Been here twice, once to rent, and the most recent time was to drop off the vehicle. Both times were easy and stress free. I needed a ride to the car mechanic my car was in an they were quick to offer me a ride and took me. The staff was really nice and attentive as soon as I walked in, no complaints here! read more

THEY'RE GOING TO ROB YOU AND LIE!!!! Got a vehicle under insurance as I was rear ended a week prior. I wanted a vehicle that was slightly larger than the absolutely unsafe Mitsubishi Mirage that should be illegal to even give as a rental vehicle. I got a Ford escape and was told by 2 workers that it would only be $8.00 extra in total for this vehicle. I was also told that the deposit would be $50 and returned to me when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Instead of being charged the $58.00 plus 7% Florida tax, I was charged double of $100.41, which I did not authorize or agree to. They also did not give me back my $50 deposit and instead gave me $37 even though they gave me a dirty vehicle and I filled up the tank completely before returning their vehicle. - Charges are being disputed and please believe I will be contacting the company very soon. If they do not fix the issue, I will have no other choice than to dispute ALL charges made by Enterprise. My name is also spelled wrong on their paperwork, so technically I did NOT authorize any payments. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Told I'm being charged $58.00 plus Florida 7% tax and instead charged me $100.41 for no reason. - Car Rental Near Me - Miami, Florida

Rented a premium car and have a valid Canadian drivers license. I came in and Elizabeth told me they need an additional document but couldn't tell me what it is. Tamera, the area manager was in and also didn't know what the document was. I rent cars from enterprise all the time and actually worked for enterprise many years ago. I've never experienced such poor service. Currently in an uber and now going to be late to the rest of my appointments and meetings today due to the experience I had in this store. Highly recommend booking somewhere else. read more

They rented a luxury car right before my reservation when i reserved a luxury car and told me they can't help me. Elizabeth was the least helpful employee there. Never rent from this location! read more

This one was by far the best experience I have had at a car rental agency. Matias went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of rapidly and efficiently. I've been renting vehicles for decades for business as well as pleasure and I was impressed by the efficiency and customer service oriented approach the team at this location provided. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring Matias! read more

I didn't put a scratch on the at car !!!!! Taking them to small claims court and they better present some before and after pics. count your days exitprise read more

This has to be the worst branch of enterprise companies. We made a reservation for an SUV. When we came to the branch, they told us that the only vehicle they could give us was a Van. Since we had no other choice, we agreed to take the vehicle. We soon realized that the battery of the vehicle they gave us was dead and every time we wanted to start the vehicle again, we had to jump it with a cable from another vehicle. Our vacation and all our plans were ruined. on top of that, we were told that a total refund would be made and no refund was given. We were able to change our vehicle from orlando airport with very hardly on the last day. It was a terrible experience and at least we expected to have compensate from the branch but they were playing tricks on us. Totally a shame . I will never rent a car from enterprise again and never recommend read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Trouble - Car Rental Near Me - Miami, Florida

It was one of my best experiences in car rental. All personnel is extremely friendly, polite and positive. It took 10 minutes to take a car. All the process happened automatically on a tablet. I got my contacts copy on my email, which is quite short and understandable. The car, which is Ford Edge, was new, quite cheap and clean with good technical conditions and even window cleaning liquid. The return process was much easer than anywhere else! They accepted the same gas level. My manager Fernando was extremely supportive and polite. But I'll repeat that all guys there are positive and having best communication skills. I will definitely return there myself and will recommend it to my friends and others. read more

I had a great experience at this location. It seems they have completely new management and a new team. Everyone is so nice!!!! They are polite, helpful, and will Make sure you're taken care of. Highly recommend! read more

Not sure why this location has a low rating, but I had a great experience here. The staff were all friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. This location was clean and well kept. I was given the option to choose my preferred vehicle from the choices they currently had, the vehicle was clean inside and out. Paperwork was also done quickly- basically just sign the iPad after my license and credit card (for deposit) was inputed. I was asked a few questions regarding upgrades then I was all done. read more

