My relationship with Enterprise spans decades, I think because, "We'll pick you up." was so unique…read moreand catchy. No one else was openly promoting this service. This was a time when customer service meant something. I began using this Miami Gardens location post-COVID, and there was a phenomenal team in-place. Today Enterprise, and more specifically the "manager" Dimetri Byron is the definition of what's wrong with customer service in Miami. What's worse, the "manager" knows they can behave as poorly as possible because there is no integration, no system of checks and balances. "Platinum" status means absolutely nothing. Customer Service is feckless. The "Area Managers" must not exist because I'm still waiting on a communication from Jason Lordeus since March 2026. Even the "Enterprise Mobility Solutions" Manager, Trenton Hawes turned out to be useless. I would rate Enterprise a negative five stars. Diana Frazier

Undercover Boss WHERE ARE YOU!…read more All I can say is stay FAR away! I used this location in the past and the service was horrible. I decided to try it today after quite a while and it is worse than I left it. Ms. Nerlita (not sure of the spelling) was beyond un-professional. She is NOT a Customer Service problem solver. In-fact she WATCHED me figure my own way out of a NO CARS AVAILABLE problem that I DID NOT create. Her response to me was "I left you a message"! Well Ma'am I did not receive your message, Im here now, I just got dropped off.... Im STRANDED Can YOU help me???? NOPE NO HELP AT ALL! Ms. N, INSTEAD preceded to continue her phone calls to customers asking them why they didnt drop off their vehicle, meanwhile I am sitting in the establishment STRANDED! Make this make sense! How did I make a reservation it was CONFIRMED and I am sitting STRANDED and then the Customer Service Rep. Ms N. didn't care at the least! I had to CALL the Miami Lakes location MYSELF. Kevin, answered immediately pulled up my reservation and said he could assist me. I then had to CALL an UBER because Ms. N told me they only have TWO people in the office and no-one can take me to the other Enterprise in Miami Lakes. Mind you I made a RESERVATION, I was NOT a walk-in. Ms. N thanks for absolutely nothing luckily Enterprise Miami Lakes saved my morning! Future customers, please be aware your time is valuable and should be respected.

Terrence D Was the best experience I had with a rental service. My car was hit and another…read moreinsurance company was a liability for my car repair. When I agree to get a rental with Hertz I was expecting great service. I drop my car off at the auto body shop on July 11th and when I contact Hertz there was no answer and no one to pick me up. That was a BIG disappointment, so I was able to get a ride over there and that's when Terrence explain that he was the only worker on shift and he apologize about the situation and immediately get me into a vehicle. He did not waste time, he was also going to call me and inform of the low staff and call issues. When it was time to pick up my car I called prior to make sure someone was going to take me to the auto shop. At 8:05am Terrence came and already had a driver ready for me. He was so professional, nice and friendly. He kept humble and was an amazing Black Man. I had a bad experience turned into an exceptional experience and because of Terrence D he made that happen. Thank you so much. -Marissa S.

I've had consistently positive experiences with the staff at this National location, and this trip…read morewas no exception. I arrived at the airport and went directly to the Emerald Aisle, but unfortunately the selection was extremely limited there were essentially mini vans everywhere and very few options that met my needs. I spoke with Latisha, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I needed, took the time to help, and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Because of her effort and customer service, I left feeling completely satisfied and happy with my rental experience. I will say that the vehicle selection at this location has not always been the best whenever I've flown out of this airport. However, what stands out is that the staff consistently makes every effort to find a solution and make things right when the selection isn't ideal. Latisha is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like. She was professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely made a difference in my experience. National is fortunate to have her on the team!

Even so, he kindly offered a discount on my rental, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. I truly commend him for outstanding customer service. THEY'RE GOING TO ROB YOU AND LIE!!!! Got a vehicle under…read moreinsurance as I was rear ended a week prior. I wanted a vehicle that was slightly larger than the absolutely unsafe Mitsubishi Mirage that should be illegal to even give as a rental vehicle. I got a Ford escape and was told by 2 workers that it would only be $8.00 extra in total for this vehicle. I was also told that the deposit would be $50 and returned to me when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Instead of being charged the $58.00 plus 7% Florida tax, I was charged double of $100.41, which I did not authorize or agree to. They also did not give me back my $50 deposit and instead gave me $37 even though they gave me a dirty vehicle and I filled up the tank completely before returning their vehicle. - Charges are being disputed and please believe I will be contacting the company very soon. If they do not fix the issue, I will have no other choice than to dispute ALL charges made by Enterprise. My name is also spelled wrong on their paperwork, so technically I did NOT authorize any payments.

I waited about 40 minutes just to get a car. When they finally gave me a "car", the gas level was…read moreextremely low, and the vehicle didn't even show a remaining range, which made it difficult to know how far I could safely drive. The worst part was the strong cigarette smell inside the vehicle. As soon as the A/C was turned on, the smell became even more noticeable. The entire center console and surrounding area had a sticky, dirty feeling that was honestly disgusting. I had my kids with me, and I was very uncomfortable having my family in a vehicle that smelled so strongly of cigarettes. I went inside and explained the situation, including that the car had very little gas and a strong cigarette odor. Instead of offering another solution, I was basically told to go put gas in it myself and that there were no other vehicles available. It felt like a "take it or leave it" attitude, with no concern for the customer experience. There was more: every time I used the turn signal, the blind-spot warning system displayed a message saying it was deactivated or needed service. That was another safety concern. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the long wait, extremely low fuel, strong cigarette odor, dirty/sticky interior, and a safety system showing a service warning, I expected much better from Enterprise. UPDATE: After a couple of calls and texts, they changed the car for us and gave us a much bigger vehicle, so my whole family could fit comfortably. The new car was super clean, and the service was fast and much better. It was honestly a completely different experience. I really appreciate them taking care of the situation and making things right.
