Bulgari - Bvlgari storefront facade - Jewelry Near Me - New York, New York

I live in DC but have visited this location in New York several times. I prefer this store over the DC location. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. The team host magical events that feels young/hip. I purchased several items and highly recommend if you are learning about the brand. Bvlgari offers more diamonds than other brands for the price point. read more

Has the most amazing customer service in Blvgari! Upon entry I was immediately welcomed and allowed to browse. As I looked at items the SA, who was amazing immediately began to pick up on the items I was gravitating towards and brought out additional items that had just come in and were not on display. She then engaged me about my personal style since and gave options based off of that. We then indulged in the fragrances as she walked me through some of her favorites. I never once felt pressured to buy anything which isn't always the case when going into retail locations. As we co this shopping and having general conversation, I left with not only my items but also recommendations for places to visit, eat, etc. I will be back for sure! read more

Bulgari - Newly released bags - Jewelry Near Me - New York, New York

Never been to NYC before, came up from N Carolina and spent five days there. Since I'm pretty knowledgable on watches I decided to look at the Bvlgaris while in the area. I made no appointment, rather, walked right in. Nice place and knowledgeable staff. Even the two doormen were cool. I recommend this boutique if you're interested in a purchase. read more

I initially came in to hand over my B.zero1 bracelet for resizing, SA Andrew F. brought out a tape measure, and we decided together how much should be resized so it would fit me perfectly. I really appreciated that because I didn't want it loose where the circle piece would move to the anterior side of my wrist. When i went out on the floor, SA Andew F. fanned my curiosity by showing me many items in various collections of different sizes (trying each one) because i wasn't too sure of my ring size or what colors would suit me best. He even let me try the ones out of my budget range, just to get the feel or visualize it on myself for a potential future purchase. He was showing me the new products, including their description online, especially hitting the mark with the rubies, which was the gem I was most into, and the limited edition, Serpenti item that i took home. I felt that he really understood me in my taste in jewelry and how it would fit with my personality and warm complexion. SA Andrew F. offered to help me order items online if i wanted to and do a pick-up at the store so i could get that specific jewelry with the right gem. This broadened my selection and the choices i could make, so i appreciated the offer. Additionally, the mirror areas had darker lighting so SA Andrew and another SA Emil G, who was incredibly sweet and attentive rushed over to shine light onto the pieces to give justice to the jewelry item, including the gorgious high end Serpenti necklaces. That would be an experience/memory i will cherish. If I was sitting waiting for SA Andrew to get an item from the vault in order to try which was so kind of him to do, SA Emil G would check in and offer get me beverages and converse here and there. Thank you both for the compliments and for making my night special. Overall, I had a great night and experience at Bvalgari, and thank you for treating me so well read more

I'm absolutely in awe of the terrific service for this store. Being a big fan of watches, I have one of theirs, which seems to break quite often. That said, they almost always fix it fast and next to free from this location, and they are phenomenally sweet professionals about it. On various trips to other cities' Bulgari locations, I've have some very different (euphemism for not-so-good) experiences. Drop off for repairs is upstairs. It can be fun to browse the jewelry plus various brand extensions while you wait for them to look over a problematic watch. Sometimes it is something simple, sometimes they keep it and ship it off to a repair center. Service here, no matter what you buy, is always superb. Even the security guard says hello. As I mentioned, the watch is beautiful but finicky, so I've had quite a bit of experience with their customer service. My one gripe is the quality of the watch sold. At that price point, I should be able to throw it against a wall and have it keep ticking. Instead, odd very delicate things seem to go wrong easily, like the actual face of the watch comes loose to start rotating instead of the watch hands. It seems badly engineered. The watch is beautiful, BUT just cosmetically well designed, not mechanically well-designed. read more

Fraud and false advertising or manufacturing defect. Either way unacceptable. Bought a keychain from them. In the picture it looks gold. I receive something that looks like aluminum. Compare the photos. Is there some universe where that is "gold"? read more

