As always, I Love to Book my car rentals from Enterprise; this was my first trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida... as soon as I arrived I called Enterprise for a pick-up from the airport and they stated that "We don't pick-up from the airport" you will need to catch a cab to our location. I was in SHOCK!, so I went ahead picked up a cab to the location. The Service with the staff was very nice until they gave me a car with NO GAS! I was like are you going to put gas on the car and the gentleman stated no, you can take it next door to the gas station, we don't provide gas. I was SO Disappointed ;(... When I went back to return the car rental, I was like "OK Guys I need to be dropped off at the airport" can someone drop me off? And they were kind enough to drop me off with no problem and I dropped off the car with 1/2 tank of GAS. Overall with all the craziness I will return back to this location and Highly recommend it. Recommendations; Help Customers with their luggage, have the cars with some gas, make the customer feel like coming back to rent at this location. Thanks Guys! read more

This place needs to be shut down! I've been waiting hours others have been here 5-6hrs and still no car. They closed at 1 it's now 3! Denzil is doing the best he can. His manager is doing him dirty. I'm glad the 15+ people here waiting haven't lost their cool. We can't blame the guy for the position Enterprise put him in. We'll definitely NEVER use them again when we travel. It's not our first bad experience with Enterprise. Denzil deserves a rise for having to deal with this. read more

Rudest manager. Don't rent here. After red eye with 3 kids they didn't have reserved car, were rude and disrespectful.

My father and I rented a Jeep from Enterprise from yesterday until today. Everything went very well -- the car was great, the service was excellent, and the staff was truly professional and kind. We are very happy with our experience. Thank you to the whole team -- you did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this location at Pembroke Road and Dixie Highway in Hallandale -- you'll be in good hands! read more

worst service ever! plan to be here an extra 6 hours when you come. it is absolutely unacceptable to wait 6+ hours for a rental car. workers move at a turtle pace and truly don't care about your agenda while on vacation. read more

Terrible customer service, I asked a question while the rental was being set up, she was rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. I just asked why she was being that way and she kicked me out, even threaten to call the police. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!! read more

I just returned my rental after a week of needing transportation to and from work. I read the reviews after I had already picked this location and was nervous that it would be a bad experience. This location is great. Devin one of the employees was extremely helpful during the process! When I was having issues with my insurance they were patient and helped me out as well. Car was nice with no issues and return was super quick. Definitely recommend this location for rental cars! read more

They are horrible they give false promises even after your reservation is confirmed they will not to pick up and just block your number. Bottom line they do not care. So stay away if you have something important coming up go elsewhere where you will eventually get a car rental. read more

My rental car from Hollywood Hills Enterprise at 2090 N State Road 7 Hollywood, FL, US, 33021 on Jan 19th did severe damage to my driveway pavers. Had to take the car back and get another. They admitted that there was a significant oil leak caused by the car: however, they've done nothing to make me whole from the damage despites months of calls and email. Terrible! read more

Enterprise came through for me last week, during an emotional time. Specifically, the branch manager, Zubaer. As emotional as I was, he was very thoughtful and had words of kindness for me during my difficult time in Florida. Plus, a hug when he noticed I was crying. I have rented from Enterprise for many years and have always received wonderful service. Zubaer went above and beyond for me. The rental car I rented was washed and clean. I really appreciate Zubaer and Enterprise for the help that I needed at a most difficult time. Thank you, Zubaer! Gina, Arizona. read more

When our other car reservation from another company was abruptly canceled we were at a loss, we showed up at the Dania beach location hoping for an option. the agent was not only funny but very helpful and got us on our way quickly. And the same when we returned it she was very efficient and friendly.. our reservation was for five of 2021.. Red Corolla.. sorry I don't know their names Thank you! read more

Basic: 10:00 am reservation, one person checking in, checking out, washing cars. Spent 45 minutes waiting and not one person in front of me ever check out a car. Probably would have waited 2 hours minimum. Had to Uber 6 miles away to another Enterprise. read more

