A good amount of tender lobster and tons of toppings atop perfectly crispy chips that didn't get soggy or break under the weight of the toppings. Great portion size from a food truck, too. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes, which felt quick, though the owner kept apologizing as if it were taking too long clearly she cares about the customer experience. They also offer a call-ahead number, which is great if you're short on time. The menu has all the classics you'd expect at a Mediterranean spot, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. There are chairs and a picnic table right near the trailer that overlooks Cole's River. Bring cash although she takes electronic payments. We'll definitely be back and really hope this place sticks around for a long time. A true local treasure!
