Randy was excellent in the store. He directed us to a few options on the equipment we wanted, and we subsequently purchased an elliptical, a bike, a weight machine, flooring for the space and some exercise balls, all perfect for the space in our home. Randy arranged to have the flooring installed and was great in working out a schedule on getting the gear transported and installed in our home. His install crew was top notch and friendly too. Now I have had it less then 3 months since the debacle and it has loose and inoperable cables.
