For years we've had nothing but unreliable, poor service, horrible work with most if not all the…read moredifferent types of contractors, construction, etc...we've hired in the past. So glad we found Rain Proof Roofing. Although our situation was really no big deal(cover to attic), I suggested to my husband to hire someone to do the work because when my husband last fixed the problem, it didn't hold up, apparent the guys who fixed and cleaned our roof last year didn't nail it down either, and the strong wind we had for a minute yesterday tore it up, and flew off. So he made an appointment for someone to come out today. We're sure having a professional fix our problem it'll stay on for sure. The review on yelp were also promising. So our appt was with Matt. While my husband was interacting with Matt, he wore his mask, social distanced himself, and totally professional. I was watching via our cameras. Matt basically just went up the roof, fixed the problem in seconds. He didn't charge us because he felt it was an easy fix. What integrity! In how the World is today we need more people, businesses like this. So now we look no further whenever we need work done to our roof, or need a new one. Thanks Matt!

I'd been told by three different sources that my roof was deteriorating. It isn't--and Chase took photos and patiently explained what he found to prove it. I had even been given an estimate of $10,000 to replace the detached garage roof, which was supposedly in desperate need of it. I now have an assessment and photos to prove to my insurance company that my roof is in great shape--and I don't even have any business to give Three Tree. But I recommend them with no hesitation and no caveats.

The roof install went very smoothly. Dino and his team did a fantastic job. The roofer, instead of making an appointment or pointing me at their office number, was more than happy to just jump up there and take a look once he was done with the neighbors. The inspection was thorough and HONEST - never tried to sell me on anything or scare me into anything (which has been the case with other companies in the past) - he pointed out potential issues and his recommendations, but overall nothing needed immediate attention. When I do need my roof taken care of in the future I will definitely remember this and go to them first!

But despite the cost, I went with them because their proposal was clearly superior to the other companies'. It was detailed, with a clear explanation of all systems and materials recommended and transparent pricing information. It was also much easier to read and understand than the other bids. Our project was promptly scheduled. We had a desired window of time when we wanted it done and were accommodated. The actual install was about as painless as a major house improvement project can be. The team arrived on site on time, communicated proactively throughout the process, and left the property clean and tidy. The whole project only took 2.5 days. It started on a Monday and on Thursday I went through a comprehensive punch out process with the site manager. The new roof looks beautiful and my family has peace of mind going into the rainy season knowing that our roof is sound, and if we have any issues, Rainier will respond due to their strong craftsmanship and manufacturers warranties. I really couldn't have been happier with the process and outcome and highly recommend Rainier Roofing.
