They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework. We got 2 other proposals from well-established companies and 2 independent general contractors, in addition to H2H, before selecting H2H as the best value for the money. He took out all the old insulation, sealed up all holes and cracks that air would blow through. He installed covers over the light and installed baffles to keep the house regulated and not sweating! The others were only willing to blow on top of the pre existing old insulation! Ray was in and out in a few days! I trusted him enough to leave him a key to the house if he needed anything. Finally, after he was told three times NO, he was rude enough to send an electrician on that day anyway. The final quote, which was never given to us before the project started, ended up being much more than the quote they gave us originally. Several hundred dollars over what they had assured us would be the highest price, and they expected the money as they left without any indication of when that would be. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!
