Not only has she resolved almost all of the issues related to years of trying to power through pelvic pain and dysfunction, but her focus on accountability has made me develop skills and knowledge to help myself manage and prevent future issues. The work extends beyond sessions into homework which for me have become habits that I will continue long beyond direct treatment. Pelvic floor therapy is more than just medical care, it is an investment in oneself. While her skills are incredibly broad, in particular Dr. Gaby is able to quickly identify sources of pain and perform therapy that provides long-lasting permanent relief. That ability greatly reduces the number of sessions required to achieve healing. She always explains what she is doing and why, and how it supports our long-term goals. Her caring, compassion, and ability to discuss any topic related to the pelvic therapy being done, i.e. her bedside manner, is integral to her practice. She also has a great sense of humor which is critical during pelvic floor PT which at times can be rather intimidating and otherwise awkward. My life is better for it. I recommend everyone with any physical discomfort or problems at all to see her once and just see what happens. I came here and was surprised by the "average" review because Agnes is definitely the best PT I've ever seen. She's a manual PT, meaning she will put your alignment back in place and get the knots out. I started seeing her through word of mouth, so I never found her online. She fixes your shit and has a real knack for figuring things out. If you don't have poor habits your problem can be fixed in one session. The habits can take longer to correct, but she identified what I needed to do to fix my discomfort and pain throughout my body. It takes genuine work and effort sometimes, but her methods are more concrete and make more sense than other PTs I've gone to. Other PTs have come close, but never fixed my alignment in the session and did not give me a vision. I was regularly discouraged. I'm 27 and other practitioners were surprised how much discomfort I was in, considering I'm so young, but Agnes knew immediately that I was doing certain things to create the muscle weaknesses I had and was able to tell me about them. I went to chiropractic care for years with minimal to 0 change. I know it's a personal journey figuring out what you and your body needs to feel it's best, but I think everyone should try Agnes first.

I was able to see her today to try and turn a transverse baby for delivery today/tomorrow and she was quick, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful. Her receptionist, Natalie, is also amazing. She was so kind on the phone and very helpful to move appointments around to help me. The office can be difficult to find. Park in the main entrance area and walk along the sidewalk in the front to access the office. The office itself is nice and very large. In my experience, I was taken back to a room with a cutout pillow made for pregnancy. She "warmed up" my back, beck and hips, which resulted in a ton of cracking and surprising felt a lot of relief. It was my first time to a chiropractor and mostly because research shows the benefits of adjustments for baby positioning. She then could tell that my hips had significant torsion due to the fact that I have left sided weakness and compensate for it. She was able to make some effort to fix that, and as such, the baby dropped neatly into my pelvis for delivery. I probably could benefit from 2-3 more but I didn't find her in time!! I then when to the second room where she did additional adjustments and coached me on some positioning and what to do/not to do, which is helpful! I can't begin to say enough positive things about Laura!…read more However, I will start with, she is an amazing, gifted healer! From the moment I met her, she presented herself with a welcoming, kind, compassionate and calming presence. She truly listens and hears what your issues and concerns are! I had been diagnosed with a sprained rotator cuff, which was not only painful and limiting, but draining me of my energy! Although I love my primary care doc, his solution was to put me on heavy duty anti-inflammatory meds, which can be hard on your liver and have side-effects as well! I am not a stranger to acupuncture and was able to get an appt near where I live... I was fortunate enough to be seen by Laura.:) I had recently lost my husband, which Laura took into account with compassion, as well as my injury. I hope I am stating this correctly, but she explained that grieving can also contribute to the injury healing and that you hold grief in the left side of your body... the sprain is in my left side. Laura started with a 'clearing'... which I can only explain as "getting rid of my junk" ... I felt revived when leaving that day! I continued to see her for several more appts. I'm happy to say that my shoulder has improved 100% from when I had my first treatment, as well as other issues I had been having! Now for some gentle strengthening exercises. ;) I will continue to see Laura for monthly overall maintenance.
