Been to Bundoo Khan twice already since it opened last week. Both time we've been, the food has been excellent and while they've been insanely busy, the service has also been great. They've done a great job in replicating the taste from the original location in Pakistan. Yes, there are a lot of people going. So if you're going to be mad about having to wait for more than an hour, it'd be better if you wait a few weeks for the rush to die down. read more

Food quality and service is mixed so far. Sometime, food and service is good. Other times, it can be pretty bad. I did not give them a review earlier because I wanted to give them some time to establish their business but things have not improve much. A few times I got raw food or I was not given all my stuff in my to go order. I would highly recommend this place. I saw a few negative reviews and was a little apprehensive of going there but I have to say that this place was well worth a visit. The food was out of the world, and though it took a while to place the order and to actually get the food, it was well worth the wait. They had a little confusion with our order, but the Manager, Abdullah was quick to fix the issue. The BBQ was done just right at a perfect temperature. Definitely try the Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kabab and Lamb Chops. The Halwa was out of the world as well. We will be going there again for sure! read more

Yesterday afternoon i visit this location and the food is off the chart. So yummy & affordable. We tried beef bihari, kabobs, chicken tika and the delicious parathas. The speed of service is great and this lady yina was so helpful with recommendations on what my family and i should order. My son went back to look for her for ice cream recommendations & we had some falooda, mamgo lassii and chocolate ice cream. 10/10 would come back again. read more

Mixed feelings. I ordered the lamb chops at $15. I expected a traditional meal of meat, rice and whatever else they would have have added to a meal. To my surprise, it was literally just the lamb chops. They were delicious, well cooked, and a decent amount considering the current price of meat. Being that I didn't know what to expect, it guess it was more my fault for not asking what to expect with the meal. If you are not familiar with the customs of this type of restaurant, ASK! You'll do yourself a favor. Also, I didn't appreciate that there were no forks or spoons anywhere to be found or provided. read more

Very unorganized and mismanaged. We were suppose to receive a green token card at the door but there was no host we had to literally search for the person who hands out the token. After we were handed a green admission card we stood in the line within the restaurant that was intended for those people who were already admitted. After an hour and twenty minutes later the guy ahead of us was refused the service simply by the cashier declaring that we don't have anymore food to serve. The customer was annoyed that why almost twenty people in line were not notified ahead of time on which all of a sudden 4 management people showed that were nowhere to be found earlier defending themselves simply by stating "we announced at the door" but no one came to us, the 20+ people standing in line within the restaurant. One person in the management said that cos it's our closing time another said that there will be an hour delay and the third who was getting all riled up said we are out of food. Over 2 hour wait just to order takeout. First off there was a line outside. When my wife questioned, the lady outside, if there was a wait for takeout as well; she said yes we must wait in line for takeout and dining alike. So we get in and wait an extra 11/2. We see people entering the restaurant from another door and getting in line without a wait outside. My first notice, yes staff is wearing masks. There was no social distancing enforced, everyone was standing real close. Also noticed staff preparing and serving food without wearing protective gloves, yes all staff members behind the counter were without gloves. Ok, so after the 2 1/2 hours, we get to the register to find out they are out of beef. Seriously...... the service here lacks professional management. They need to seriously be quick, understand that no customer should have to wait no more than 1 hour in line. Also. That they should have the business knowledge on how much food to order, as it is common sense to plan ahead and determine what the croud will be like that day. This restaurant lacks management with no knowledge of how to rub a business, and should elaborate on that.