This is definitely not a place we recommend. Called to ask if they had a rental available, we're told yes. Arrived at the location to be told they did not have the specified rental. They lied, and were totally useless. Poor customer service. Will never use Enterprise again because of this location. read more

Made a reservation for 10am pick up. Not only did they not have a car for us. But they had multiple people waiting for vehicles. For the looks of the location it appears they don't have a lot of parking space. However, one would assume if they had reservations they would have vehicles ready for pick up at the reserved time. Was told vehicles were on their way 3+ hours later still no vehicles. One person working in the location was clearly trying to do her best but the lack of availability of vehicles was unacceptable. We also rented from Enterprise from the airport and had exceptional service. In fact the staff asked what else they could do to ensure we left a perfect review. Once we finally were offered a car it was an economy car. We had rented a full size car. They offered us a $7 discount and that we could bring the gas take back on empty. We took it because it was wasting our precious vacation time just sitting there waiting. Would not recommend this location of enterprise. read more

I arrived in Florida on Monday and had a rental car reservation with a competitor (which I will be doing a review ). They were horrible and with that being said I was in dire need of a rental car. I called to make a reservation and the price was a little higher. The representative recommended I go through Costco travel for more savings. I called Enterprise after making my reservation on line requesting a pick up I was told they were short staffed and to use Lyft or Uber and I would be reimbursed. When I got there one person was running the show, Zubaer. Although I had to wait I was extremely grateful to get a car at the last minute and it was larger than what I reserved. True to his word he reimbursed me for utilizing car sharing. See had such a great rapport with his customers as some of them rent cars for weeks at a time. He knew them by name and was very empathetic to each customer. I would have given a five star review but Zee definitely needs help and they need someone to vacuum. read more

Used a few times. Each time very poor disorganized service at location. Nothing as promised. Last straw today. Won't be back.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. The man who apparently is a branch manager tried to rent me a car covered in bugs. I was assured when I called that there would be a car ready for me and a driver to pick me up within the hour of calling. After waiting more than an hour no driver arrived so when I called I was told my scheduled pick up time was actually later than previously informed to me by the so called manager. I walked the one mile to the branch and was treated very poorly and disrespected by this so called manager. I wasted three hours of my day for nothing. WARNING!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BRANCH!! I'm going to file a discrimination suit against this branch and branch manager for lost wages and time. read more

Was supposed to pick up a rental today from the Dania Beach Fl location. Went there in person on Saturday and made arrangements to get a car for Tuesday afternoon. We were Guaranteed a car for 4 PM. Called several times during the day on Tuesday and spoke to the rental manager to make sure the car would be ready. Walking out the door the rental manager Catalina calls and tells us there is no car until Wednesday morning. This is totally unacceptable since the car was needed to go to work on Wednesday and we went in person to set this up while our car was in the body shop after being hit. The manager started making excuses. One star is too many for this Enterprise rental location. Stay away from this business. read more

Worst and most bizarre interaction ever.... had an 11am reservation for pick up but my husband called and asked if could pick the reserved car up at 1pm instead. Employee who answered said 'not a problem' . Got there at 1p and dude named Greg was busy handling other guests and said car not on property yet . At that time, I waited patiently and finished the rental process and my card was swiped for $411.23 (not the $211 on reso) After waiting more, I asked him how long before could get car from cleaning area and when pressed he replied prob 15min.. after 15min, I went outside to check on car and no one there He came out to check w me and i questioned reso policies and why bother if have wait and I had to be somewhere. He then told me that he guaranteed I would NOT get the car and refused to give me a refund on spot and said would email it. He then went to walk by me and said ' Im walking by u in a non threatening manner' ‍ i guess asking for specific time frame with an 11am reso is aggressive ... ridic! had my husband pick me up and called corp and 2 supervisors told me regional mgr would call me back and this branch had multiple complaints. Still waiting on refund and still waiting on call HORRIBLE JOKE read more