I rarely post reviews but had such a negative experience here I had to share. Friends bought me a non-jewelry item as a gift. It was defective, started to break after one week of use. Went back to the store, they shipped it out to their "repair center" in Florida. (Already a problem -- why not just replace a clearly defective item?) About a month later, they said their team found nothing wrong with the item and would return it to me. Went back to the store, had a friendly convo with a lovely salesperson ... but got nowhere. She was unable to reverse this decision. Finally, we agreed that I would take it back (since I had no choice) and if it happens again, I will bring it back. Bad deal. But, again, no choice. Worse still, I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to ship it back to me! I'm still waiting! So they've had the item for TWO MONTHS, won't repair it, won't replace it, won't even Express Mail back to me. By contrast: I bought some sheets at TJ Maxx. I washed them once and the texture turned to sandpaper. I brought them back to the store and explained what happened. They felt the sheets and agreed, so they ISSUED A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. When TJ Maxx has better customer service than Bulgari, you know something is wrong. Branding is everything. But look behind the brand. In my experience, the quality is just not there. And customer service is nonexistent. read more

I had the most wonderful experience at Bulgari with Andrew He is so lovely and patient and helped me try on all the pieces I was curious about, specifically the serpenti collection necklaces, bracelets, and rings. And I learned more about the several kinds of bags Bulgari has in their collection. He has expert advice on jewelry and really made me feel taken care. I even got to try on this gorgeous serpenti high jewelry piece fit for a queen! I look forward to returning to get my dream serpenti viper necklace! read more

My wife's ring was ready but of course, being New Years Eve, no way we could make it to the store so we planned on picking it up the following weekend. But Adderly to the rescue! On his day off, he went into the store, picked it up and personally delivered the ring. Now that is what I call GREAT SERVICE! Thank You Adderly and to BVLGARI!! Happy 2020 read more

Bulgari stands for beautifully designed jewelry. Unique, different & special. Quality is another story. My partner & I are the proud owners of B.zero 1 18kt white gold rings. We love the look & feel, but are very disappointed with the wear &regular maintenance that these rings require. While they are 18kt gold, they are rhodium plated & need to be re-plated on a regular basis. If you don't, the yellow gold surfaces over the white. One doesn't buy 18kt gold thinking that their jewelry will need to be re-plated on a regular basis(every 1.5 years). This never happens with my Cartier ring. In my opinion, I would rather have scratches on the Cartier than have to re-plate the Bulgari all the time. read more

I'm from California and I have purchased items for my niece from Bvlgari in the past be it online or in person in San Francisco. But when I was in NY I decided to see if they had a particular bracelet I wanted to get for my nieces birthday, but they were "out of stock " online. As I walked in I was stopped and asked if they could help me , however, the woman with her iPad did not seem to want me to be in the store completely. As she looked for the item on her iPad to see if it was in stock. She simply replied " sorry, we don't have it"and that was it . Most placed work ask if there was something else they could show or give options , not her. I was pretty offended at her dismissive attitude towards me. No matter, I'll take business, and my money elsewhere. read more

This store is now only interested in making sales of overpriced jewelry, watches and handbags. Forget having anything serviced. You will wait a long time only to learn that your job now exceeds the estimate given. Very unfortunate that service of the Bulgari merchandise is such a low priority. Perhaps the store should consider moving a few of the eager beaver sales people into "Customer Service." read more

Gorgeousness. Gorgeous jewels. Gorgeous store. Bvlgari has reopened on the corner of 57th & 5th. I dropped in for a visit during their second day of business. Some of the new items didn't even have prices attached, yet. The new space is beautiful. The interior manages to balance pure elegance with utter luxury. The minimalist decor perfectly showcases the dramatic jewels being offered. I really appreciate Bvlgari's choice not to go the overwhelming gilt & glitz route -- I can go to the Liberace museum for that. This is a civilized shopping experience. Unlike other high end jewelry stores in the area (Notably, the one directly across the street, known for its famous blue boxes), you can shop in peace without being jostled by ogling tourists. Sparkling diamonds & shiny watches lounge atop silky, creamy gold fabric while you peruse leisurely & calmly. The staff is splendid. I wanted more information on one of the new rings, & Nick Tereschenko offered to look it up on his computer. When he was not able to retrieve anything online, he insisted on going downstairs to check. He returned upstairs to find that I was also interested in one of the pendants, which, of course, required him to head downstairs again. His demeanor was pleasant throughout. Upstairs, I was approached by a very friendly, Shawn Campbell. Although he was situated in the hangbag area, I asked about the White Tea fragrance. We had a brief discussion before he disappeared into a back room to bring out the entire White Tea product line to show me! Perfection. Five stars. read more

It's now been a YEAR changing a watch battery. Will NEVER use them again. Total Incompetence. Overpriced too.

