It's very clear that the staff there are all genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about woodworking. I love that they always ask, "What project are you working on?" Maybe it's a just savvy sales technique, but it always comes across as genuine curiosity. There are thousands of hydraulic fittings, taps and dies, tools, etc. It's endless. This is sort of like an old fashioned hardware store with endless little bins and a guy who knows everything, but on a Home Depot scale. There's stuff inside that probably hasn't been made in 20 years and much of it is gigantic, as you'd expect from their name, Industrial Hardware. I only have good experiences here. The lumber is kept in a huge shed and is dry and well inventoried. They will cut boards for you if they are too long. Recently had an issue and the manager, Derek, was most helpful in resolving it. They have hired the best and they treat you the best. This is my place for service and supplies.

I hate having to walk around a store searching for something. Especially when someone can just let me know whether or not they have it in stock. I also love that they're pretty knowledgeable as well. They also usually recommend a few other places you can go to if you're looking for something they don't have. They are slightly more expensive than other stores that sell the same type of stuff.

My storage location is a 5 minute drive from their store in Biddeford. It took the employee 5-10 minutes to remove the old lock. The service fee was $125 and I think it to be excessive. Comparable fees quoted online in Biddeford range $50-$95. I'm pleased with the service and the result but think the charge was excessive.
