So, the time came and we went to get them to move it. Had to show up in person because they would not answer the phone. Should have know it was going to be trouble imediately becauase one of the first things they told us was that their priority was not sell buildings and not move them. This is completely different from what their attitude was when we bought it, and was one of the reasons we bought it fom them. Also, they charged one amount but said they may have to charge another charge if they have to use the "mule". I don't know what that is but it was like another $100 or $150 or something. I don't remember for sure because it never happened at all, and I will get to that. So, the time they were going to move it came close and we still had not heard anything. They never, and I mean never answered the phone. Someone had to go in person anytime any communication happened at all, and this was after we went there and paid to have it moved already. Everytime we got the same thing, they guy is going to be in the area next week, they will call you, whatever that means. They can't call the guy for us? I asked that one time and they said they would but they are busy so they can't answer but they will leave them a message. Like the person working for them is not working for them. I don't know. Anyway, the time the "guy was supposed to be in our area" came and went several times,we had already moved out, and had to be the building out of where we were renting. All together about 3 months were wasted on these people. Also, one of the times that we had to go there, they were joking about how people were mad at them and was laughing about it like it was comical. They even talked about how people were threatening to give them a bad review. The response he said he gave them was go ahead. Then he said he was going to delete it anyway. I don't know if he told the customer that, but he told us that. That is these people idea of customer service, and we are talking about customers that have made the mistake to pay them already. It is a different customer servce when you are shopping. They will tell you anything to get the sale because, to them, that is when they got your money and don't care. So, we ended up having to call someone else that didn't even mention this "mule" and was cheaper. Go somewhere else. You will save money, time and frustration. Especially, if you have to move the building.
