Record your conversations with them, as I did. I experienced weaponized incompetence, gaslighting, manipulation by the male employees during my October 2023 new roof installation. As of 7/11/24 I still have a hole in my decking, despite paying for a new roof installation. I reached out to the company's owner, hoping to resolve these matters and to utilize the advertised warranty associated with my purchase. Unfortunately, haven't received a response from anyone regarding my concerns on installation, requested paperwork, warranty, or the proper caulking of flashing for my home.
