Surprisingly there was no one in the building capable of crediting my account so I left after leaving all my information including my phone number to advise completion. Nothing but crickets. After a week of silence I called them for an explanation and apology call ended. My sale date was July 28, 2023. Todays date is December 5th 2023. I'm willing to at this point accept I was ignored by the powers to be. The products they offer and all valuable to those of us who use and need them but simply their customer service is seriously lacking. I told them I would be satisfied with a $45.00 cash refund.