I had the worst experience with this enterprise. I booked my rental a month in advance and when it was time for me to get the rental, it wasn't clean and smelled like smoke. When I asked if they could give me something else, they said that I had to take that one because it was in the price budget that I booked for. I decided to take the rental and I didn't even drive 5 blocks out and the car warning "reduce engine power" appeared and the car was sputtering. My reservation was for 5:30pm, didn't get the car until 5:45-5:50pm, and this location closed at 6pm. I had to drive to the nearest airport to get a rental and didn't get on the road until 7:40pm. When it was time to return the rental, they didn't allow me to return it to the airport, I had to bring it back to the first location and they closed at 5pm on Sundays. I returned the car and thought my troubles were over and the next day I noticed they charged me for gas after I returned the car full of gas and they charged my card another additional $50! When I tried calling them, no one picks up the phone and when they do, they leave you on hold forever! The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. read more

We had an excellent experience here. Tal Caspi was exceptional. I've never met a rental car representative who was as helpful and kind as she was. She was patient as she went over the operation of the unfamiliar Mazda. She gave me her email in case of further questions. Then, two days later, when I emailed her with a question, she replied within a minute. She was equally helpful l when we returned the car. My husband and I had to rent this car because our own car had died in a strange city. Tal made a very stressful situation much less so. read more

They lucky I can't give them no stars, I went to this location to pick up my car that I had a reservation for , and when I got there the girl at the front desk with her red or orange natural hair with her AirPods on was absolutely NO help. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. She told us they had no cars on the lot and then tried to fault us for not answering the phone when she dialed the wrong number , then she didn't answer even try to help us get another car from any other location. Instead of doing her job she gave us the number to call to try to figure it out ourselves . Then just stared at us while being on her phone and gossiping with her coworkers. SHE LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DESERVES TO BE WASHING THE VEHICLES NOT AT THE FRONT DESK. She might as well be working from home with the way she was acting .. just rude and unprofessional read more

BRIAN should be fired and never working doing anything that consist of any type of customer service. I Ubered to the location and needed a rental. He was soooo rude and nasty and walked away from me. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Great vehicle! - Car Rental Near Me - Miami, Florida

I was directed to Enterprise by my insurance company. I was informed this location had vehicles fitting my reservation. Unfortunately when I arrived the attendee advised me nothing was available, sent me to another location. The second location didn't have any vehicles either. I called the corporate line who promised me there were multiple vehicles available at the original location, so I went back. Upon arrival the manager, Christian, attempted to up charge me without explanation. We argued on the topic until I realized we were going in circles, so I agreed to his terms. Then Christian told me he changed his mind and won't be renting the car to me... yeah, huge power trip. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business at this location. Unprofessional barely begins to describe their lacking customer service. read more

Don't rent from here. They barely have cars and horrible customer service. A waste of time you'll be waiting for hours. The girls are rude here they'll answer the phone and then hang up in your face. Horrible experience read more

I usually don't write any reviews, but the customer service was not great, tanisha did not know the company policy with fleet vehicles as she asked me to provide certain documents that my company had all ready provided to Enterprise. Also I called ahead and ask if the driver could drop me off at a local dealership that was 3.5 miles from that specific branch and tanisha stated that they only had a 1 miles radius that they would drop off clients. I looked at the website and it stats that enterprise has a 10 mile radius of pick up and drop off. Very disappointed with that branch's customer service. read more

Frank the manager is very accommodating. But why I'm giving them 5 stars is because they are really the best in helping people. I rented a relatively new car from them, a small Nissan Rouge, with only 4,000 miles. I brought it to Palm Coast, loaded it with my moving stuff from my apartment to bring to Miami Beach. As I was driving close to Ormond Beach, the engine light came on and was telling me to bring the car to be serviced. That was at 1 am on Nov 11. I had to go back to my apartment. At 0900, I called Enterprise at the Airport Road, Palm Coast , a mile away from my apartment. Whoever answered me was really rude, telling me to bring my car to Tire Kingdom and return my car where I got it from Miami. I told her the engine light was on and can't be driven for 4-5 hours! She didn't care. I called this place at West Dixie and the lady who answered immediately helped me. When I told her that it's Saturday and that Airport Road Enterprise at Palm Coast was closing soon in an hour, She connected me to Roadside Assistance and the man from Roadside assistance noted everything and he said that he emailed them and that they would give me a replacement car. I made it there at 1145, only 15 minutes left. The guy Joshua from that Airport Road branch was apologetic and got me a replacement car right away so I could go home to Miami Beach. If the lady that answered my call at West Dixie Enterprise didn't help me, I would've been stuck 2-3 more days at Palm Coast. I believe that the employees at this Enterprise branch are all compassionate and very helpful. I would always rent a car from them. read more

