I recommend going inside if it's your first time as the menu can be a bit overwhelming and no one wants to be held up in a drive thru line. I was pleasantly surprised with Bull Chicks. The other night, my husband and I decided to make the trek across town to try. He loves burgers and crazy sandwiches. I do not. I actually ordered sushi to be delivered to my house, planning to only order food for my husband and head home. After looking at the menu, we decided to get the brunch burger, fries, corn on the cob and a cookie sundae. Everything was really great! I wished I had ordered something here instead of sushi but the damage had already been done. LOL. I will definitely make the journey over again to see what they have on the menu. First things first, I am feeling so guilty for not giving Bill Chicks a try. I had been here for a couple Yelp events and hadn't been back. My family and I ended up here last night when another restaurant we frequent had a 40 minute wait. All I can say is, "why in the world haven't we made Bull Chicks our first choice to begin with?!" I just watched a WAFB interview someone had posted in the Yelp pictures that summed it all up. They are not fast food but "convenient" but do offer a drive through. They don't even have heat lamps because everything is fresh and made to order! They have a truly extensive menu including adult beverages (Say what?! Yes, please!) Jason and I shared the brunch burger with chili cheese waffle fries and fried okra while our girls ate the kids' burger and chicken nugget meals with waffle fries. No one was disappointed! So many other delicious options on the menu that I know we'll be anxious to come back soon! I cannot believe how much we loved this place!! I had the grilled chicken burger and my boyfriend had the spicy meat lovers burger. My grilled chicken was so juicy and flavorful, the house sauce is so tasty, I can't even put it in words how perfect it worked with the burger. The spicy meat lovers' sauce was also perfection! A quick Yelp search led us to this little place on Coursey Blvd. The menu was larger than expected including burgers, wraps, sandwiches, hot dogs, specialty fries and sides and dessert. It is a fast food type set up where you order at the front counter and they bring your food to the table. I ordered the avocado burger and my lunch partner ordered the cheeseburger with a few add ons. Note that the add ons were an extra fee bringing the cost of her burger up over the price of even the specialty burgers. I added the parmesan waffle fries and she ordered the fried okra. The burgers were delicious. Homemade buns and hand pressed patties. The flavor was good and the toppings were plentiful, even the avocado on mine was more than expected. The okra was good, but it is hard to mess up fried okra. The waffle fries were just mediocre. I would skip them next time. On my way home from work on a crappy day, I decided to stop here for some waffle fries. Yes, that was really all I wanted. I really, really want to love this place. The owners and employees are all extremely friendly and helpful. However, i just haven't enjoyed my food either time i've been there. The first time, I was craving wings and decided to give them a try. I went through the drive-thru and took them home. The wings and fries were fine, nothing special. The second time I went, I got the greek chicken wrap and fries and dined in. Again, it was okay. I had a nice conversation with the owner and the young gal at the counter was fantastic. On the suggestion of a relative, I decided to go here today for lunch. This place was easy to get to and it looks like your standard fast casual restaurant, except much cleaner. I got the 15 wings and waffle fries. I had them tossed in Teriyaki and Garlic Parmesan. Overall the wings were delicious! They came out super hot and you can tell that this family run restaurant genuinely cares about quality. Like previously reviewers mentioned, the wings are a bit on the smaller side (especially compared to other places). So the 7-8 wings that I had and half an order of fries didn't exactly fill me like they normally would at other places. I stopped by to drop off some canned goods for the Thanksgiving Food Drive. After the awesome greeting by the staff, I could not leave without ordering. I get home, unwrap my burger, and take that first bite. That first bite decides everything with me. It will either be really good or not. When it comes to burgers, there is not my gray area in between those choices. This first bite was a grand slam. It really lived up to the name Spicy Burger. Shortly after the first 3 bites, my lips were on fire, but in a good way. I loved the freshly baked bun. It was the perfect compliment to the burger. It was just the right size. Each bite had just the right amount of bun, meat and toppings. This is not a fast food burger! I liked the waffle fries, but I don't think I will get them to go the next time I order. About an hour had gone by from the time I left and the time I got home and the fries had lost much of their crunchiness. Don't get me wrong, I don't pass on the fries and they didn't go to waste. For fast food, this is as good as it gets. This is because it does not taste like "fast food." Bullchick's came highly recommended from my childhood friend who was a health sanitarian for this area (now relocated) and she still knows the sanitarian working the area. Their food is all made to order, as they do not even have heat lamps. I have tried the wings, burgers, chicken wraps (grilled and spicy). I have enjoyed everything I tried. Their buns and hoagies are all made fresh as well, which pushes their sandwiches over the edge. Their customer service is also right up there with the best. Everyone is always courteous and professional. This place does not get the business it deserves. I don't think it is well known yet, and word of mouth is still traveling. I have officially gotten 2 of my coworkers hooked, and one of their adult children and his dog too. They even gave his dog BACON in the drive thru! He is now their biggest fan. For fast food chicken wings I like this place and the burgers and French fries are good too. They have lots of levels of heat on the wings and the also have boneless wings and bone in wings. I prefer the wings with bones I'm not much for the boneless ones although my oldest grandson loves the boneless wings my middle grandson likes both and my youngest likes the bone in wings. We all love the wings here at Bull Chicks. I get level mine hot I think it's level 3, the boys all get mild.