Smooth as a baby's bottom. That is the phrase that most accurately describes my Bulgari tie. It is 100% silk and very very soft. It has enough firmness to form the perfect tie cleavage, which is absolutely integral to the selection of one of the few accessories men get. Expensive is an understatement when referring to Bulgari products in general. Take advantage of any seldom sale you come upon to purchase items from Bulgari. They are of excellent quality and are made to last for a very long time. Think of it this way...Why are Bulgari items so expensive? They are just like a divorce, expensive but worth every penny. read more

If I could give this boutique negative stars, I would give it a negative 5. The store lacks honesty and integrity all around. Been in this watch hobby for more than 15 years, I have never visited any watch/jewelry boutiques that left me feeling disgusted like the Bvlgari 5th ave boutique. About a month ago I contacted the store to inquire about a special edition (Octo Finissimo Tadao Ando) watch limited to the Japanese market. The sales associate (Jose) at the time was very helpful/pleasant and located the piece and arranged the shipping to NYC. As part of the deal, he assured me that he is authorized to give me 15% discount and he would convince the store manager to give me additional 5% to a total of 20% discount on the time piece. I happily left a deposit not thinking much else before leaving the store since they are a large brand and my experience from dealing with large brands have always been very positive. Fast forward 3 weeks (this past Monday), I got a call from the store manager (Alexander) telling me that Jose had left the company and he'll find someone to help me since the watch had arrived in the store. Prior to heading into the city (I live in NJ) today, I called and texted the manager to let him know that I would be going in to pick up the watch today. I didn't get any response back, so I called the store and spoke to a sales lady (Maria) and let her know that I will be coming today and the agreement (20% discount) I had with Jose. She told me I'd have to work that out with the manager who isn't working today, but she ensured me that we will be able to get a hold of him when I get there because he would be expecting me. My wife and I drove an hour to the store and was told there will be no discount on the piece because it was a special order. In addition, there is a list of people now waiting for this particular watch. At this point I am a little upset, not only they aren't honoring the deal and they have been going around contacting other customers and advertising that this piece maybe available (since they knew they'd be backing out of our agreement). So I asked them to call Alexander so we can work this out. To my dismay, Maria tells me that in the morning Alexander had told her that there will be zero discount. They could've had the decency to tell me this over the phone before I leave the house so I can have sometime to react to it, especially I tried to reach out to both Alexander and Maria through calls and texts. At this point it dawned on me that they knew about the agreement I had with Jose while he was still an employee with Bvlgari. Alexander purposely ignored my calls and texts and pulled this shady and callous move so they can sell this piece to someone else at full price. I understand businesses are in it to maximize profit, but agreeing to a deal and then backing out is shady to say the least. Not having the decency to let me know before I get to the store is a callous move especially they knew I'd be coming from NJ. a couple of thousand dollars isn't a huge deal, but out of principle, I decided not to purchase this piece or any other products (was going to get a serpenti bangle for the wife as well) from this establishment. Thank you for taking your time to read this lengthy review. I understand my business means nothing to Bvlgari, but this truly left a bad taste. read more

Wedding Band Shopping... Bulgari was a very nice experience indeed. We were sat down and shown rings. They did not have many 1. Wide band mens rings 2. Thin band womens rings. But What did they have was beautiful. They had what they called the "Cinderella" (not real name, no name at all actually) ring, sized 50 only. It had diamonds around the band and around the two edges of the band as well totaling 3 rings of diamonds. And it fit! It was gorgeous but wasn't the one, though it was the last one in the store. But we found a men's ring which we ill very likely be going back for! read more

