I arrived at the airport and went directly to the Emerald Aisle, but unfortunately the selection was extremely limited there were essentially mini vans everywhere and very few options that met my needs. I spoke with Latisha, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I needed, took the time to help, and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Because of her effort and customer service, I left feeling completely satisfied and happy with my rental experience. I will say that the vehicle selection at this location has not always been the best whenever I've flown out of this airport. However, what stands out is that the staff consistently makes every effort to find a solution and make things right when the selection isn't ideal. Latisha is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like. She was professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely made a difference in my experience. I told the representatives what type of vehicle I wanted within the class I had reserved, and I was simply told to "pick any car in Row 5." After looking at the vehicles available, I couldn't find one that was acceptable. I went back and asked for assistance in finding a suitable vehicle and even asked if they could check the Enterprise parking lot, since it is part of the same organization. I was told there were no other cars available. It took approximately 25 minutes of repeatedly asking for assistance before someone finally radioed another part of the facility and located a vehicle that met my needs. The frustrating part is that this could have been resolved much sooner with just a little customer service. Also, Alamo, a Nissan Sentra and a Nissan Altima are not the same or similar vehicles when the reservation is for a full-size car. Customers should receive a vehicle that reasonably matches the class they reserved. After being a loyal Alamo customer for decades, this experience has seriously changed my opinion of the company. The next time I need to rent a car, I'll be taking my business to one of your competitors.

We arrived on Saturday January 4th, 2020 along with 6 or 7 other cruise ships. Get off the ship as early as possible. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE SHUTTLE! Take a taxi the cost is around $10 plus tip. We were the second costumers to arrive before 8am which is when they open. Since the people who got there were waiting outside they opened early to check them in, when we went thru the door at 7:50am they were ready to check us in. The agent said when the shuttles start arriving they are backed up which is not their fault. Their lot looked small so I am not sure how many cars they have available. I was treated very well, they had the kind of car that I had requested and we were in and out in about 10 minutes.

You pull your car up right in front, there is a small lobby for check-in, then the shuttle to go to the airport is right in front. Everything is within a few steps. Very convenient. Wait times for a shuttle have always been minimal. Drivers are friendly and drive safely. I appreciate that, upon return, arriving customers are picked up at departures: significantly less chaotic and you don't have to walk half a mile to the shuttle stop like in arrivals. Prices are comparable to other similar park and rides. And coupons are always available online. I recommend using their services.
