He is incredibly thorough, diligent, reliable, and always provides excellent communication. One of the things I appreciate most is that Mike takes the time to reach out and ask if we are experiencing any specific issues before he comes, so he can make sure to target those particular problem areas. He genuinely cares about resolving the issue rather than simply providing a routine service. Since working with Mike, our insect problems have decreased immensely, and I am so grateful that we found him! His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure his customers are happy really set him apart. I would highly recommend Mike and Families Exterminators to anyone looking for dependable, effective, and personalized pest control service. We couldn't be happier! To top it all off, their pricing is very reasonable, especially for the level of service and care they provide. Highly recommend!

I was not home at the time and my wife put me on the phone with the tech who apologized and said "you were probably sent a confirmation via text or email. It looks like it's been a busy week for you though so no worries if you missed it". I did not, in fact, miss any confirmation, since none was sent. When I called Cowleys to inquire what happened, they said they don't actually confirm these visits - they just show up?? But then why would you knock on my door if you don't need anyone to be present? This is WILDLY unprofessional behavior - not just showing up unannounced with chemicals in a home with a newborn, but then trying to gaslight me for your lack of communication. The entire phone call felt like the rep was annoyed at me and she did absolutely nothing to help beyond adding me to a "list" where they would notify me to confirm future visits. I've received confirmation from them in the past, so I don't know what happened on their end, but I cancelled my service with the rep immediately. What a waste of money this whole ordeal was. I DO NOT recommend these people at all.

I feel very fortunate to have found Attic Avengers for a much-needed attic overhaul. After spending…read morethree to four days in my attic searching for a lost item, I became sick from breathing in all the dust and insulation and was out of commission for nearly a week. That experience convinced me it was time to have the attic professionally cleaned and upgraded. After receiving several estimates, I chose Attic Avengers. My home is over 40 years old, and the attic desperately needed attention. Dean took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answer all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism gave me complete confidence in moving forward with the project. The team removed all of the old insulation, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the attic, sealed potential entry points for unwanted pests, installed protective covers over the recessed can lights for added safety, and ensured the bathroom ventilation was properly vented. The difference is remarkable. Despite working in extreme summer heat, the crew remained courteous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They even removed all of my stored belongings from the attic, giving me time to sort through and rebox everything I wanted to keep before carefully returning it to my newly insulated attic. That extra level of service was a tremendous help and greatly appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the results. The professionalism, quality of workmanship, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I plan to have Attic Avengers return next year to clean and insulate my crawlspace. I highly recommend Dean and the entire Attic Avengers team to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality attic insulation and restoration services. They truly take pride in their work, and it shows.
