Horrible- I think we got a mild case of food poisoning. Bu the time we got home my husband was sick, he went to the restroom quickly then went to sleep. Service at this location is terrible. The staff has an attitude like you are bothering them by being there. The subs are good so we have gone back anyway however, tonight we went in and stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. The staff were sitting at a table looking at their cell phones and giggling. They never even acknowledged that we had walked in. Not a single customer in the place Besides us. I checked the restaurant's hours and found it closed at 9:00 pm. Grubhub's representative contacted the driver, who then confirmed they had already closed before they could pick up my order. After waiting 1.5 hours, I was told my order wouldn't arrive. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative said nothing could be done and abruptly hung up. Got there at 2:15 on a Friday. No other customers. Ordered 2 steak & cheese. Looked around as I waited about 10 minutes. There is food on the trash can tops, a spill in the floor with a wet sign put on top of it, 3 tables had food on the floor underneath, the drink counter needs cleaned, the rug is still rolled up, the order counter has old receipts, dust on register, food crumbs on the long counter where you pick up your food. The sandwich is covered in mayo and slips apart making the entire bun wet and slippery. Used a fork to eat. Will not be back ever. read more

Firehouse subs is one of our favorite places to dine but not this one and if we go back it will be months. We were greeted in the parking lot by the off road high beam head lights and fog lights of the Firehouse delivery guy an older person driving a older sedan, why blind people. We brushed that off and went inside, the business was clean which is always good. We were the only patrons in the building as soon as we stepped up to the register the cashier walked away to fiddle with the soda fountain?. So he came back to the register and took our order and we sat down. The young boy decided to walk out and fiddle with the soda machine, I can only assume it was to show off that his pants were sagging below his little butt not a good look for a frail male, we were grateful his shirt was long enough and still tucked in to his sagging pants so as to hide his little man panties, still this is not proper. No one I'm the drive through and two table of customers (3 and 2 people) There is one person making sandwiches while the manager is interviewing someone. She looks at the six of us and says "it will be a few minutes." Question: why not ask the person you are interviewing to wait a few minutes while you tend to your customers? Let me start by saying I have never had a problem with this location nor the staff. They are great. My issue is with the Firehouse Subs corporation. today, I was craving Firehouse and stopped by. Drive thru was nice. I ordered a large hero sub. No combo, no chips no drink. I did add mushrooms and jalapeños. My total was $15. For a sandwich, by itself, for one person. I think their prices are getting too high for what they give you. Years ago, firehouse subs, you would have a hard time eating them, because there were so much meat and so many fillings. I was honestly disappointed to see that my large sandwich had maybe three slices of meat. I don't have a problem paying for good food, But at least make it worth it. First Time we are here. In a nutshell, it has potential, but it's not living up to it tonight. The ordering set up is not as straightforward as a subway. They have two types of bread, wheat and white. It appears all the sandwiches are heated, which seems to be what slows down the operation so much. After ordering it took approximately 10 minutes to get our sandwiches, but there were only two orders ahead of us. The lettuce looked like it had been around for a few days, as do the pickles. My husband and I were the only customers in the store with one car in the drive thru and our order, which consisted of the Hook n Ladder and the Steamer, took over 20 minutes for 3 employees to make to subs that were not even a special order. The steamer was awful, full of corned beef fat and my husbands H n L barely had any meat, veges or sauce on the sandwich. We basically ate bread. The quality of food from Firehouse is great. They are pricier than other sub choices but quality cost more. I found that I love the Italian grilled salad. It's practically all I order now. I typically order online and learned to add "no brown lettuce" to the special requests. I've ordered it online perhaps a dozen times. Tonight I ordered my salad and a sandwich and soup for my husband. Didn't check the order when I picked it up. My fault. Got home and had 2 sandwiches and a soup. I called. This is the incredible part....they said on the order it only prints out "Italian Grilled chkn" and they don't have an Italian grilled chicken sandwich so they made one up!!! Since I still had no dinner, I went back. Got a new sandwich which I inspected. Could not inspected the salad as it is made behind the counter. Got home, yep, half of the meat from the salad was left out. I called, spoke to Dwayne, the guy who made it. He apologized. They were NOT busy. The manager here is very unfriendly, and does not care what the customer wants. I can see why they have 2 stars. Apparently you can only order what's on their menu, no custom subs, no substitutions unless you want to pay $3 like it's extra instead of a substitution. I don't usually leave reviews but felt like management would want to know. I visited your establishment 3 days on a row (I'm in from out of town) loved my salads each day. However, each day they were made wrong. Either had on it what o requested off of it or were just the wrong salads. The 3rd day i ordered and then at the window asked the young lady to check the order because two days in a row they were wrong and she just looked at me. Didn't apologize, just stared at me. She was given the bag from the back and she never looked once. Got back to my room and the lid was off my salad and my dressing. A mess. I love firehouse subs! Way better than subway. They always make my sandwich great and the staff is usually friendly and polite and the location looks clean. The only problem I have is that this is the second time I've ordered there Mac and cheese and they only seem to fill it about halfway or 3/4ths.. It's really annoying... the pictures posted are how the Mac and Cheese came with my sandwich, for almost $5 you don't really get enough as it is, and you especially don't when they can't even fill it up to the top. read more

My husband and I usually love eating here but the past three times have been terrible with this last one being the worse. We ordered two sandwiches and I salad to go, got home opened the salad and found all the tomatoes were ROTTEN! Like white creamy stuff on them with what looked like black mold plus the salad smelled awful. We called them and they confirmed that the tomatoes that had for the salads were rotten and they did say if we brought back the salad they would make a new one. We just wanted a refund on the salad but they couldn't do that over the phone. I'm sure they have a good reason but I we weren't about to drive the 30 minutes back just for a salad. Morally of the story this place sucks and I wouldn't eat here. This establishment is so incredibly slow. They make sandwiches.. somehow it takes them 20-30 mins per sandwich. I resorted to ordering on the app, but that doesn't help. Tonight I ordered my food on the app at 725pm. The app said it would be ready by 745pm. I showed up at 745pm, only person in the drive through, and they said they were "making the sandwiches." The app said they would be READY at 745pm, not starting them. It is 803pm now and I am still sitting in the drive through at the window waiting... they just came and said it will be a few more minutes. This is about the speed I experience every time I come here. I would say they work at turtle speed but... that would be an insult to turtles worldwide. Every time I try to go back here and give them another chance, they fail. And in most cases my sandwich is soggy as if all the wait time it was sitting on the counter getting old. Quick shout-out to Firehouse. We stopped by on their opening weekend. They were staffed and organized well. It was super busy because of kids eat free promotion, but they did a great job getting hot food out fast. There are a few less sandwich variables at Firehouse, but the high quality of their meat and their awesome bread will keep our family coming back.
