We were staying overnight in the area and stopped in here for our 8 year old to have some fun. We…read morewere literally the only patrons in the entire place except for one other family. The go karts were our main reason for coming but they don't allow you to purchase just the go karts, you have to buy a whole package that includes the other parts of the indoor park. I had urban air gift cards and due to the high cost of the packages I wanted to use the gift cards as payment. Unfortunately their system for this type of payment was down and we had to wait quite a long time. We then realized the go karts were also down so we were about to leave, but played some air hockey in the "arcade" (really just a couple of games and some claw machines). The payment system and go karts both came back to life and we paid and got wristbands. My husband and son both did the go karts. They aren't super fast, but decent speed for little kids. They also seemed to have some technical difficulties and were stop/go for a while. Many of the other attractions like ropes course and belaying area were closed. It wasn't the best atmosphere or experience and we wouldn't come back here or recommend it to others.

The staff, who are supposed to be monitoring the attractions, mostly stand around, ignore unsafe behavior, and let a free-for-all happen. It felt disorganized and unsafe, especially for younger kids. Definitely not worth the risk or the price.

Visited LEGOLAND with my three kids and overall we had a good time. The park is clean,…read morewell-maintained, and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained throughout the day. The biggest challenge was the height requirements. Some of my children were under 48 inches, which meant they needed an adult to accompany them on certain rides. Since I was the only adult with three kids, it made things a bit complicated. We often had to take turns--one child would ride with me while another waited nearby, and then we would switch so everyone got a chance to ride. Despite the logistics, the kids had fun and enjoyed the attractions.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO LEGOLAND This place has completely…read morefallen apart in the last 2-3 years. I used to love coming here with my children but sadly I will never go again. We went for 2 days and the first warning sign was at the driving school where they no longer give out paper card licenses to the children. Small thing, no big deal. but it was noted. Then we go to the coast guard academy to drive the boats and I was told that I couldn't drive my own boat b/c they prefer to keep people in groups to keep the line moving. Every paying customer should have the right to have the full experience of a ride. That shouldn't even be a conversation. And to add insult to injury, that day was gray and rainy and there were literally 20 people behind us. The dragon rollercoaster was broken for over 3 hours. Then when it was up and running, they didn't allow you to wait for the first car (something all theme parks always allow) The ninja kitchen ninja kiosk had a broken computer and they couldn't take orders. The app doesn't work unless you refresh it constantly. It tells you that "wait times are not available" and / or that you can only view live wait times when "you are at lego land". Even though you're there. This makes it nearly impossible to plan your day accordingly. But the worst part, and the reason I'm ultimately writing this review is the waterpark. They only allow you to go in for 20 minutes otherwise you have to book ahead and pay per person for a total of 50 minutes. Scam, but ok. I tried to book the water park on July 30 for July 31 - but it didn't allow me to. So at 7:30am on July 31, I went to book the waterpark for 1pm ideally but only 3pm was available. More eye rolls, but ok. The final straw is when we show up to finally have our 50 minutes of glory - we were told that they closed it and didn't know when or if it would re-open that day and that was the final straw. Add another $40 per day to park as well. Never. Again.

That peace of mind as a parent is truly priceless as I work all day long. The staff are caring, warm, and inclusive to all children. They've created a safe environment where my son has been able to grow and build connections with staff and kids. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers each day in his class and all of his friends. He is happy to go, comes home smiling, and has formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. We appreciate all of the updates we receive and enjoy seeing daily pictures of what he did throughout the day.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!
