No, stars if possible. This is a very racist establishment. Manuel was very rude. His tine was rude. He ignored us for 10mins while standing at the counter. The food was cold and disgusting. We took the food back and he acted as if we were the problem because we asked for fresh food. The onion rings were cold the burgers were old and disgusting.We paid for cheese and he didn't put it on the any of the burgers. We asked him for King hats for my grandbabies and he told us he was too busy to give us a hat that was already folded sitting on the counter right in front of him. When I asked for a manager and the GM number he walked off and said he didn't have time for this shyt it was literally one person in the drive thur and not one guest in the entire restaurant. Burger King needs to do better. I will never visit here again. read more

The absolute worst service I have ever received. If someone is not happy working at their job they should just quit and go do something else. Order #DT-160 just in case someone who matters sees this. The employee was very rude. Everything I spoke through the drive thru he would reply with "huh?" He must have said that about 7 times after every one of my sentences. Then they left out 1 of my items and I kept tapping the horn so he would come back to the window and after about 3 minutes of waiting I had to start knocking on the window so he would come back and check to see what I wanted. He didn't apologize for getting the order wrong and he was just so rude I will never visit that place again. read more

BURGER MADE WITH WHAT APPEARED TO BE FOOD WASTE Bun was completely burned black on inside. Other side was totally raw. Beef was not a patty, it was pieces of beef sliced off other patties, in strips like scraps Order was wrong and we had to wait 5-6 minutes to get it correct only to discover they made the whopper out of burned scraps of what looked like food waste. Called and spoke to shift manager who refused to give her full name. She was defensive saying she was busy doing inventory. Food was cold. Absolutely worse experience with a Burger King anywhere. Did not refund money. Never again will I go to this store. Disappointed in the way I was treated by the shift manager after lodging my justified complaint and stunned that anyone would ever use what looked like food waste to cobble together and sell as a whopper. read more

I just had the most racist experience at the Highland Square location in Alvin TX. A very rude Hispanic woman took my order. She did not understand or speak English very well and I had to repeat my order several times. She was very condescending towards me, an English-speaking white woman. Maybe bullying would have been a better description, she certainly has an attitude. Also the croissants were not properly/safely cooked, the eggs still had ice crystals in them. read more

Buns were cold to touch, meat not fresh from grill... probably heat lamp & fries had been sitting too long. Was not impressed with having to wait almost 20 mins for food when we were the only people inside. The picture of the insects in the cookie box sums up my experience. If only 0 stars could be given. This place is TERRIBLE. This has got to be the SLOWEST fast food in Alvin, I always hate going to WhataBurger because they're so slow, but at least they're always busy and have half an excuse. I went to this BK earlier this month to grab some lunch. An adult meal and a kids meal. I was waiting for 50 minutes to an hour, they weren't busy. I went today for 2 MILKSHAKES, that's it. 2 cars in front of me, and probably 3 cars out front. I was there for 45+ minutes. THAT'S INSANE. I try to be understanding, because I've worked in fastfood (including BK), but it's just NOT that hard. If anyone knows how to get ahold of this franchise owner, let me know. If this was my franchise, I'd want to know that it needs serious help. read more

She literally made me feel like I was getting on her nerves and I only ordered two things. I called to make a complaint and some manager guy said "I only have one lady working the drive through and she's not that bad" WHAT ?! I am sure this would have been 5 stars as they were fast. It seemed fresh but my patties seemed pre-cooked (I used to work at a Burger King) and they do not follow directions. I asked for a kids meal and a bunless burger between lettuce leaves on the outside. I got the burger no bun with nothing to hold it together. No lettuce on the outside like other places. Burger king in Alvin: I have to say, today was the worst experience I have had at that location. I ordered a 79 cent sausage biscuit. I received my bag through drive through. Got all the way to work. Opened up my biscuit. And it literrally crumbled in my hands. The closest that I can explain how it looked. Was if they put the biscuit together with the sausage. Wrapped it, And stepped on it. I could not even put strawberry jam on it. Very dissappointed in how they served me that sausage biscuit thinking it was ok. Even if it was only a 79 cents. I also bought a medium coffee. The coffee is really good. Make sure you ask for a spoon so you can scoop up the broken up biscuit. read more
