He provides cool drinks but you may bring your own food and other beverages of choice. There is also a bluetooth speaker provided to play your own music. His sailboat is very spacious and allows for your guest of six to comfortably be in or on the boat at all times. I didn't want to get off but our time was over. The tour we took was $25 per person. Picking up the tickets I preordered was easy. With boarding, no one told us when it was time to board though we were sitting at the dock, but we saw a group going and went along with them. Seating on the boat included an upper deck to enjoy the air; my family preferred the lower deck which was booth style. We found a booth together easily. There were large windows to look outside, but the narration was prerecorded and kind of quiet. Occasionally a crew member would chime in. The narration was always pointing out things on the starboard side, so keep that in mind. The interior seemed kind of outdated overall and most of the other people on the tour were on the elderly side, so it might cater more towards that audience. Overall, this was an okay tour of the harbor. The price was fine for what it was, but I wouldn't personally choose to do this tour again. I know there are other options that might be better through the company, so only speaking from my experience with what I described.

I chose Yachtsy because of the price point and you can book a captain with your boat. I wanted my friends and I to be able to sit back, drink, and relax during our voyage. Booking: Booking was super simple online. I selected the date, time, and online you have an option to select a captain. You don't get to choose who and be aware there's an additional price plus gratuity that won't be added to your online shopping cart. However, the price was minimal for the pleasure of having fun and not worrying about crashing someone else's boat! Before you sail: make sure you fill out all of the online forms. I had to do about 3, but it took only a few minutes and ensured everything was smooth for our departure. The boat: small, intimate, smooth, and fun. It is snug so if you have 6 adults that's about the max who can fit comfortably. We didn't have a lot with us, thank goodness, but keep that in mind if you have people + food + stuff for your trip. There was a Bluetooth speaker so my friend connected her phone and DJ'd the trip. Our captain was a young guy who was SO MUCH Fun and very chill. He helped to make our trip a success!

Steve is very accommodating and flexible with the time you leave. He's not in a hurry to get back because he only does one trip a day. When we go out we've done all kinds of fishing on a single trip. Trolling, live lining and bottom and jigging. Steve works hard to make sure his clients enjoy themselves and of course, catch fish. His mate is his dad Don. Mr. Don works extremely hard bating hooks, getting fish off the hooks and in the box. Steve will even clean the bigger fish for free. His rates are very comparable if not better than most of the other charters out there. We always catch a variety of different fish. Rock, cat, perch, spot and I even caught a mackerel once.
