I am not one to take time to write a review, but I feel compelled to share the incredible experience I had with Bumper Buddies! I had received several quotes that were easily 3 to 4 times MORE than the quote I received from Bumper Buddies. I wasn't sure what to expect..... To say they OVER DELIVERED would be an understatement! First of all, Ralph came out same day as he was in my area - he explained the entire process to me, was in and out in less than 2 hours, and matched the paint to perfection! The bumper literally looks good as new! In fact, I showed my son and the first thing he asked was "what side was the damage on?" - it was that good!! Best part was he came right to my home and did the work in my driveway. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - great to work with! read more

Super job. Right on estimate. Arrived early. Joe did a great job and left no trace of having been there. Thanks bumper Buddies

WARNING, not sure if they are still in business. I called the number, and the call went to a call center. I had a very hard time understanding the CSR. She instructed me to send a photo. When I did, I got a text back immediately that read, "We appreciate you sending that one over. Based on your photo, PDR (Paintless dent repair) is the best option for your request. We do not offer it at this moment due to limited staffing but it would be the best and most affordable route to take for this request". NOT GOOD! read more

They were responsive, and the person that came to the house was very polite and arrived at the suggest time window, with 20 min notice of when he would arrive. However, without removing the bumper, determined it couldn't be repaired and then said I would need to go get it replaced. Took it to a shop, and sure enough, they repaired it with 5 hours labor (which is a pretty normal allotment for a bumper hit). Annoyed because it could have saved me about 500 dollars. So they were nice, but it appears just made the wrong call in my case. read more

Bumper buddies came to my house and fixed an ugly scratch on my car that was an eyesore! They finished the job in 1-2 hours and after letting the clear coat dry for a week, the paint is blended so well I can't even find where the scratch was without referencing the before photos! Pricing is fair. I do recommend them! The fact that they do mobile is a huge convenience too! Thanks Guys! read more

Did and amazing job with fixing the damage on the front bumper on our 2017 Toyota Sienna, paint matched and work was flawless, finally nice to have a mobile paint repair that's honest and reasonable with the pricing. ralph did an amazing job fixing the dent on the rear bumper of my car. will definitely recommend them.

After gouging my front bumper by closing the garage door on it, I had to have if fixed ASAP. If you let some damage go, after a while, your car is in bad shape. I called Bumper Budies after I learned the a nearby body shop wanted anmost $1,800 to repairit. The estimate I received from Bumper Buddies was a quarter of the cost from the body shop. Joe showed up and went right to work. I did not want to watch him work because I knew it could never restore the bumper the way it looked before. When I saw the finished product, I was shocked. I told Joe it was too new looking! I can't believe how restored it was. In the past I tried to fix a tiny ding from a small rock and the result was very poor. I should have called these folks. They know what they are doing. Thank uou Joe. read more

I had a small dent that would have cost 1250 to 1550 to repair at a body shop. Although I was quoted $425 to $475, since he was able to do it very quickly and not quite perfectly he only charged me $150. read more

I contacted Bumper Buddies a few weeks back and received an estimate after providing a picture. I agreed on the price which was very reasonable and Gage arrived for the appointment. There was an issue with the equipment and another appointment needed to be made to complete the job however I didn't have to make a payment until the job was complete. The job has since been completed and the bumper on my 2018 is outstanding. The overall experience was seamless, reasonably priced and Gage demonstrates professionalism and has pride in his work. Our 2018 Acura MDX had a small dent caused by a metal hook on the front of the vehicle that hit it. Chose Bumper Buddies to fix it. The tech that came out to our home was honest and forthright in providing our options for repair, including a taking it to a body shop, and the expected results and quality. We had him repair it, and were completely satisfied with the work. Price was less than half than had we taken it to a body shop. read more

I heartily recommend Bumper Buddies! I had several scratched up areas, both front and back. I started with estimates from traditional body shops: very pricey and scheduling 4 months out! Then I Google'd for Bumper Repair and found mobile companies. Bumper Buddies gave me an accurate estimate with a sound explanation of why it was that amount. And they were less than half of the other detailed estimate I got, submitting the same photos to both! Scheduling was easy, they came to my house and got both bumpers looking good as new in about two hours. My perfectionist-hubby is very pleased, as am I. All of the before and after photos on their site - they are real. That's what mine looks like too. Bumper Buddies definitely deserve five stars! read more

I am incredibly impressed! Great customer service, great response time, impeccable craftsmanship and professionalism. I contacted Bumper Buddies on Monday and spoke with Vic and literally the next morning Ralph and Mike were on site and done in less time then originally quoted. My bumper looked new, like nothing ever happened to it. Ralph was able to match the paint that cosisted of 9 color mixes. I highly recommend him. It was convenient that they are a mobile and were able to come to my home at a preset scheduled time. read more

Bumper Buddies estimate for my fender bender was almost exactly the same price as the body shop I'd gone to for an estimate. The big difference - they ordered the parts and prepped them in their shop and then came to my house to do the installation and painting. So it was not only very easy and convenient for me, but also a lot cheaper. The body shop would have required my car for 3-4 days to complete the job, so I would have had to rent a car. And the repair looks terrific. No one would ever know i crumpled a fender. read more

Called Bumper Buddies to repair scratches on my liftgate from accidentally closing the garage door with liftgate open. Gage arrived on time, quoted the price (less than body shop quotes) and completed the work in less than 2 hours. It looks perfect; I recommend Gage and Bumper Buddies. read more

I was in Arizona this past weekend for vacation and had an unfortunate accident where another driver hit me. I wanted to get the damaged fixed right away cause I hated seeing it. Since I was in Phoenix, Arizona area, I just contacted a mobile repair service away to get it fixed. That's when I found bumper buddies. Someone rear ended my husband and they didn't have insurance. We were debating even fixing the damage because it was pretty minor, but it still bothered us. We got a few quotes of places who wanted to replace the entire bumper, but it would cost way more than we wanted to spend. Thankfully we found Bumper Buddies, and they were able to fix the existing bumper at a very affordable price. They were even able to perfectly match the paint color. They came right to our house and now I cannot even tell the car was ever hit. Our car looks great again and we are very happy with the service and professionalism of their representatives who came to our home. read more

I had a large inverted dent on my front driver side bumper. I sent my pics to bumper buddies straight from yelp when I was searching for a company to use. They got back to me with a quote. What made me decide to go with them was their prompt responses and ability to conversate over text message. They answered every question I had and were very straight forward. I signed the form and he got to work. a few hours later my bumper looked like new!!! The color matches incredibly and the bumper looks brand new!! The company was amazing to deal with.