Lovely jewelry but I've never experienced worae customer service. Their watches did not hold up to the waterproof warranty and I ended up paying $600 to repair one and $900 to repair another. It took them nearly 2 months and several phone calls for me to get my watches is back. They were not returning my calls I had to go to the store myself and demand that they hand me my jewelry. I've heard this from ladies across the country because I do market research in the space... It's not a fluke that this one store did that, it's what they do everywhere. Buy at your own And risk! Shame on you Bulgari. Shockingly unresponsive customer service after spending $ 887 on repair of an automatic Bulgair watch I was told would be made like new. After I told them I was not interested in repairing the watch (their watch quality is so bad that its a matter of time for it to malfunction again) I went to the store to pick up my watch. To my surprise, the crystal was broken, nothing huge but clearly visible to the naked eye. I obviously handed in my watch with a perfect scratch-less crystal and no annotations of damages were made by Stephanie, the associate who received my watch. This is the worst "so called" luxury brand and company I have ever dealt with. Not only they did not repair my watch but I was given back a broken one. read more

Well everyone loves or hates these high end places it seems. The product is beautiful and the service not so much. LOL Maybe it has to do with the occasional average person working in an environment where they are surrounded by things they can not really afford and are secretly harboring resentment that they then let out on the customer? I have my personal Vendetta at HERMES and CARTIER which I loathe, so I perfectly understand the miserable reviews here. BULGARI has been kind to me... When I was 30 I bought my first watch in Florence, Italy. A big expense at that time. The credit card company made us call and I had to state my moms maiden name and my birth date. It was the day of the shopping excursion. The sales people could not have been kinder. They even gifted me a bottle of perfume. I never forgot this lovely gesture. BULGARI became MY brand of choice.. I now own a few pieces, 3 watches total. YUP after about 5 years they don't really work well and have to be taken in for an overhaul at the tune of $500.00 to $800.00. OH the Joys of owning fine things...Well one could always opt for a Swatch instead. My last purchase was a diving watch and it lasted only 18 months. I took it to the small temporary shop on 5th and Lynette accepted it. Then I did not hear anything at all for almost a month. When I called I was told that the repair department had been located to Miami because of the NYC construction. UMH. Fixing the watch would be about $850.00 I told her that I had only had it for about a year plus. She could not have been nicer and told me that I should look for the warrantee which I did and found. Then the next issue was that someone had actually written down the serial number wrong! Unbelievable. That caused an internal stir and Young emailed me a few times. In the end all was resolved and my watch is ready for pick up. There were some snafus but I did not experience any snottiness or anyone being not helpful or unkind. Overall I am a fan. read more

The MOST HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN My fiancee proposed with the 18K Rose Gold B Zero ring covered in diamonds in the store. After three months the diamonds suddenly began to fall out of the ring. I went into Customer Service, never have I experienced such coldness and lack of care or compassion. After explaining to them that this was my engagement ring AND sold to me as such, Lynette and Jung, the Customer Service Reps told me "This really is not a ring that is meant to be worn everyday." Had someone told me this, I never would have spent tens of thousands of dollars on the ring. From then on, Bulgari was nothing but snotty and acted as though I was bothering them! Of course they sent the ring to be evaluated, there was absolutely no wear and tear on the ring, it was in perfect sellable condition according to the Rep I spoke to, meaning I had nothing to do with the diamonds falling out...the ring was defective. Bulari refused to take any resonsibility at all, so off to American Express Platinum Disputes I went...AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I have a b zero three row ring which fell apart (and believe me I'm not that tough on my jewelry). I took it in and they told me that I was putting it on or pulling it off wrong and that it fell apart because of my "bad" usage. So I told them to please fix it and was told that it would cost about $500+ even though their corporate customer service had told me that the charge would be about $400 - the store refused to match it.. Frustrated, I left it there to be fixed and went across the street to Bergdorf Goodman. While at Bergdorf's I saw that the woman who was working there had the same ring. I told her that I had just dropped it off for repair and she told me that the same thing happened to her and she had to pay $560 to fix it. Hmmmm - the one person I ran into who was wearing the ring had the same problem? Something isn't right here. Perhaps a design flaw? Just wanted you all to know to be careful. Customer service not so great since they were bought by LVMH - but that seems to match the same mediocre aftercare service at LV and a few of their other brands. read more
