My rental car was paid by an insurance company. I expected lots of nonsense; but that was not the case. I selected the car I wanted and left a $50 deposit. I had experience the worst service from the supervisor of this establishment. I had a reservation through the insurance of a person who crashed my vehicle. When they called me from this establishment they told me that my vehicle was ready and I told them that I could come before 5:50 pm, then I managed to organize my time to be able to go before and I spoke again with a representative of this place and she told me that Of course I could go. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for the supervisor to clear out with another customer and then she told me that he still didn't have my vehicle ready. She asked me to leave and come back later or go to another Enterprise. This supervisor has no idea what customer service is and I don't understand how an Enterprise rental car is managed by just two people who don't even know what vehicles they have available. I do not recommend this rental car to anyone. I have to use it because it was the one that assigned me the insurance company. How sad to see that a business like this operates in a city like Aventura, FL where all the business owners are very polite and respectful people. My experience at this enterprise location was terrible. I made a reservation for a car, but there was no car available when I arrived. When I questioned the reason for unavailability I was given excuses and then scolded like a child for not calling them to confirm the reservation. I reserved a car for 8am today because my car needed some repairs. I arrived at 10am due to the tow truck being delayed and was first told that there were no cars available and reservations had to be made 48 hours in advance. If that is truly the case, I should have been informed yesterday when I made the reservation, not today when I show up expecting a car. I was then told that because I was late, my reservation had been released. I'm not sure why my contact details weren't used to confirm whether I intended to keep my reservation. When I questioned this, the assistant branch manager Kashunda scolded me in front of other customers. If you don't want a car on time, enjoy lots of excuses, no real apologies, and getting scolded like a child, rent a car from here. Otherwise stay far far away. read more

Not only was he rude, but he also charged my card for an suv and after being charged he told me he had only a pickup truck available and mentioned nothing about it before the transaction. There was also a price difference in the two vehicles that he didn't speak about and that's what really did it for me. I refused the car and canceled the vehicle only to find out they take 2-3 business days to return my money. Why would I be charged the same for a lesser vehicle? Why wouldn't the representative say he only had a pickup available? My father and I rent from this place and after this experience I'll never and probably he will never do it again. read more

If you're under 25 , you can totally rent here. They don't care about the driving experience you've got and you can negotiate the extra charges! I rented a car from them but decided that I wanted to switch it to another vehicle. They did it with no problem. I then decided that I wanted one of their luxury cars and requested that they get me a BMW. Terrible customer service provided by Emannuel Alcena which is the Branch Manager at this location! They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. I reserved a van for 10 am and received a confirmation email, only to get a call the morning of my pick up to inform me that they had no vans available. When I asked why was I even able to make the reservation when they didn't even have the van in their inventory, the answer Emmanuel gave me was that I made the reservation after hours and none of their vehicles are guaranteed when booking online and over the phone. How ridiculous! We are in 2019 and their system shouldn't operate that way! They shouldn't allow customers to reserve any vehicles if they're not available! After 2 follow up calls made to Emmanuel about the status of the van, I was told still nothing was available. I asked to reserve a sedan instead and they didn't have that available either. When I asked what would be done to accommodate me for their mistake, I was told by Emmanuel that they never made a mistake on their end AND hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. The audacity! I cannot believe a branch manager would treat a customer this way and Enterprise should not stand by it. Btw, this is the third time something like this happens to me with enterprise. They picked me up when they said they would, they gave me a better car than I contacted for and gave me all the discounts they could and then took me back when I returned the car. I feel it is my duty to let the people of Miami know the horrible experience and service I received at Enterprise. I got into a collision about four months so I had to rent a car for about a week while they fixed my car. For starters, the first car, I could barely move the steering wheel, so I had to take the car back. That was not the worst part of my experience from this place though. Later that day which another one of there disgusting cars, I had one of the most disgusting, disturbing experiences I have ever had, it was like a horror scene in a movie. So, it's about 10pm and I'm getting into the car and I realize something crawling on the passengers seat I turn the light on and I am surrounded by about 100 roaches! Obviously I freak out and just go kind of crazy for a few minutes. I was not only upset about the roaches but I had just spent $50 of food from publix that all the roaches where enjoying. The Aventura location of Enterprise is horrible. I love the company generally but this location is the worst of the dozens of enterprise locations i have rented from. They said they would pick me up twice. I waited forever and they didnt show twice. Then I waited for over an hour in the location and they were rude. THERE WE NO CARS READY. My car didnt have the gas in it that they said it did. Why would they lie? It took so long to get the car I had to take it without it being cleaned. It stunk, was dirty and the charging ports didnt work. I called to complain 3x to national office. Still no response. And this is third time i have had a problem at this location. I had a really good experience with this branch of Enterprise Rent A Car. My car was in the shop and arrangements were made to pick me up at the shop (and drive me back to my car when it was done.) I was happy with the vehicle that I rented. I ended up needing it longer than expected and the transaction went very smoothly. The people who work in the office are very friendly, helpful and professional. After returning the car I realized that I had left an envelope with some paperwork and a small amount of petty cash in the car. I went in the following Monday and it was there waiting for me. This is a very trustworthy office and I would definitely recommend renting a car from this branch. read more

