We have ordered food from here twice. The first time the burger and fries were amazing. The second time both were sub-par. The chicken in the sandwich was tough and seemed like it had the dreaded 'woody-breast' texture. So it makes their claim that their poultry comes from local farms questionable. Ok. They opened yesterday; still working out the kinks. They got some orders wrong. We ordered sweet potato fries, and got garlic fries THAT WERE DELICIOUS! We each got the American Cheeseburger, thick and juicy, brioche bun a thick pickle slice that competently won. me over. The men working were so nice. The place is small, just a few tables. The menu is varied with burgers, chicken, veggie sandwiches , wraps and rice bowls. NO pork. The bacon is beef bacon. 8 dollars for a good size burger which we thought was reasonable. And that burger came with a little American Flag in it, which completely won Don over. Maybe take out next time but we will definetely be going back. This establishment has been open for a few months but is primed to be a classic burger joint. The burgers here are amazing, delicious, and healthy! The portions are generous, the burgers were juicy, and the flavors have been well thought out... well worth the $ for their burgers. Their fries are crispy and fresh. Everything is clearly fresh and hasn't been sitting in the freezer for months and thawed to serve. The owner was kind and helpful. The chef took the time to check in on us during our meal too. this was by far the worst experience i've ever had. we ordered at 6:12 and we didn't get our food till 6:35. that's roughly 25 minute. not to menti a couple orderled right behind us and their food was finished and severed to them 5 minutes before we got ours. while we where waiting they kept vacuuming around us it was rude. we haven't even opened the food yet or tired it and we have already decided we will never be going back even if the food is good. if you want to have a customer service business then learn some basic customer service. thank you. but i will say. at least the food is hot. read more

We wanted to try a new burger place, with more variety and different from five guys... which is still good on budget. BUT.... Burger authority blew all the burger joints we've tried out if the park. It was still good even with ordering it as takeout. The burger had that nice from the grill char and bit of Smokey flavor to it. The carefully planned toppings and placements made each bite a delicious surprise of flavor explosion. We also got the chicken fingers. They were sooo good! So different! High quality meat snd lightly breaded. But wait... we also got the garlic fries!!! They were bomb! Still stayed crispy with delivery. I wish they had more garlic flavor to them though. Phenomenal customer service. Great burgers. Good fries. The wings need some improvement as they tasted good, but in a 'commercial' kind of way. I'd like to reserve my opinion on this, since Burger Authority's customer service was spectacular. As such, I'd give Burger Authority a tip: Please improve the wings! The burger was amazing. No joke. I got the Burger Authority burger, and it was seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had. I'm comparing this against places like Allen burger venture, coles, and the like. Considering this place is more fast food than those places, the quality was just as good if not better. Burgers are made to order, so it does take a few minutes to get your food. But even still, I only waited maybe 10 minutes. Price is in par with the quality... It's not Mc Donald's, don't expect $5 burgers. But you get what you pay for. Staff was super friendly as well. read more

Decided I'd try Burger Authority to see if it was a step up from regular burger joints. $8.70 for the basic burger - I ordered it rare, no mayo, light ketchup and mustard, extra pickle. It came medium, soaked in mayo, heavy ketchup, no mustard and 2 chips of pickle. The bun had to have been a week old, so stale it was falling apart. The burger itself, although much larger than what you would get at BK or Wendy's, was a greasy mess. Ended up throwing half of it out. You get a better meal at almost any of the chains like Wendys, BK, even McDonalds is a better deal. I noticed most of the good reviews are pretty old, so I have to assume this place has gone WAAAY down hill in the past year. read more

Born and raised in Buffalo and in my 35 years this was by far the worse experience ever. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and seven seconds. You'll see pictured a screenshot when the guy finally picked up the phone. I had no understanding because i could hear the cashier communicating with other customers. When he finally got on the phone he said "i forgot." Upon arrival i placed my order and asked if they were willing to do anything to offset my frustration, they said "absolutely not" with a very unsympathetic posture. Just horrible. Not sure how the food was because i ordered this for someone else however i posted this experience on FB and many said the food was trash. NEVER go here. Came in one day with my dad, he really wanted to check the place out. There was little seating When we walked in so I was worried we would have to take out. After making our order, we sat down. Because of the tight seating it was very awkward. And waited, and waited, and waited. It took 35 minutes, for a burger. And chicken fingers to be made. The same cannot be said for the onion rings, like only 5 of them and generic frozen product. Would definitely order from here again but would stick with the fries. Been meaning to check this out. No nonsense cafe style decor yet comfortable. Daughter had grilled chicken sandwich and mango smoothie and enjoyed both. Nicely seasoned grilled chicken, very tasty. Son had masala fries which seemed to have little to do with masala but he devoured those after a sprinkling of their cajun-like house seasoning. He also had a chocolate vanilla shake that looked to be of the old fashioned variety. I had burger with garlic Parmesan fries. Freshly made and crisp. Burger done exactly as ordered. Long story short, food was so good I forgot to take a picture. The burgers are very high quality. The brioche bun was toasted to perfection and did not break apart and provided a reassuring firmness to hold everything in the burger. The meat is superior quality and you can ask it for medium rare, medium well, and well done. Personally I'd get medium rare but can't go wrong with medium well. The ingredients were fresh and each burger is very unique and full of flavor. The fashion avenue burger incorporated smoked Gouda to give a Smokey flavor to the burger and it works so well with the beef, garlic mayo, and avocado. The addition of mixed green besides just lettuce really made the burger stand out. The New York Times Burger is a meat lovers dream I also highly recommend that. The price is justified for the quality. Also note this place is HALAL. Gibson, the guy behind the cash register, went above and beyond to explain the menu and how this place is halal and was extremely considersate and courteous. Will be coming back and I see this being a mainstay in buffalo. read more

NY City burger chain with NYC prices. Sterile, cafeteria feel to the restaurant, seats maybe 20. Chilly in the cooler months, predicting quite hot in the summer as the whole front is glass. Burgers were just ok, nothing special. Nothing all that exciting in the menu to want me to go back anytime soon. I've eaten here a few times - both pre and mid COVID adjustments. I honestly think that you could make a case for Burger Authority having some of the best burgers in town. The Hell's Kitchen burger & garlic fries have become two of my favorite menu items. While they're currently in a take out only mode, that's not that big of a hit given the small size of the restaurant. Some of the best halal burgers we have ever had! We had the New York Times and Burger Authority burgers and both were delicious. Order was ready on time and workers were wearing masks.
