I had recently gotten a scratch on my car and wanted to find the quickest and most reasonably priced way to fix it! After reaching out to multiple companies, I decided to go with Bumper Buddies due to their many highly rated reviews. I got an appointment within the next week and was told the estimate and amount of time it would take. My only complaint would be that I was not alerted that my technician would be running about an hour late, but it worked out in the end because he was so fast! Sal did the repair in 2 hours and did an absolutely incredible job!!! My car looks good as new :) read more

Great service! The tech treated our car as if it were his own! We would highly recommebd them!

The intake was very good. I communicated through text and phone. Some important information was not given upfront such as how long the service takes- over 5 hours now- and that my garage would be needed. read more

Great job. I can absolutely 100% recommend this company. Cost was reasonable and very prompt service.

Great service I've used twice so far. Ralph was very professional and informative about what could have caused the damage to my bumper and with explaining the process that needed to be done to fix it. The work itself was impeccable as can be seen in the photos. I highly recommend Bumper Buddies, I knew I was working with a pro who had a passion for his work. read more

They did a remarkable job on the bumper of 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. Just bought it used and it came with a huge scuff on the bumper that transitioned into the metal portion of the wheel well. Was on par with the verbal quote over the phone. Came on time from when they showed up. Super professional would highly recommend read more

NOTE* This review is based on customer service, I have not had my car repaired here. I need to get some PDR done on my car. Yelp sent a quote blast out and Bumper Buddies were included. They responded very quickly. Sadly they don't do PDR anymore. I figured since they responded quick I'd ask them what they thought was fair for the job so I'd know if my other quotes were accurate. They responded again quickly and gave me some advice on the techniques used to handle a job like this and a comparison of cost based on what's selected. I was able to understand that PDR is my best path, and is most cost effective for what I need. I also found out the quotes I received from other companies were in the ball park. Great that they went above and beyond to respond to me despite the job not being right for them. I can only imagine there service to others is this good. Thanks for your time Bumper Buddies. read more

Ralph came and fixed a scratch on my bumper. I had a lot of reservations, but in 2 hours he made the fix and it looked as good as new. Not to mention he came to my workplace and did it so I didn't have to take any time out of my schedule to get it done. Definitely recommend. read more

I contacted Bumper Buddies to get a quote to repair a small ding with dentless paint repair on my truck tailgate. I got a quote of $275 to $475. I have had enough dings removed over the years to know that this is a 20 minute job. So basically, they gouge people roughly $1,000 per hour. I received two other quotes from other companies that were less than a third of the amount they quoted me. It is sad how companies way overcharge people these days. read more

They fixed a large scrape on my bumper. I was quoted by a dealership collision center $850 to repair. They said it needed to be repainted. Bumper buddies quoted $475-575 to repaint. The technician came out and with his 20+ years experience, he determined that it's possible to wet sand and buff it out. I was skeptical, but I'm glad I went with his suggestion. The total was $225 to fix it without paint. I'm very happy. Even if I needed paint, I would like to use bumper buddies since they came to my house and were half the price of the average collision center that would have taken weeks to fix. This issue was resolved in 2 days from first contact to fixed in my driveway! read more

Highly highly impressed. I was rear ended by someone and got two screw hole dents in my back bumper. I bought the car less than a month prior so having damage was unacceptable. I decided to go with Bumper Buddies due to the very good reviews and was not disappointed at all. I was worried that my German sports car would not be the same unless I spent a fortune for the new bumper but these guys saved me! Kudos to Ralph and co! Would highly recommend if an unfortunate event happens to you. read more

The technician Gage was right on time and professional. His 5 years experience showed in the quality of work he did on our car. I'll definitely use this company again if needed and will request Gage if he's available. read more

I had someone do a "hit and run" job to my car, left a small hole in the rear bumper and was left with dealing with the damage myself. Most places don't even deal with repair, they just wanted to replace the whole bumper to a price over $1,000. Lucky I found the Bumper Buddies! I sent them over a photo of the damage, they came back with a ballpark price later that day! By the end of the day I had a technician scheduled to work on my car later in the week. To my luck, they were ahead of schedule and offered to come by a day early and get to repairing my bumper. The repair technicians were clean cut, professional and didn't waste any time getting to the repairs of the vehicle. My rear bumper looks brand new and the price was a fraction of the cost of the big repair centers. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. read more

It's been a few months since Gage came out and took car of my 2019 Hyundai, but it seems like it's time to give these Bumper Buddies some credit! I've recommended them to many people since our work was done. Like others, I took the car for an estimate and was told $1000+ for some scratches on the bumper. The other places wanted to keep the car for a few days and the whole idea of that was silly. Gage came out promptly and did beautiful work. These guys are artists and it was worth every penny. The price was reasonable and since my teen had to pay, it was a little less harsh on her. Anyway, better late than never! Call these guys you'll be glad you did. read more

I had backed into a rock wall around my garage with my 2017 immaculate Camaro SS. Minor damage but would cost at least $1600 at a body shop for a complete remove bumpers and repair not to mention having to leave my car at the shop 2 to 3 weeks before they could get to it. NO WAY Joe with Bumper Buddies came over in a week and started the repair. Clear coat had some runs in it. So Joe came back in 2 weeks so the paint cured properly. He wet sanded the areas and buffed out. I was amazed at the finished product. I would highly recommend BB. Total cost $575. Thankyou for a great job Joe, your service and the follow up from your company was excellent. read more

My car got rear ended on the freeway and the person who hit me offered this service in lieu of going through an insurance nightmare. I was a bit skeptical but ultimately said okay. Ralph was able to take a look at the damage and decided replacing the bumper would be best. The bumper looks absolutely incredible! It looks even better than when we first got the car. As someone who religiously reads reviews, trust that Bumper Buddies gets multiple five stars every time because of their fantastic service. Hopefully, I never get rear ended again, but if I do, I'm going with Bumper Buddies. read more

Wow! Talk about amazing service! Mike and Gauge were professional, quick, and my car came out good as new for under $400. Someone had bumped my car in a parking lot a few months ago and I couldn't find a decent price anywhere to fix a series is small dents and rubbing of the paint. I found them here on yelp and coordinating it all online in less than 10 minutes and they came to my home to fix it a week later. Highly recommend using them if you need to! read more

They do great work. They do it for a really good price. And they come to you. What's not to like?

Super impressed with Bumper Buddies! I received a quote on Tuesday night, and they had an opening Wednesday to do the repair. I was given a 2 hour window, and received a text from Gage in the morning with a more exact ETA (in the window) and he was right on time. After looking at the damage in person, he ended up charging me a little less than I was originally quoted and that really impressed me and showed this company has integrity and cares about what they do! He estimated about 2 hours and once again was right on time and the repairs turned out awesome. It looks like a brand new bumper for a fraction of the cost of actually having to replace the whole bumper. Definitely recommend Bumper Buddies and Gage. Great price! Great service! I had backed into the tongue of our camping trailer last year and didn't want to pay a body shop to fix it. Well I got tired of looking at my bumper and having it remind me of my stupidity so I reached out to bumper buddies. They were super reasonably priced and honest about the repair (they said it wouldn't be 100% but maybe 97%). They came to my house and 2 hours later I would say my number was 100% fixed. Contacted on a Monday and scheduled a free consult the following day. Based upon their availability, Gage came out to my place, gave me a quote on what they're capable of repairing, agreed on the circumstance, and got it repaired.
