast food location. Perhaps it was the location, the time of day (~2 on a Sunday), the employees, or a mix but I'll definitely consider the location again in the future unlike some I have visited over the years. read more

I'm not a frequent fast food person except for an occasional ice cream. However, there wasn't much more in the immediate area to choose from, and my family won the selection choice. Anyway! After a LONG wait at Wendys across the way, we decided to cross the street to Burger King, we should have come to BK 1st.! I have honestly never been to a more friendly fast food restaurant . I did have a burger, fries, and ice cream on this day. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from food suggestions and descriptions to making sure the ice cream was served up just right. The food was hot, and the facility was clean and calm. I've visited this location a few times for brkfst, when I can get there b4 10:30 am. Usually there's an older woman that takes my order and she's always been pleasant and efficient. But one time I went and a guy took my order. I said my order twice and he repeated it. Two egg and cheese croissan'wich. I got home and I had sausage, egg and cheese! Food was cool to lukewarm. I ordered a 2 for 1, but only 1 was delivered. Original Chicken Sandwich had way too much mayo. Frozen Coke® was melted and flat. Got a small fries when I ordered large. Overall, a poor experience. I get the feeling the restaurant just tossed whatever leftovers they had in the bag instead of anything fresh . I hate restaurants that send what would have been tossed in the trash to delivery orders. the cup the frozen Frozen Coke® was in smelled like piss, and no I'm not exaggerating. I didn't drink it because of that. I won't order from this Burger King again nor will I go there in person. I went to BK for lunch.I ordered 2 whopper cheese meals and jr whopper meal. They game me all Impossible Burgers. Asked for fries they gave me all onion rings. No one bothered to answer the drive-through window, and when we pulled up to the window to see if we could order there were at least three people in there and no one answered or came to the window. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will not be patronizing this place at all, new management and staffing definitely necessary because it appeared to be a manager behind the window and he never looked up or came to the window. Sometime we grab breakfast here when in rush. Not bad for fast food. The crowd in here is a bit mixed and sometime leaves you feel insecure. The staff is also 50/50, some are great and some are on the opposite end of great. However, not much to complaint. read more

I have been there twice, both times a disaster. The whopper was so cold that the cheese would not even melt on it. Sad!! The onion rings were hot, I will give them that, but SO GREASY. What a shame, but I cannot go back. I ended up throwing the Whoppers out. read more

Nice place, when we asked for onion rings the cashier said in a nice way that they where out. The food was good and the wait was nice. They also where out of Diet Coke which made me wonder why they were out of 2 common things in their menu. But the burger was good and the fries where nice and crispy. I ordered through the app. The restaurant did not pick up once the 21 times I called except to then hang up, and the driver came according to a security officer I later called, kept calling the restaurant instead of me, didn't know any English but was directed by the college public safety where to go, and didn't come. If I had to describe this location in one word it would be - nauseating. Eating a cold pitiful burger was the least of my problems. The wilted lettuce, lukewarm dry patty and overwhelming glob of mayonnaise sure made this a great treat (sarcasm) Having food poisoning for the next 3 days was the icing on the cake. The manager here is extremely rude. My mother and I visited the drive thru and paid for our order then watched as the cashier walked away. After getting our order (which took quite a while to come out) my mother realized she did not receive her change. She asked the cashier and she had an extra receipt right there waiting and handed it to my mother and stated she did give her the change. (How convenient that she just happened to have an extra receipt waiting!) My mom stopped to look in her purse to make sure but figured it was the cashier's word against ours at that point. I told her we should at least report it to the manager so he could be on the look out so I called the number on the receipt and the manager got on the phone with an attitude as if he already knew why we were calling. The first thing out of his mouth was "you did get your change". I asked if he was watching the transaction and he said no but he "knew" we got our change. I asked if the transaction was recorded and he stated yes, that's how I know" but when I asked if we could return to watch the video he told us only the owner could do that and he had no idea when the owner would return to the location. Poor customer service and rude attitudes should not be the norm for fast food restaurants. Of course I'm posting this to twitter, calling and emailing corporate, and getting in contact with the owner. read more
