Our well services three home and one morning our neighbor texted us that that water was spewing out of a pipe by the storage tank. It was early in the morning but we tried calling the company we usually dealt with. No answer so we left a message. I'd received a flyer in the mail from American so we called them. Also no answer and we left a message. Rich from American called us about five minutes later and said he'd be there by 10 AM. Rich showed up and was working on the problem before the other company even bothered to call us back. He quickly found the problem and had another tech show up with the part. We also had them replace a defective storage tank (better quality at a lower price than the other company) and redo the wiring from the control panel to the breaker box. Their work was impeccable and unlike the other company their workers were fully engaged in what they were doing and communicated with us throughout the repair process. I can't overemphasize how pleased we were with American. If you live in New River and are unsatisfied with that other local well company give American a call. I'm confident you'll be glad you did.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and that I understood how the system worked. What impressed me even more was the price. I compared several options, and TrueBlue Water Solutions was by far the best price without sacrificing quality or service. It's not often you find someone who provides excellent workmanship, great customer service, and the best value at the same time. The installation looks great, everything was cleaned up when they were finished, and the entire experience was first-class. If you're looking for a water filtration or softening system, I would definitely recommend giving TrueBlue Water Solutions a call. Great company, great work, and an excellent price!

Unprofessional. Once he moved to the Water Softener, I informed him that the salt level was low, so he could clean it. He said, "I will fill it with two bags of salt.' He ran a cycle on the unit, then started a rejuvenation cycle on the system. Demanded $100 payment, and left. After the system rejuvenated, I checked the salt vat. It contained about 1 inch of salt at the bottom of the dirty, uncleaned salt vat. He provided an incomplete service. Very unprofessional. Used two different Lic. numbers. One on his web page. A different number on my receipt. I will never use this company again.