Their service is one of the better in my experience of all the enterprise locations in the area, I have picked up a car for more than 2 times and have found the customer service pretty decent. Also they have a good inventory and 2 out 3 times I have not have had to wait at all during a pick up. Overall I was happy with this location of enterprise read more

The worst Enterprise I have ever been to. I have rented from Enterprise exclusively in the past from locations all over the country and have been part of their loyalty program, but this experience was so bad that I will never rent from them again. Made a reservation weeks in advance and when we arrived no car was available. Should have known by the state of the office that this would be a poor experience. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (dirt and debris all over the floor and the restrooms were disgusting. The hot water didn't even work!) Waited 45 minutes and finally they have something for us. The car was dented and scratched on all sides the gas was under the empty line. The car was not cleaned (ashes all over the place and STICKY steering wheel). We drove it for a mile and noticed the transmission was jumping every time it shifted gears. Took the car back immediately and nobody seemed to care. Waited another 30 minutes for another car. This time the car had no washer fluid but we were already so angry and late for a meeting that we just let it go. I am not one to complain, but I decided to call the corporate office to tell them what happened. Was told the regional manager would call me but this never happened. This is such a shame because I had been a loyal customer for years. Will never rent from them again. read more

Needed to rent a car because mine was in the shop. This locality was suggested by my Insurance company but I had concerns since I had an unpleasant experience at this branch several years ago. However, I must say that dealing with Tyler (and Mack) quickly changed my mind - they were helpful, worked with me to get a car that met my needs and explained the process thoroughly. They were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to be helpful. They earned this very high rating. Would use them again with no hesitation. read more

The whole team there is really nice and Frank who I usually work with is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled swiftly. Never rent from this enterprise location. Every time I have used this location there has always been an issue. The first time I rented here the car needed maintenance and I had to go to the shop multiple times and waste countless hours. They gave me a car with a hole in the sidewall of the tire and I almost died driving on the road. They held me responsible because they know they don't check the integrity of the tires before giving the rental car. The staff continually repeated that they were not at fault and didn't bother to listen to what I had to say. I didn't expect to be spending most of my time with my mom at enterprise. Take an Uber or lyft. Update: they gave me a car that smells like weed and has the dirtiest interior I have ever seen in a rental. read more

Waiting over one hour for my car that she said would be here in 5 minutes. Also very bad odor in car- awful floral deodorizer. The people working were kind and helpful. read more

I have been using this Enterprise location for a couple years now. I am even now a "loyal" member.. but every time I come, the wait times are outrageous. In hopes that booking far in advance would eliminate this situation it is still happening. I reserved a truck two weeks ago (or more) and the truck is still not ready, an hour after our reservation. Meanwhile, the price online was a simple $73 and after whatever they added, I am paying double. I guess I will start having to search for a new company to rent vehicles from. read more

This is the worst Enterprise location I have ever been to. The service is terrible and so slow. I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment, had booked the car through my insurance. This is one of the worst car rental places I have been to, staff at desk had no interest in helping, needed a car ,called in advance, waited for staff to help, there was 1 customer besides me , 4 in staff, but had to wait. When they gave me a car it was covered in bird excrement, I asked them to please wash car before I took it, reluctantly they did, to no avail. It was still covered in bird excrement, it looked like someone took a hose and sprayed the sides of car but not top,car was wet. Inside of car was stained, dings, scratches all over car . Told not to worry about it cause scratches had to be longer than a dollar, dings had to be deeper than an egg.I took the car reluctantly cause I had an appointment and could not wait any longer. read more
