Tracy is the greatest! I called him to clean up some gnarly puke in and on my car and he finished within an hour. Amazing service, great value, and my car looks spotless. Thank you Tracy and team - I'll be returning again! read more

I finally noticed this place next to Pursue Coffee shop which I visit frequently. They really restored the headlights, clearing all the yellow and cloud haze off the headlights on my 2017 Civic that I have to park in the sun at work. They restored it so quickly, within 15-20 min of time. Now the headlights look brand new again on my 8-year old car! 2 years ago, I tried the same service at Rock N Roll Car Wash down the street, but they only got 80% of the haze off and struggled, passing the polish tool among 3 different employees and taking much more time before they could make progress. read more

I found this place because Red Carpet Carwash was closed today for an employee memorial and the Bellagio carwash reopened but is now an express wash. I needed a detailing/cleaning place. I was warmly greeted by Tracy and he was super honest and upfront with what I wanted for my car interior detailing. He gave me a fair price and time estimate, I left my keys with him and walked to you the shopping center 3 blocks up for a late lunch before my 3:30pm appointment. I came back 45-50 minutes later and my baby car looked immature. Tracy and his team member completely exceeded my expectations!! The exterior looks amazing and they literally removed 98% of the Golden Retriever hair in my car. This place is s lot closer to my place and Tracy was super loveable. He told me they are closed Sundays and he definitely impressed me with his work. I look forward to coming back here to Tracy again when I need another detail! read more

It's been a while since I had my Lexus IS350 F-sport detailed. My neighbor got her BMW 3 series washed here and raved about it. I had met Tracy about a year ago since another neighbor is friends with him. So with a couple of great references from friends of mine, I decided to bring my car in to get it detailed after a road trip to the central coast. OMG My car looked like a brand new car from the exterior, to the engine, interior and the trunk. Tracy and team did an outstanding job. Tracy is such a nice, friendly guy. I highly recommend PAC. read more

5-star service from start to finish! Huge thanks to Tracy at Pacific Auto Cleaning for always being so helpful and professional. He's clearly an expert in car care and he and his team did an amazing job detailing and waxing my Rivian. The tires look sharp and the interior leather was handled with just the right touch. If you want a team you can trust with your vehicle, this is the place to go. read more

Found my new favorite place in South Bay for car details. Tracy did an excellent job on my Tesla Model 3. My car got hit with tree sap over a month ago and Tracy got 98% of the sap out of the paint and the exterior looks almost new now! Friendly, detail-oriented, and great service. Highly recommend! read more

Was recommended to bring my car here to remove / buff out some superficial scratches above the front wheel well as well as to repair significant scratches and gouges to the wheel. I knew that the scratches on the car could easily be buffed out but was not optimistic about the wheel and expected to buy a remanufactured or new one. Tracy greeted me upon arrival and reassured me he could take of it and come back to pick up the car in 2 1/2hours. Well I did and boy was I wrong. Tracy is an artist! He had great energy and I will remember this place and have already told 2 friends that Pacific Auto Cleaning is more than just a car detailing place. Highly recommended with no reservations....stop looking elsewhere! read more

Tracy did an amazing job detailing the interior and exterior of my car. I have a large dog who I take to the beach so, needless to say, it was not an easy job. When he was done with it the car looked brand new, and he charged me a fair price. I will definitely be back and can say I highly recommend their services. read more

They were so friendly and did an amazing job on my car. It has not been this clean in ages! They gave an accurate timeline for how long the work would take, so I got to enjoy a lovely break at the coffee shop a couple of doors down while they took care of my car. I'll be back next time! read more

Great service and care given to detailing / fixing our cars. I took our first car in for detailing and to redo the emblem paint. The results were so good I took our second car in for detailing. We are still seeing the shine on both cars even weeks after the services. read more

Answered my call on the first ring and fit me in for a hand car wash right away. Less than an hour later, I picked up my car looking better than anything a commercial car wash place can do. Reasonable pricing too. Well worth it. read more

Tracy & team went above and beyond with my 1999 4Runner. Tracy was kind and very pleasant to interact with. My car looks brand new. Price was fair and came in right on the quote. He did interior, exterior and engine bay with incredible detail. If you want your car washed professionally, Pacific Auto Cleaning is the place to get it done. I will be returning. Thank you! read more

The guy that cleaned my car didn't even know what I requested. I never said that I wanted the exterior done for $220. I simply wanted them to clean the interior of my car after my dog added some brown detail to my back seats. This service is NOT worth $220, terrible value, would not recommend. read more

Wonderful business. Tracy was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. He was able to fit me in and made my car look like new. Polished and waxed it and removed superficial scratches. Best detailing I've ever had. Will continue to use them in future. read more

This was an unplanned occurrence. We were visiting a nearby business and pulled in thinking there was parking in the back. Then a gentleman flagged us in. I told him you were looking for parking and he said I was hoping you were looking for a car detail. I appreciated the hustle so I agreed to get my car detailed. My car was with him for 45 min and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work. I found out the gentleman's name was Tracy, and told him how happy I was with the service. Excellent work! Would definitely recommend. read more

