I ordered and item from Amazon. On Feb 6, 2026, they created a FedEX shipping label. Today is Feb 11, 2026, and FedEX hasn't received the item. Amazon shows the item has left the vendor. Somebody is lying and I don't believe it is Amazon. (Edit) After contacting Bully Tools via Amazon, the item that I ordered is now out for delivery. I bought a Four Tine Cultivator with Fiberglass Long Handle, it arrived 4 days sooner than expected. I bought it because the prongs are 1/2" diameter, the thickest that I could find anywhere was 3/8", bending strength goes up by the ratio of the square of the thickness which means 1/2 is 1.77 times as strong as 3/8 assuming the same strength material. The only negative is that the prongs are not sharp, I used a grinder to sharpen them (hard steel). I bought it to give to "WEHARTSEATTLE" unlike the City of Seattle they are a volunteer group that cleans up after homeless camps are moved and pays for transportation for homeless persons to go back home to family if the family wants them back (Seattle will not help the homeless reunite with family). The government gives nothing to WEHARTSEATTLE, it is all private donations. read more

Orderd 5 shovels two weeks ago. One came in early last week and I had to E-mail the Company last Friday and they called me late that day. They seemed confused as to why I only got one shovel. They promised they would ship it out that day.... It's Tuesday night and still no shovels! I run a Plumbing Company and if this was the way my services were offered... I would be out of business! It's inexcusable for an order placed three days ago to not have been shipped yet. Just this morning they created a Fedex label, and Fedex is yet to show where the package is. If you're not going to ship something out in 24 business hours as a retailer, you have no business doing online business. read more

When I asked them why they shipped my package from Amazon, FedEx, when it was publicly well known that FedEx had too many packages and not enough workers to deliver my package. They got angry with me. Now I am dealing with FedEx. After 6 days of sitting at a warehouse 60 miles from my house they still do not have a delivery date. Bully Tools now refuses to answer my emails. They have told me I agreed on Amazon that it would take 16 days. However they shipped on the October 13th, it is now October 26 and no delivery date. I have asked them to get FedEx to return the package to Bully Tools since FedEx can not even give me a delivery date. I have called FedEx three times and it is all up to Bully Tools to take there tool back. Bully Tools does not handle Customer Complaints well; good luck if you try to order from them. read more

I own several tools made by Bully. I tried them out, I am completely happy with most. I am writing about the square shovel I bought and completely died after one day of use. The metal was so soft and NOT tempered. It does not in the Bully Tools corral, period. I have included pix each one shows how low quality the shovel head material FAILED. This is ONE day of all day usage. The scoop bent/flattened straight, the step buckle both sides, the stress on the socket made the paint flake off. read more

Bully Tools makes top notch garden tools, with best in class build quality and has a complete lineup of specialty items that you won't find in the big box stores, including onion/beet hoes and things like irrigation shovels, mud shovels and caprock/pony shovels. They're also a 100% American-made product line, something I typically fight fiercely to support wherever possible, both because the quality is often superior and because I want to support domestic manufacturing and American jobs. To that end, I own quite a few of their tools, hundreds of dollars worth, and based on the products alone I'd happily give them a 5-star rating, but my experience with their warranty service was extremely unsatisfying. Case in point, I tried to have a brand new item replaced due to what I believe is a factory defect that caused the powder coat to fail and flake apart, but this was flatly refused on the grounds of being "normal" wear. That's right, it's evidently "normal wear" for the paint to tear and flake off the product when you gently peel off the stickers, before it ever touches the soil. It only happened with only one of their products, on all the others no damage resulted from the same sticker removal (see the shovel in the background of the photo, for example). Nevertheless, they refuse to entertain the notion that this evidence of an anomaly and/or production defect in the powder coat for this particular shovel. For the premium they charge for their products, it's a shame they wouldn't work with me to replace the item or offer some other means to address my concerns. Being fully aware of how much I'd invested in their products already, and that I had plans to purchase more, they (including the CEO himself) persisted in maintaining that this is not a defect and therefore not a warranty issue. I ended up having to escalate to the distributor who, after seeing the photos and agreeing it was defective, worked with me to address the issue at their own expense. It's a shame they had to step up where the manufacturer failed to take responsibility. Normal wear and tear on the finish is perfectly understandable, but in my opinion, a premium tool shouldn't experience flaking powder coat before it even gets used for the first time, and certainly not from peeling off a sticker. Your measurements might vary, and I can only speak for myself and my experience, but I will not do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. read more

I like to buy from local companies if I can; Bully isn't close to me, but is local to my mother. I bought a grass whip from Amazon, and carelessly did not notice that the nuts and bolts were not included with the tool. I contacted the company through their website and had a pleasant exchange with a representative. I'd asked for one of three options: send me a link to buy them from you, send me the specs so I can buy them from Lowe's, or just send me the nuts and bolts. I would have been happy with any of these, but they (thanks, Lisa!) promised to send the hardware. I feel like they went above and beyond to fix something that wasn't their fault. Simple fix, but they really didn;t have to do it. read more

I've gone through quite a few tools in my life. At least 10 different shovels that I would pick up at lowes or the home depot. Most of the stuff you get in stores these days are foreign cheap stuff that only last one job. I saw Bully Tools round point shovel on Amazon, noticed it was American made and built not to far from where I live so I decided to give them a chance. I've been using the same shovel for 5 years now with no issues whatsoever. Slowly my garage tool rack is finding itself packed with Bully Tools. read more
