We were on the hunt for some new patio furniture and Kasbys was on our list to visit…read more We actually found a piece of furniture that we loved, but unfortunately we did not end up supporting Kasbys. Just a couple things of note: 1. When we visited the store, I asked for a quote on the piece we loved. It was clear the associate was questioning how to enter in this piece as it was new for this year, mostly questioning what seat padding goes with it. Of note, to give me the quote she asked for my phone number, and actually stated it was just used for the quote but they would not be calling. 2. I called back as I wanted a different fabric that was quoted, and the person who answered the phone noticed the seating was inputted incorrectly. Luckily he was knowledgeable and corrected it. Who knows what would have happened if I went through my original order. 3. Kasbys advertises on social media lowest price guaranteed. I actually inquired about this as I found the same exact piece at 20% less with another small business. They came down slightly, but still not enough to support Kasbys. 4. After my inquiry on pricing, I ironically received a couple followup calls for my interest on ordering the piece. While we ended up buying the piece from another business, which is now bringing us much joy, I point out my review as Kasbys could have earned our business with some improvements.

I love the product. Exceptional quality at a great value. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is…read morebecause their warehouse is slow getting even small accessory orders out the door. Expect a work or so before the warehouse gets your order out the door even when it's in stock. That's not a major issue, but in a world where everything is available at our fingertips, it seems like the warehouse should be getting things out the door quicker when they're in stock especially small accessory items.

They have so many different things available, both with purpose or just pretty as a paper weight hahaha All colors imaginable. Stencils. Supplies that I don't know what they're for but someone with a speck or art knowledge I'm sure would appreciate Staff is super friendly and patient. You can bring anything you can buy in a grocery store. Just make sure you ask the price structure upfront because there's the price of the figure, plus the amount of time you're there. The figures take a month to cook and they'll call you!

We had a lot of fun at Dish It Out!…read more They open at 10am on Saturdays and we got there around 10:15. We were the second group there and shortly after, the place filled up! So I would recommend going early to get a table. They have a TON of pottery pieces to choose from including plates, vases, seasonal decorations, piggy banks, spoon rests, I mean you name it & they have it. I chose a Christmas plate for my son to put cookies on for Santa. You choose your own paint and have the freedom to kind of do what you want. They also have paint pens for more accurate drawing or writing words, you just have to ask up front. FYI - it takes up to 30 days to get your pottery back from the oven which I thought was quite a long time. Can't wait to see the finished product!
