I can tell you first hand, when it comes to this store the positive reviews are real. The one negative reviewer who in his post seems to know all the ins and outs jewelry business, like what machines are used to evaluate coins, and what the price of platinum is. Who really knows the price of platinum and palladium besides someone in the business. Gold and Silver yes, but platinum palladium? What also doesn't make a lot of sense is if you have 48K worth of coins, like he claims, wouldn't it make more sense to sell it to another collector or at a coin show to get as much as possible. This makes me very skeptical of the negative review left by Jeff S. and makes me believe the review was left by a competitor or a jackass. What I do know, is I went to 3 different stores to get coins evaluated that my father left to me recently when he passed away in October. This store was the last store of the 3 I went to and they gave me the most money for my coins of the 3 stores. In my opinion the difference was pretty significant. I was very happy and realized that the other 2 stores were basically taking advantage of me. After the deal was completed and I had been paid I asked the the owner Bert I believe his name is and his assistant Jon, why the 3 appraisals from the 3 different shops were of so drastically different for the same items. They explained to me that he could not speak for other shops but in their shop they give the best possible price on items to keep their inventory full and they do not have high margins on items they buy and sell. They keeps the doors open by doing high volume and repeat customers. Well guys you earned a new customer, I will be back for that Rolex one of these days. The process was straightforward and he quickly took pictures of all the rooms for his report. Our home has a total of approximately 3600 square feet above and below grade in an updated 4 level split home. The main dissatisfaction was that the "comps" were not similar to our home and included 4 out of 6 ranches versus our 4 level split on the report. When I called and inquired about this, the secretary and not the appraiser, called me back to explain the appraisal was on square footage above grade. I disagreed because the style of the home and comparative models are pretty important-you want an apples to apples comparable. When i voiced my concern and asked for an update, I received the same unchanged report. I had the impression they did not understand my concern, the local market, recent sale history and shewed me away without revisions. While they are responsive, I would not recommend for family or friends because the lowered care, accuracy and knowledge of the real estate markets.

Did find a fridge with a good price with minor dent. paid the asked price and paid for delivery with installation. This is the last thing that went well Was promised a Saturday morning deliver. They use a 3rd party delivery service and never scheduled with them. When I called the store to get it resolved, they three-way called the delivery person and tried to make it my issue to work out with him. Needless to say, it did not get delivered as promised. When it was delivered, they wanted an additional $65 to bring it in as the doors had to be removed to bring in. Its less than 5 min work to remove and put the doors back on. Called store and quit arguing when then got it down to $20. Then the delivery guy wanted another $50 to connect the water claiming the old line was "too old". It was only a couple years old and a 1/4 plastic line like every other water line for a fridge. Let him finish installing and only gave him $20. So, I they messed up the delivery. Handled it badly. The delivery person tried multiple ways to upcharge then still ended up shelling out $20 extra. Not a large sum but it was wrong to be charged. Is having integrity and pride in the service you deliver a lost art. Greed is not a business tactic.