My experience with this particular Enterprise was the best I've ever had renting a car in the past twenty years either for business in the service industry (major hotel group sales and incentives), which used to be quite frequently, when I used primarily Hertz, or for pleasure or emergency rental, when it was more often Enterprise. Recently my car, a powerful V6 engine Toyota Avalon, was going to be in the collision repair shop for about a week and I was looking for a rental car that would be similar in weight, horsepower and pickup. My insurance company arranged for me to deal with a Hertz outlet, where I had the worst nightmare of my life. Not being able to get through to my insurance agency, I called my collision shop, as they had a better relationship with Enterprise, and explained the situation, while I sat in a nearby Burger King to calm down from the terrible experience at hertz and escape the intense heat of the day. They worked it out with the insurance company and Enterprise, who's manager called me to say she had a van already servicing someone not too far from me, and she would have them pick me up on their way back, to stay inside the restaurant and stay cool as it might take a little longer, she would call again to update me. No problem... I got to have lunch, calm down from the nightmare from Hertz, and stay cool. When they came, I felt like I had been rescued. It was a short trip to Enterprise , and the manager made me feel like they were welcoming the a Queen. SHe had my car clean and waiting, it was a perfect match in terms of handling en par with my Avalon, a brand new Ford Fusion with all the bells and whistles, comfortable as it could be with leather seats, great support... I enjoyed my week driving it with no fear, as it handled very much like my Avalon. When my car was finished in the collision shop though, I wasn't able to pick it up and return the rental until the next day, due to a sudden blinding migraine that came on that afternoon, which made it too dangerous for me to drive in what was fast becoming rush hour , and I knew I needed to get home while I could, as I would soon start to lose my sense of peripheral vision and the pain would interfere with my driving acuity. I called and they were very understanding, much more so than my insurance company was about covering that last day. Overall, this Enterprise staff was a JOY to deal with, every day I drove that car was a joy, every conversation on the phone was a pleasant, stress free experience. They could not do enough for me. It was a natural, friendly, customer driven establishment that was led by someone with a real flair for customer satisfaction and a real enthusiasm and rapport with people. I cannot say enough about Melissa Lopez and her staff. She has won a customer in me for life, and I will be recommending her to anyone visiting me in the future and anyone I know who needs a great car rental experience. My experience with this particular store was excellent. I have always rented from Enterprise but first time at this particular location. One day after work I stopped by Publix and bought some groceries but when I went to start the car it would not start. I was overwhelm. I did not know what to do since I am not a mechanic and I needed a car to drive to work early in the morning the next day. To make matters worse it was about a little over 30 minutes before closing time. I called two different Enterprise near the area and I was told they could not pick me up they could only assist me if I make it there before 6pm. Ridiculous. Finally, as I was going to give up my I call the Aventura location and they were more than happy to assist me not only did they pick me up in less than 20 minutes but also gave me a better deal than I had bargain for.
