Many of the spots that I had bookmarked were pop-ups/residencies in bars but I was more just in the mood for dinner and I'm also not much of a solo drinker so that helped too. I was almost going to just give in and head over to Small Bar but then I saw a listing for a place I hadn't ever heard of showing under the blue line on Western and Milwaukee. I noticed they were relatively new without many reviews and I seemed to be getting conflicting info on whether they were actually another bar pop up but given that the address was shared with Oromo Cafe and their burgers AND fries looked good in the few reviews I did find I kept them in the running. In the end I found that the big deciding factor was a sesame seed bun of all things. I ordered ahead online and got an estimated pickup time of 10 mins. I went with the deluxe which comes with 2 beef patties, cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomato and Harry's sauce and added an order of the beef tallow fries on the side. I headed over and have to say that I was a little worried when I saw what looked like a closed Oromo with no one inside. Once I got closer I noticed that the Harry's sandwich board had been knocked over by the wind and the menu was posted on the door which was not locked so I knew I was in fact in the right place. A few moments after entering the owner came out from the back and asked if I had ordered ahead or if I had come over from the bar next door (Green Eye) because he usually just walks the orders over if you're there. Told him I actually just ordered from home and he confirmed that it'd be ready in a couple of minutes. As it was close to closing time he said he was running low on fries and that he was still going to give me some but that it wouldn't be a full order but that he could try and give me a partial refund or if I wanted I could come back and grab a full order of fries on the house another time. I told him how I was just in town for the weekend to watch my brother's cat so I wasn't sure when I'd be back but it was fine. Headed back and the first thing that hit me was just how good the food smelled in the car. I was practically rushing inside the apartment to get to this burger and those fries and they did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious! The cup of dipping sauce was so good too that I was taking turns dipping the burger and fries in. Quality ingredients throughout. From the meat to the tomato to the pickles, lettuce and bun, everything just worked perfectly. I mean even the bacon which was way crunchier than I usually like tasted good and added a nice texture to each bite. Looking forward to taking Harry's up on those fries and another burger the next time I'm around.

This is one of best sandwiches Ive had in a long time. The pork tenderloin was fried in buttermilk to the perfect crunchy texture w/the interior pork tender & moist. Add the green apple coleslaw for a great crunchy texture, the yellow mustard to add the perfect vinegary flavor & you have an awesome meal. This comes w/fries cooked to an excellent crunchy texture. They have a pretty extensive menu but this sandwich was so dam good I'm sure I will order it again. Yolanda was the server in Falcons. She did an awesome job being the only person working the dining room at the time. Look at this menu selection. There are so many items but you know how it is when you find something that is for me near perfection you know anything else you order will not live up to what you had. It's somewhere above fast food, but below a full-service, sit-down restaurant that even somewhat specializes. What helps the burger stand out, however, is the option for cheese injection and smoke. As a cheese lover, I'm somewhat divided on the cheese. On one hand, if I'm saying no to cheese sauce, something is wrong with me, and you should call the doctor. Then again, an average burger with cheese sauce is just that. The smoke is a slightly different story. It imparts flavor to the burger and seems to be concentrated in the bun more than anything. This adds an interesting, new flavor dimension, but I fear it's not enough to elevate a middle-tier product sufficiently to propel it into greatness. Some rapid-fire notes: Fries: I have no negative notes. These seemed fresh and were both cooked and seasoned well. Rosen's burger buns butter toasted on the inside, layered with fresh lettuce, a perfectly sliced layer of onion, equally perfect tomato, melty american cheese, in and out style sauce, and finally the salt forward seasoning of the patty that balances out with all the burger's fresh and crispy ingredients. It's weird that they allow online orders but will still do cash only for walk ins. They don't seem to give you any change so they're most likely rounding up. The food is cheaper when you walk in, than online by a couple of dollars but with the round up with no change, it starts to add up to about the same. I ordered their RHR Double and a couple of polishes. The burger tasted delicious. Very filling and the meat was perfectly seasoned. The Polish hot dogs were also good. I was hoping for Maxwell style and didn't realize they were depression style. Overall still very delicious will be coming back.
