We recently moved into a new home that came with existing Hunter Douglas blinds. When we reached out to them for additional shades to match, the quote we received was astronomically high. That's when I knew I had to contact Can. I learned he had started his own company, Blink, and he was able to offer us nearly identical, high-quality battery-operated shades--at 80% less than the big-name brand! The shades took about a month to arrive, and he installed all eight in a single day. They look fantastic, function perfectly, and match our existing blinds beautifully--all at a fraction of the cost. We're thrilled with the outcome. We put another order for two manual shades in our master closet, $400 installed for both! That is cheaper than buying rods, curtains, and installing them. Blink responded to my Yelp request quickly and, after reviewing photos I sent, determined they could fix the shade (one of three). Blink was able to come within the week and really knew their stuff. Not only did the gentleman fix the shade, he was able to replace another shade's motor so the set of three shades once again operate together via remote control. It was a bit pricey but way less expensive than replacing all of my family room shades. Happy customer!

It's been almost a month and after numerous calls and emails all we are told is that nothing can be done and they don't have any ETA. When asked how much longer, they said it could take the whole summer or the year. We made a significant investment on these shades and now may have to purchase new shades since we have a shade less main living room window for almost a month.

She calculated the costs for the different options with the measurements and provided us with adequate time & privacy to discuss for decision making. We opted for purchasing blinds and having them install the blinds for us. The Process: 1) View options & select blinds. 2) Order & make down payment. 3) It will take a couple weeks for the blinds to come in. 4) If you opt to have them install the blinds for you, it'll be a $75 service fee. Otherwise, they will call when the blinds are ready for pick up. 5) Staff will come to install the blinds. The staff that installed the blinds was very kind and respectful of our property (wore the shoe covers/booties over his shoes and placed a tarpe on the floor prior to placing down his equipment). He also kindly moved one of the blinds (we already had) downstairs upstairs and placed it in for us. Upon completion, they also sent us a nice "thank you card" along with a SB card. They had the best choice of fabrics and colors, which was a key consideration. Most of the others I found online seemed to have very blah generic fabrics. I was also happy to deal locally, and directly with the people that actually make the stuff rather than with internet chatbots. I called them with a few technical questions and immediately could tell that they knew what they were talking about, and they gave me some good advice. I also found their price and lead time very reasonable for made-to-order work. I have a set of kitchen windows underway, and will be returning to them for those shades. BTW, in addition to vintage spring-roller shades, they make shades with more modern controls, and handle all sorts of other window treatments, although I did not get into that stuff. When I picked up, I saw they have a nice show room as well.

Half the cuts they made are crooked. Took the old awnings down and put them in my yard. When they finished they just left. I found it while googling the area and looking to fix a broken blind…read more Went to couple shops, one sending me to call manufacturer and another stating they reserve the right not to be charged if they break it further - what a joke. Luckily those guys very nearby, looked at the blind, Said they could fix it for $45, and to pick it up within couple of days. I dropped it off on Saturday morning and I got a call from them on Monday morning that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Best part: he said it was easier to fix than anticipated so he lowered the price to $35. I think it's rare to find people like that so don't hesitate to bring your business to them. I will definitely go back!