This Enterprise has the worst customer service I have ever received. 1. They called us the day before to cancel our reservation that my boyfriends cousin booked for us (an Enterprise employee). 2. The staff at the location told us they still would not have a car for us when we arrived then another customer came in after us and got a car right away. There were at least 3-5 clean car keys hung up in their key box and parked out front. 3. Another customer came in and they argued with them in front of everyone and then proceeded to badmouth them when they left saying they stole their car. 4. Another customer came in after us and they kept telling each other he was a "same day reservation" like it made him less of a paying customer. 5. There was an older couple there with us for over an hour waiting to hear back from their insurance because they would not release the car to the wife when the husband was right there with her. 6. They gave us a car with damage on it and did not perform a walk around. 7. Lastly we were over charged on our bill and we returned the car a day early at that! 8. When waiting for the car we emailed the area manager and still have not heard back either. Employee #E141PN I would rather walk around next time to deal with such horrible service and wait times. The only employee that showed any compassion and service was Erick Williams who was new (clearly his management has not rubbed off their bad service on him yet). read more

As promised, we came back to rent from them again. Although the staff has changed, we had the same great experience. We got a great rate and even an upgrade to an SVU. Keep up the great work! We will be back again. read more

I ended up renting from Cam Johnson, the assistant manager. He was argumentative, rude, and unprofessional. This was my second bad experience with the branch. Run away! Rented a car and when we returned it, the lady who inspected it said the back door handle was broken. We had used it for 5 days without issues and I used that handle several times minutes before returning it and it was fine. Yet as soon as the lady inspector touched it, it fell apart. We kept our distance from her because of Covid but there is no way that handle was broken when we had the SUV. She already knew how much our insurance would cover and how much the handle could cost. The sad part is we chose Enterprise because we thought they were one of the few honest rental companies left read more

I don't know where to start, this location is so busy they had one employee working here on Saturday morning. I've come into town from Calgary a couple times now and I've had nothing but amazing experiences with this branch. Seamless check-in, rental and return. Set reservations for a mini van, when my husband arrived to pick up the vehicle Miguel was very rude and told him there was no mini van there for us. We asked where is it and what to do and he said "I don't know what to tell you, go to the airport location because he was supposed to pick it up but won't be able to get around to it" my husband replied "but our reservation was for this location" the employee refused to help in any way at all and literally sat behind the counter ignoring my husband. I had to call the main line and have them transfer the reservation to the airport which was now gonna be more money at that location. My husband had been dropped off and had to get a ride to the airport because they don't provide pick up, after speaking with the escalation department we were given the proper rates and the airport location was very helpful in making sure we were taken care of quickly. Apparently the employee at this Dania location is so sure the manager Greg won't care he feels he can be rude and behave however he feels. read more

Wish I could give this place NO STARS. They called me less than 12 hours before my reservation to tell me that they had no car for me. They offered NO solutions and brushed me off to corporate who was absolutely no help as well. The customer service that I received was beyond poor and I have been waiting over two weeks for someone to call me after numerous emails about my experience. HORRIBLE customer service, not a care about making sure you have a car when they already confirmed your reservation, not shopping with them anymore. read more

Great service, even better prices. Chris was great.. informative and polite. Will use Enterprise Rentacar on next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

If I could get 0 Stars I would. I came to pick up my rental and they had no cars. I had to wait an hour after my appointment making me late for my mother's funeral. When I came to return the car, there one man out front. A second man said he was on a conference call. They wetter completely unapologetic. Never, ever, ever again. read more

I am a longtime enterprise renter (previously platinum tier) and have always been happy with them.......but must warn everyone to avoid this location at all costs! I recently rented from this location for the second time (previously good experience but staff has changed) for a 3 day period . When I picked up the car I did ot realize the representative "Kenly" kept my drivers license. They never called me to say they had it. They never gave it back to me upon returning the car. They never attempted to mail it to me. upon return home I got cited for driving without my license. I called the dania location and the worker said "we have been holding it for you" whatever that means. It is now 3 weeks later and I have not received it back yet. When I asked them for the tracking number their reply was "we decided to send it regular mail so you will have to just take our word we mailed it back to you". They promised to have the district manager call me......The call never came. They promised me they would have "kenly" call me as soon as he got to work yesterday. ......that call never came. This whole matter stinks and I just got off the phone with the Broward police dept. At their urging I will be filing an official stolen license report against this location tomorrow morning.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

