During the second incident, I had already used my EpiPen and ended up in the ER. Despite explaining the life-or-death stakes to the technician, who promised an amazing job, the actual service was nonexistent. While he was supposedly treating my yard, I left for exactly four minutes to pick up my wife from her job a mile away. When I returned, the technician was already half a mile down the road. My doorbell camera confirmed he spent a mere 30 seconds throwing down a few granules before leaving.I fired them immediately. To rectify the situation, they offered to have a manager come out and redo the job properly for free. Now, they are aggressively demanding payment for that complimentary service. This is the worst, most reckless company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs

A technician from Hughes Exterminators came to our home to do the quarterly inspection/treatment. I caught him acting inappropriately in the master closet and I told him to leave our house and never come back. Once he was out of the house, I immediately called the Hughes office to report him. We were new in Florida at that time and did not know that could be "a thing" here. For various reasons we were not thrilled with that service, but what we least appreciated was that they were a Fort Myers business. We should have patronized a local service, a company near our home in Englewood. Searching reviews, we hit upon Solutions and we are very happy with their services. I would like to single out Brandon, who is personally taking care of us. Their prices are reasonable, and we could cancel at any time without penalty. The people in the front office are also very nice and informative. I recommend you try these folks out if you need pests eliminated. We ain't got none no more!
