Got a call a few days later and was told I was misquoted on two of the items and the price difference was more than $700! Okay, scratch those items. Get the rest delivered and discovered they forgot the mirrors to my medicine cabinet. NBD. I've got time to make it right, remodel still in progress. Called in and picked up my mirrors. Get home and discover the mirrors are right, but they've delivered the WRONG medicine cabinet. I paid for a 36inch and they delivered a 30inch. Then I get a call from them stating my space saver is in. What space saver? I call to discuss space saver and wrong medicine cabinet. Was informed that the space saver was going to be a problem because it was a special order and was told by that gal that, "I specifically remember you saying, I want that (space saver) but not the shower door." That's not true! I WANTED the shower door and ordered it, but she called me a week later to tell me it was $500 more than she quoted me so I ditched it. The space saver is $238! Who would pay $238 for a space saver you can get at Bed Bath and Beyond for $90 buck?! Then to add insult to injury, she suggests that I go with the smaller medicine cabinet that I've got because people typically go with a cabinet smaller than their vanity. I don't care! Give me what I paid for! Speaking of paying. ..my credit card was charged but I to date have NEVER received an invoice. I have our hand written order slip--which she filled out--that shows what I ordered and prices--NO SPACE SAVER ON HERE, by the way but thanks for the good helping of guilt! Good, Lord. I just want my correct medicine cabinet (that I've already paid for) so I can be FINISHED dealing with them. I regret ever having purchased ANYTHING from this lady. I won't go back. ps, Mis-quoting someone on a shower door by $500 tells me you're nowhere in the ballpark of having a good knowledge base of what it is you're selling. Give me what I paid for and let me done with you! PLEASE!!!! Also, called and asked to speak to a Manager. Front end gal's response? "What do you want to speak to one for?"

In a world that feels like it's getting more dehumanizing by the day, the Great Falls Home Depot…read morestands as a glorious, air-conditioned beacon of humanity. ( At least it did on the day that I went. ) u was so touched I was compelled to write this review . The scene: It was 104 degrees outside, and the entire city was in a full-blown panic buying air conditioners. After visiting a few other stores in town where the shelves were bare and the stressed-out staff treated me like I personally caused the weather, I turned to Home Depot. To be fair, the only inhuman part of the experience was the automated computer voice that answered the phone. But honestly? I can't even complain. That robot gave me a lightning-fast status report that my AC unit was in stock way faster than any human could have--so credit where credit is due. When I arrived, my stubborn pride insisted I could navigate the aisles alone. My eyes, however, were apparently broadcasting a high-definition distress signal: "Lost soul, wandering aimlessly in the wrong direction." Before I could wander into the plumbing section looking for cooling units, attentive employees approached me with genuine care to steer me right. I found the AC at a surprisingly reasonable price--a refreshing change given the heat-wave markups everywhere else--and checked out with a cashier who was as kind as they come. The real magic happened in the parking lot. Between the scorching heat, my age, and feeling a bit "deconstructed," I was struggling far more than my brain wanted to admit. My mind still thinks I'm a spry 25-year-old, but my lifting technique clearly stated otherwise. A Home Depot worker who was busy loading another customer's car a few rows over must have spotted my silent battle. The second he finished with her, he was at my side in a flash. He effortlessly loaded the last bit into my vehicle and gave me a hearty cheer to send me on my way. We need a lot more of this in the world. If you need hardware, an AC unit, or just a reminder that good, caring people still exist, this is the place to go.

I went in to buy my first-ever pair of boots and my first pair of Wranglers, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated like family. Jody and Pauline went so far above and beyond that I felt like I was shopping with my mom, my sister, and my best friend all wrapped into one. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine care turned what could have been an intimidating experience into one of the most enjoyable shopping trips of my life. They made sure everything fit perfectly, answered every question with patience, and truly made me feel seen and valued. I was so impressed that I asked to speak to a manager -- and he was just as incredible. Highly educated, professional, and truly committed to next-level customer service, he made it clear that North 40 isn't just a store -- it's a community. North 40 Outfitters is now the only place I will shop. Not only do they have an amazing clothing and footwear department, they also offer a full range of products for agricultural needs, a complete tack shop, and a hardware store section that carries everything you could possibly need. This is true Montana hospitality at its finest, combined with world-class service. Five stars aren't enough -- I wish I could give them ten!

This review is going to be in two parts (with subsections), and not both are bad, but the overall…read moreis a two star rating. It should be noted that we live approximately 100 miles away from the good wood shop. 1. We ordered roughly $7,000.00 worth of custom countertops. The cottonwood is beautiful. Good review. They can cut wood and make it pretty. 2. When it was delivered to our house the sink portion was not included in the shipment. The cabinet contractor said "Chris (at Good Wood) said he never got the measurements for the cutout." I personally saw the emails sent to Chris by my wife that included the measurements and was personally there when she called and left several messages. Additionally, when my wife dropped off the sink, she spoke with Chris who confirmed he had the measurements. Obviously Chris was lying to the cabinet guy to cover not having cut the sink portion. No apology was provided. 2.1 After leaving approximately a dozen messages (over the course of a 4 days) between my wife and I, we received a call back saying they would cut out the sink part with the "newly received" measurements. No apology was provided. 2.2 After being without a kitchen sink for over a week, the cut out on the countertops were done. When I went to pick it up, I was provided with the sink parts. The sink parts were missing practically everything actually needed to mount the sink. Including the instructions. My bad for not opening the box and inventorying the contents. 2.3 After another dozen calls and messages, my wife finally received a call back stating that they had found the missing parts in the back of the wood shop. No apology was provided. 2.4 A colleague of ours was traveling through GF and picked up the remaining parts. Which, of course was missing the faucet mounting nut. We had called at least half a dozen times asking to "make sure the faucet mounting nut is IN THE BOX coming to us." Not one call was returned. Now...we were warned that there was very little communication between the Good Wood Guys and customers. This is fine if your contractor can deal with laziness, lack of customer service, and frankly just plain lack of caring for what happens once they cash the check. If you are dealing with them yourselves...once you leave the show room (which...honestly was a very pleasant experience...they are great in person) don't expect too much. Also, don't expect a "thank you for your $7K business" or any kind of maintenance tips for your product. We didn't receive any. Overall - 2 stars. Customer service is ABYSMAL. I would travel an additional 100 miles to be treated better.