I am so disappointed in enterprise in Dania Beach. I have rented with them several times and always very happy. My car broke down and I need a car to go back and forth to work until the repair is done. I reserved a car online and then called later on the confirm and have them pick me up. I was told they did not have any cars but would have them soon and would call me. This was at 12:00 PM, noon time, it is now 3:30, no call, and when I am calling them they just keep putting me on hold and never picking up. I guess the place is going under but have some courtesy for a loyal patron and say, sorry we can not accomodate you. I need a car for work. I could cry, so disappointed. read more

Excellent customer service, my experience from 1-10 is a 15 from the manager K.J to the employees. Highly recomended.

Scam alert So, I came into the office on a thursday and said that I needed to rent a car until sunday. The person at the counter gave me a price and said that I would have to drop the car off at the airport as the office would be closed on sunday. I was not too pleased that there was a big extra drop off fee included in that option, so I figured it would be better to just drop the car off on saturday, but I was told they would not charge me the extra fee. Obviously, I said thank you very much, signed the contract and dropped the car off as agreed on sunday at the airport. Two weeks later I was charged 86$ more than the price stated in the contract and contacted the office. What I had failed to realize was that the person at the counter had put the date for saturday and not sunday on the contract (there was no way he could have not known that the agreement was until sunday considering he removed the drop off fee for airport drop off). For that reason I was charged for a day extra on top of the price given. When they told me this, I obviously filled them in on the details, but they chose to completely ignore this which they are of course entitled to legally as they can just refer to the contract. However, I would think that many people renting a car for multiple days assume that the date is correct, sign and drive off. As stated, legally it is my own fault for not double checking the date on the contract, but the fact that they seem to absolutely not care or even apologize for giving misleading information would suggest that this an intentional scam. It is probably a very profitable one as this provides a lot of extra money if only 10-20 % fall into this trap. Also, it is very easy to deal with the people who do notice this before signing with a "oh, I am sorry sir, I did not see that - let me just change that for you". Anyway, this is the first time ever I have taken the time to write a negative review, but I think people should know, so they make sure to double check their contract if they choose to rent a car from this office. read more

I wish I could have given this place no stars, but had to give it a star to write this review. My mother had the worst experience at this Enterprise. After they promised her a refund of the deposit for the rental car, she still never received it. So after a week of waiting she went back to the location asking for an explanation to which Greg Shaw (taller gentleman) gave her attitude and refused to help. He got aggravated with her and threatened to call the cops. I'm not really sure who is training the staff but when a customer asks for the corporate number, he should not refuse to give it to her. read more

As you can see at the bottom the "concerned" owner tells me to contact the website! When you contact them they ask for the same details that I have already provided. Then they say they're going to send the info to people responsible for that location and they will get in touch with me! Long story short its a continuous loop of lies and deceit!! Yep you guessed it they never call because they don't care about your business!!! read more

This place has terrible customer service. I booked a car the night before and got a reservation confirmed. The next morning I go to Enterprise, and they tell me they don't have any cars available. I asked them why they would confirm my reservation if they didn't have any availability when all of the other rental companies just denied my request if they didn't' have anything. I needed to get somewhere urgently and thought I could rely on the service but I was mistaken. They left me completely hanging and I had no way of getting to my destination. The attendants acted like they didn't care whatsoever. I was shocked at the lack of empathy of customer service that was available to me. They didn't give me any other options just said sorry this is what we do. They admitted to booking customers and then letting them show up to then tell them that they didn't even have a car available for them. They admitted that they do this all the time and said it's just how the system works. They could have let me know when I booked by sending me an email saying that it didn't confirm that I had a car only a reservation to be put on a waiting list. I had no idea that when I turned up there might not be a car for me. I feel bad for people who arrive from a different country only to find out that the reservation isn't even guaranteed. If you booked a hotel you would expect that when you turned up a room would be available. A hotel wouldn't get away with this kind of service why should a car rental company get away with it? This is completely shocking to me, I'm not sure if other car rental companies do this as well but I do know that this is not acceptable. read more
