Both of them got sick with Hand foot and mouth so bad that we had to make multiple trips to the doctor and emergency room trips when fever went over 103. The lights here are so dark and dim that you feel as if you're in a dungeon. The smell is horrific... Like I get it, kids stink. But yall aren't even trying. Snot on every kids nose and no attempt to clean them from what I saw. This place is a cesspool and if you love your children you will NOT send them here!!!!!! Please hear this. We had our children in this daycare for 2 years and every time we brought up any concerns it was always thrown back at us and she made us feel like we were a problem. There is a complete lack of professionalism from the management team. Several times I have gone to pick up my children and a staff member has had their husbands in the classroom. I understand that it is a family atmosphere but I am not paying $150 a week per child for someone to hang out with their husband and not give the kids 100% attention. They also have a lady responsible for the newborns room that watches her own child. This is a repeated cycle. The facility is run down and needs new flooring. I think the water heater broke and they never replaced the carpet. I have since taken my kids to another daycare and have seen how a daycare should operate. IMHO stay away.
