    I came here early. I needed to rent a car because of an accident I had. Enterprise picked me up straight from the body shop. I thought that was great service. I was dropped off right in front of the door. There was a line but the staff was quick and that line moved fast. I was thankful because I had to get to work. They assigned me to a similar vehicle that I was driving. That made me happy. I liked the vehicle. I was driving the truck for a few days when I noticed that the tags were expired. I called the company and was told that they just forgot to put the new ones on but if I felt uncomfortable I could bring it back. I did not run into any problems. The staff was great. They made things easy and fast. I liked how smooth everything was. I would use this company again.

    It seems these days that people need a rental vehicle for more than just a getaway or vacation. From what I've been observing, the most common need is that the person's vehicle is in the mechanic's shop and is waiting for the parts to be delivered. In my situation, I am in the process of trading in my vehicle for a new one at a dealership, but they didn't have the model of my choice on the lot so I've put down a deposit and I'm patiently waiting for it to be delivered. Whatever the reason, Enterprise has an easy going rental process where you can either modify or extend your reservation. Some people want a specific vehicle so it is best to find out in advance the vehicle's (or similar) availability at the location so you don't become frustrated when you go to the office for pick up. The employees are pleasant and takes care of each customer in a timely manner. Before handing you the keys to the rental, the employee does a thorough inspection on the condition (inside/outside) of the vehicle, and the vehicle's interior/exterior gets cleaned as well.

    Negative stars.... Save your time and your money take your business elsewhere. Drove an hour to this location cause my body shop recommended it. After calling and confirming they had a car for me I got there to still wait an hour. The bathroom is disgusting. They gave me a car that said no smoking but someone before smoked in it. My daughter car seat literally sticks. I just returned it to a location close to my house after a week when I'm supposed to keep it for 2 weeks. I rather be car less..... and the car was all keyed up GHETTO

    It was a out of the blue, dash light flashing, pull over in a safe place, no where near home kind of morning. I glide into a parking lot, more than a little panic at my little electric speed demon sending messages of distress. The first blessing was finding a very well YELP reviewed mechanic just a few blocks away. Second blessing was one of the mechanics mentioning that Enterprises is 3 blocks away and "cuts a deal for those getting their cars worked on". But it was the exceptional service of Ismet that earned the 5th star. Super easy to work with, adaptive and true to his word. I'm not going to go over all the details but I am gracious for his excellent customer service. Sedona Kia ....Ismet

    Proceed with caution - I booked a rental car thru Turo in advance of my trip to Orlando. After booking I left a few messages thru the Turo app that went unanswered. I was able to check in 24 hours in advance by submitting my license and selfie, which I did so the only thing I would need to do was check in once I arrived to the airport. I was expected to meet the host with the car on a Thursday at 9:30pm when my flight landed. I received a cancellation due to a blurry license once I landed at the airport. I didn't board my flight until 6pm the night of pick up. During that entire morning/afternoon I never received a notification of a blurry license or the need to resubmit until after 6pm (after business hours) during the time I was on my flight because I never got the notification until after I landed at the airport. I then re-submitted my license after (when the first submission was clear as day) and the host immediately cancelled my booking at the time of pick up. I was stranded at the airport, no other rental companies had rental cars available and I ended up ordering an Uber (a larger expense I did not budget for during my trip). Very unprofessional and unreliable experience!

The vehicle itself was fine, but the manager at the Avis location in Aventura Mall, Florida was shockingly rude and unprofessional. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, there were no cars available. That part was understandable since we were late. However, when we politely asked when a vehicle might be ready, the manager raised his voice and dismissively said, "Whenever they arrive." After insisting for some clarity, he finally said 1:30 p.m. When we returned at that exact time, he immediately shouted from across the parking lot, "I still don't have a car!" and when we tried to ask a follow-up question, he cut us off and said, "If you don't like it, you can leave." While waiting, two other customers told us they had also been mistreated one even said the manager had locked them out of a vehicle. It's deeply disappointing to see this kind of behavior at an Avis branch. The car was fine, but the customer service was unacceptable. Avis corporate should seriously review how this location is being managed it reflects terribly on an otherwise reliable company.