Had such a great experience with Pacific Auto cleaning! The owner was so friendly, informative, and supportive. He cleaned my car from head to toe and I will definitely be back. He deserves more than five stars because his prices were affordable and he will work with you with what budget you have. I wish that I had before photos to show you how he got out some of the most stubborn stains. He even covered up some annoying scratches that I had. Again, I will definitely do that read more

T-Man, what can I say.... You exceeded our expectations and backed up your promises to restore our 2009 Range Rover Sport to its original glory.... We are very pleased with the results and especially excited you restored the headlight lens covers to almost factory condition... the trim restoration is bright and popping.... Love cruising down PCH with windows open and pumping some great music... We will be sure to bring our other vehicles soon and look to have you work on the headliner that is slightly sagging in the back.... The restoration has us thinking we will hold onto this vehicle for a few more years now that it looks new again.... Thank you for your honesty and politeness in dealing with us.. read more

My husband banged the top corner of our new van into a tree branch. It made a big dent. No we do not need to remove the back doors and the factory sealed panels, and then put in a whole new back end to the car!!! Instead, we just took the van to Tracy. He patched up the bang, painted and sealed it, and waved his magic wand. No muss. No fuss. No blowing up the job and overcharging!!! And did it the same day. I love this place. And Tracy is fabulous. Just like everyone says. read more

Very friendly and really have a lot of pride in their work. Our back windshield was really bad from having sap on it from our neighbor's encroaching tree that was overhanging our parking space. The damage was at least 3 years old - we tried to remove it many times. We took it to two other auto detailers that said nothing could be done. We were resigned to just replacing it, the previous cleanings made it better but there was still residue. They completely restored it - no stains and no foggy residue. Great job on the interior as well. Also the smiles and attentiveness were so nice! read more

Awesome!! Impeccable service. No phoniness. It's also great to see Black representation of excellence in the South Bay.

Imagine you're on the freeway with a kid in your back seat. He says, "Auntie, I think I'm going to throw up." To which, I reply, "I can't pull over, stick your head out the window!" Bad. Idea. The vomit he meant to land outside my vehicle was pushed by the wind with extraordinary force back into my backseat. There was puke all over the back of my NEW ride - the seats, the back window, the carpet, the speakers!!! It was horrific! Picture a baby pig blowing up in the car. A nightmare. I got what I could out on my own that night. But, I knew I needed professional help. The next day, after doing a Google search of "detail shops near me", I found a place that was still open after 5pm. It was the ONLY one open that late in the area. There, I met Tracy. He restored my poor backseat to pristine condition. He was meticulous and got every bit of evidence that there had ever been such a disaster. The seats, the carpet, the windows, even the trunk - clean. No more disgusting smell. And he did it all with a smile. I'm so grateful! I'm recommending this place to ANYONE that needs a thorough professional car cleaning. See Tracy. He's literally the BEST! Thank me later. P.S.: the icing on the cake is that the shop is BLACK OWNED and has been in business over 50 years! read more

My 2017 Subaru Forester developed an oil leak after its last oil change. Before I took it back to the shop that did the LOF, I thought it was time for an engine cleaning - top and bottom. I was referred to Pacific Auto Cleaning, and am so grateful I was. Tracey helped me, and was so kind and clear about the process and price. I'm an older woman who has zero knowledge of auto mechanical things, and live on a very fixed SS income. I have stopped going to the dealerships for repairs since I always feel they are trying to"up-sell" me, and I never get to talk directly to the mechanics. Tracey did an amazing job - the top of the engine was spotless. I assume the bottom was as well, but I didn't crawl under the car to see, hee hee. The price was reasonable and it took only a bit over an hour. Thanks Tracey and Pacific Auto Cleaning! read more

After reading the reviews, I decided to take my car in for a deep cleaning. Tracy and his team did an amazing job. They are thorough, fast, and friendly. After a bad experience at Rock n Roll car wash I took my car to Pacific auto Cleaning. I asked them to buff and wax the exterior, restore the grille and also to detail the engine bay. The engine bay looks great and the exterior paint is really smooth. I paid to have the grille painted, however, all they did was apply dressing and told me not to touch it for at least 24 hrs. There was also black overspray on the front bumper. I had to use Scotch brite to get it off. That bit of dishonesty bumped my review down to 4 stars. read more

I just had another stellar experience with Tracy at Pacific Auto Cleaning. A few weeks ago, a bone-head neighbor was parked against his garage in the common driveway, blocking easy access to my garage. So, I scraped the driver's side against the garage frame pretty bad. One auto body shop quoted me $1,700 and a 2-3 day estimate. I took the car to Tracy, who said he would do it in a day for $1,000. I just picked it up and it's beautiful. It looks brand new, plus he washed and waxed it for me, plus he fixed my gas cap. He is a kind, caring, talented and generous human. Thank you Tracy!! read more

I called to ask if they can steam clean my engine, within 90 minutes of my call the job was done and honestly my care has never looked better since I have owned it. I honestly came across them by accident and will now consider myself a recurring customer. read more
