You don't get extra toppings like 5G with caramelized onions costing you an extra $1.99 and pickles .50ct. Came here after a long time ! When I came a few years ago I got the chicken burger which was yummy, so today I decided to go with a b7 junior. The meats are still halal :) the fries are crispy and there's a typical range of drinks available to choose from as well as milkshakes. Upon my arrival, they had a power outage, so she informed me that they did not receive my order, but she made it very quickly and was very kind! I was out within 10 min. I came here on a Friday afternoon, pretty empty. The place was clean, the cashier was friendly, and the cooking smelled good. I created my own burger with two patties and lots of toppings. I love how the unlimited toppings do not cost extra, but the burger is a little expensive by itself. Besides the yummy toppings, the burger was decent, not dry. I'd say smashburger is better in my opinion, specifically for the flavor and juiciness. The Oreo milkshake was too milky, or what people would describe as "watery." Besides the milk, the shake was pretty good. I know the ice cream isn't the top premium, but the amount of Oreos were plentiful. It's otherwise fairly no frills and is easily missed if you aren't paying much attention to the shops in the plaza. The side items are a bit pricey at 4.99 for a small size, especially when you consider they do not have a meal or combo option. I also find that order accuracy could be better when it comes to toppings. For example, my recent order had beef bacon on it which I did not order. I do not recommend this place. My boyfriend was provided with false information regarding the availability of beef for burgers upon entering. He observed staff preparing burgers in the back. I ordered the Honey Sriracha wings and they were incredibly bland. They tasted like neither Sriracha or honey. I've been three different times and each time the food is a bit different in terms of taste. The first time, we went and ordered the chicken sandwich and fries and it was pretty good. We tried a burger on another visit and it was basic and just ok. Another occasion a steak melt. I think it's a bit pricey for what you're getting in a basic burger place. I have came here a few times and what I love is their friendly staff and great quality of food! They are Halal & Organic certified. As soon as you walk through the door, you are welcomed and greeted. Customer service is so important to me and they exceed this! Along with the hotdogs and fries, I also had their grilled cheese and tomato soup. And love their fried chicken wings! They fry it in olive oil. I love them all cause their it's fresh ingredients and great flavors! They are located in the shopping center off Duke Street where the Harris Teeter is and they have plenty of free parking. The interior is very clean and modern and have a lot of seating options. We walked in just as they opened and ordered the chicken sandwich, halloumi sandwich, fries and onion rings. The soda fountain machine was broken so the only drink options were canned and bottled sodas. My partner liked his chicken sandwich, the fries were good, onion rings okay. My fried Halloumi cheese sandwich had a tasty onion jam, but the advertised avocado was non existent. This is to address an issue with an order and disappointment in the service in regard to the order. Today 4/24 I placed an in restaurant fry order as a side along with my other items for take out. Upon returning home and emptying out the contents of the brown paper bag the fry order was in. I discovered a large metal piece that seems to have been broken off of some item used in the restaurant cooking kitchen. I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue and their response seemed nonchalant and unconcerned until I sent the below picture to the manager. Burger 7 offers items that focuses on quality, such as 100% organic, grass-fed beef and fries being cooked in olive oil. It has been a few years since I've been back to Burger 7, though, with my prior experience with the burgers being not so great. The hubs and I were craving for milkshakes, and we decided to give Burger 7 a try again. We are so glad that we did!!! Their milkshakes are super thick, creamy, and made with organic milk - the flavors that they offer are strawberry, chocolate, Nutella, and Oreo, in addition to having flavors of the week. We've had the strawberry (a lovely strawberry taste), the Oreo (don't forget to ask for extra Oreo!), and the Pistachio (one of the flavors of the week, there's a little saltiness from the pistachio nuts, and the ice cream itself is delightful!). The staff here are super friendly, as well as the owner. The place itself is kept clean, and I like the rows of the wooden counters with a center section of condiments. I may return to try out their burgers again, but for now, their milkshakes are a total A+! Burger 7 is in one of those places you rave about to your friends and family and pretty much anybody who'll sit there and listen! I want you to think Five Guys but better! The place is inviting the moment you walk through the door. The menu is pretty simple you can get a style of burger, chicken sandwich, or hotdog. The staff do a great job of explaining everything on the menu,even giving you the most popular options. I got a bacon double cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. If you ask me the sweet potato fries are their claim to fame. The burger was perfectly cooked and crafted by the hands of miracle workers. Each order comes with this sauce that resembles thousand island, but once you taste it you realize it's not. I asked the owner Mohamad what was in the sauce and he said it's a combination of ketchup, mayo and 7 other ingredients. Hence the name burger 7 I guess. The seating is a little funky but if that's my only nit to pick with them, then I say they are doing quite fine. It didn't even mention that they put an Egg on my double cheeseburger!! Any place that combines breakfast elements is OK in my book. Next time I come back I'm definitely going to be way more adventurous with the menu and get the steak and cheese sandwich!
