Not very much donuts left. Makes sense given the time I went in....
    Ashley L.

3/18/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow. I went in around 12:30 and there wasn't much left, but luckily, they had muffins left. Asked the worker was which was most popular. Blueberry. Picked it. Paid for it and wished a good day! Happy Sunday everyone! Blueberry muffin split. My half was really good. It's large. Perfect split. Plus it was fresh and tasty! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have hers! Good service and great blueberry muffin half. Highly recommended!

Woman working was so nice! She threw some donut holes into the box for free. Donuts are so delicious and affordable.

I'm a 15 year old who goes to Clovis High, the donut I had was nice, it was the long dark ones. Waited almost 1 1/2 hour for my ride to get here lol. Lady was nice she let me stay. Very quiet except for the fridges. Ate my donut scrolled on TikTok went shopping spree on my phone went all good . I decided to leave at 4:23 and said bye to the lady and she was sweet about it saying bye back. Would love to come back again and sit there and eat a donut

    Best apple fritter! Best donuts!!
    Serenity E.

Sadly the quality seems to have dropped. The doughnuts are dry and lacking flavor in the recent months. Also I've noticed that the apple fritter has been a bit too greasy lately. They were so amazing and so good a couple years ago. They're still not bad though just not 5 stars like I remember.

This is a cute little family-owned donut shop with coffee, croissants, bierocks, & donuts. What I most enjoy about coming here is the genuine hospitality of the staff. On my most recent visit, the lady packed up a free donut for my order. I am not a meat-eater but the two people I gave the bierocks to told me that they were soft and warm. The donut was fresh and sweet but not too sweet and not too greasy, especially for a Saturday afternoon (when most of the donuts have usually been purchased at local shops). They are closed Sundays but otherwise, they open at 4:30am 6 days per week which is a huge bonus for people who work early like I do. The donuts are nothing fancy but I would definitely go here for the excellent customer service and good quality of the products they sell.

From the moment you walk in, there is a sense that baking here is not just a craft -- it is an art form. There is something magical about stepping into a French bakery, and Parisien Bakery delivers that feeling in full. The French have elevated baking into a cultural experience of indulgence and beauty, and it is on proud display here. Approach the glass case, and it feels like browsing a gallery of edible masterpieces: pastel-colored macarons stacked like delicate jewels, glossy fruit tarts shimmering under the lights, and éclairs lined up with precise elegance, each filled with silky, decadent cream. Sweet Highlights The sweet selections are where Parisien truly shines. Standouts include: Sweet crêpes Éclairs Macarons Croissants Maple cronut Fruit tarts Turnovers Each item showcases careful craftsmanship, balanced sweetness, and visual presentation that rivals high-end patisseries. Their French Roast coffee is bold, robust, full-flavored, and always piping hot -- the perfect companion to any pastry. Savory Options On the savory side, the breakfast sandwiches, omelet croissants, breakfast popper, and the Parisien sandwich are all solid and satisfying choices. While well-prepared, they do not quite reach the same magical heights as the sweet offerings. The croque monsieur and croque madame are especially intriguing and worth trying on a future visit. Atmosphere & Experience The ambiance is cozy and charming, laid out to be reminiscent of a sidewalk café in Paris. With both indoor and outdoor seating -- including street-side dining -- it is an inviting place to linger. A glassed-in kitchen allows guests to watch pastries being crafted in real time, adding a layer of authenticity and appreciation for the skill behind each creation. Warm, friendly service rounds out the experience, making it easy to see why this bakery remains a local favorite. Parisien Bakery is not just a place to grab breakfast or dessert -- it is a small escape into French culinary artistry right in the heart of Old Town Clovis.

The coffee here isn't as flavorful as Chez Maryse either but I did like that there's more vegetarian options, the prices are decent, and food not too greasy. While I was too stuffed for dessert, I was told that desserts are tasty. It's not a big place so on a cold day there are very few tables inside. But it's still a decent place for brunch while exploring Downtown Clovis and just across the street from the most bomb antique shop :)

The layers are perfectly crisp and buttery, and they are incredibly generous with the nuts. Every bite is rich, fragrant, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. What makes it even better is the experience: the owners are some of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll meet. You can truly feel the care and pride that goes into what they make. If you're a baklava lover, this place is 100% worth the visit. I will be back!

We made a stop here because my kids LOVE Turkish delight, but they can also be extremely picky lol. We got a small mixed container and they absolutely loved the pomegranate and rose petal. Just the right amount of tart and sweetness! My daughter loved it so much she has been asking if we could stop back on our way home to pick up more. We also picked up knafeh and diamond shaped baklavas. Perfect chew, crunch and sweetness. So freakin' good! You can tell the owner is passionate about his craft. He asked us if it was our first time there, then took the time to share samples with us. So welcoming and friendly! I can see why this place has a nearly perfect yelp rating. Will definitely need to make a trip back!!

Like pork buns are 3.00 cash and 3.09 credit card. But at least that's an option now. Warmly greeted and helped at the front counter when I walked in. Looks like a traditional Chinese bakery with their decor and set up and heard the front counter lady say their food is more based on the south side of China. Their steam pork buns will always be a favorite. I was lucky enough to walk in when they brought out a fresh new batch so it was still nice and warm when I got home. Dough is sweet and fluffy with their bbq pork filling. For 3.00 a bun, it was quite smaller than I remember. The ratio of the dough and filling was also not as portioned. Some bites you just get the dough. First time having their steam chicken buns and was surprised to see that it was sliced chicken with veggies and a slice boiled egg. This was not it for me. It was like eating a stir fry in a bun. Though this bun was bigger and more portioned than the steam pork buns. This was also my first time trying their Shumai dumplings. The flavor was there. A nice umami flavor. But I was missing the bouncy texture of the meat. And for 4 for 7.00 they were pretty small (compared to the dim sum places). Looking forward to trying other others on their menu now that the menu and signs are easier to see/read.

The restaurant was extremely busy, so I do recommend making reservations ahead of time. The service could have been a little better, but considering how packed it was, it felt more overwhelmed than rude. One thing to know ahead of time: Diet Cokes come in cans, not fountain drinks, so there are no refills. The biggest disappointment for us was the limited menu selection that day. There were mostly sandwiches and not a lot of variety. I ordered the quiche, which ended up needing extra sauces on the side because it felt a little plain on its own. My husband ordered the French toast, and that was actually very good. Ambiance was alright - a little cramped but the live music gave it a touch of class. Overall, I'd still recommend trying this place, just maybe not on a major holiday when the menu is limited and the restaurant is packed. I'd be willing to give it another shot on a normal weekend because I have a feeling the regular menu probably offers a much better experience.
