I reached out to Bulletproof as soon as I had decided to pull the trigger on a new car. I had front hood PPF and ceramic coating on my old car so I was familiar with the products and realistic about what they would be able to do. I decided to get full PPF this time around. I reached out to Bulletproof via their website and got a timely response. The response contained the options for PPF with detailed descriptions on the product and service as well as price for said services. I opted to get the bulk custom-cut application PPF option and was immediately sent an invoice to review and sign so I could book my appointment. Easy as that. I had a lot of questions that they were happy to answer as well. Tricia also made the suggestion for me to hold off on exterior accessory install from the dealership (like all black badges etc) until after the PPF and offered to have the new badges/emblems installed by them instead at no extra charge. Day of appointment, I arrived at their facility to drop off my car. Tricia gave my wife and I a warm welcome and showed us around their facility. This place is immaculate. Like a cross between a showroom and a clean-room laboratory. There were several cars in the service bays being worked on and they all looked incredible. These were high end cars; Range Rover, Porsche GT-3 and I think I also got a glimpse of a GTR R34. I felt good knowing that these other car owners had entrusted their cars with Bulletproof Auto Spa that my humble Acura RDX was in safe hands. Up until this point there had been no pressure or dodgy sales tactics to try and upsell me. I think they let their work speak for itself. I ended up getting full Xpel Stealth PPF, Gyeon Matte Ceramic on top, Gyeon interior ceramic, Xpel smoke headlight/tail light PPF and Xpel tinting on all glass including the panoramic roof. Tricia also informed me that they do car modifications too when I enquired about powder coating my wheels. I will probably bring my car back in soon to get that done. Tricia graciously explained in detail the options for all the products I selected, showing me samples and pointing out some of the cars in the facility where other customers had made similar selections so I could see first hand what my results might look like. She answered all the stupid questions that I had with patience and made sure I had realistic expectations on how these products would protect my car. At the end of the day the results are really all that matter and the results on my car blew me away. My wife and I are both borderline OCD and have extremely high expectations on how things should be done. We had set the bar extremely high for Bulletproof Auto Spa and even under those circumstances we not only had our expectations met but exceeded, so much so that we didn't recognize our car until we were within touching distance! The attention to detail from the custom cut out PPF on my sensors to correcting the alignment of my badges from the factory and the updates throughout - all absolutely first class. My car turns heads now and looks like it belongs in a line up with all the fancy European sports cars. I'm pretty sure it has +15HP now too! When I took it back to the dealership to get the roof rails installed, all the technicians were coming around for a look and giving me compliments, saying how it looks like the Batmobile now! Sean and Tricia were great all throughout the process, from quoting, excellent quality work they did, clear progress updates and some unplanned work along the way. Ahead of taking delivery for my new 911 GTS, I wanted to make sure I had a great shop line up to install Stealth PPF as well as window tint. I visited a couple shops and had quotes from multiple more, but it was clear Bulletproof had the best facility, staff and equipment, as well as a great location nearby my work. Though the most expensive, it was clear that the work would be of better quality and they would best protect my new car investment, I am pleased with my decision! They have done an amazingly thorough job including all custom cut PPF pieces (most will do pre-cut and might not even wrap the edges) and removal of the badges, fascias, lights, mirrors and other trim pieces to ensure the best looking and protective wrap. They provided lots of advice and recommendations leading me to add ceramic coating of the PPF, wheels and calipers. While the front fascia was out, Sean recommended I add grills for radiator protection and advised me on where to buy it, as well as installed it for me even though it needed some custom fitment to mount properly. Another example of going above and beyond was shown when a week after getting my car back, a really small edge started peeling near the rear license plate. They didn't hesitate and had me bring the car in to fix it. They even kept the car in the shop for me during a couple of rainy days when I didn't want to drive the car. I did a lot of research regarding shops that do quality PPF and ceramic coatings. That's when I came across Bulletproof Auto Spa. I phoned them up and left a message since I called over a holiday weekend. I received a call the following Monday and I spoke to Sean at length about what I was looking for. He was very transparent about the costs, the process, and the amount of work involved. I don't drive a Porsche GT3, it's a Toyota Tacoma. But that doesn't mean I still don't want it to look as good as possible for as long as possible. Sean assured me that the same amount of detail and care are put into the vehicle regardless of make. They just want their clients to be happy. My paint ended up needing more prep work than initially thought when Sean quoted me the price. The guys at Bulletproof did a multistage prep. A multistage paint prep should have cost me more but Sean did the extra work at no additional cost because that's what he quoted me. Now that's customer service! The process took about 4 days and Sean kept me up to date on the progress with photos and text messages. I thought my car looked great when I purchased it and drove it off of the lot. That was nothing compared to what it looked like after the ppf and ceramic coating were applied. It looked amazing! I couldn't believe it. I can't recommend Bulletproof highly enough.
