When they came to treat my house for pests, they did a sloppy job and didn't even get rid of the problem. I had to call them multiple times to follow up and they were unresponsive and uninterested in helping me. To make matters worse, their prices were outrageous for the terrible service they provided. I would not recommend Dodson Pest Control to anyone in the Wilmington area. Avoid them at all costs. To make matters worse I've had multiple technicians come to my house because one has quit because of the management. The last guy was getting ready to quit and he told me that they can't keep good help and they go through managers at least 4 times a year. I have talked to several people in my neighborhood and they have heard the same thing. The technician also told me and my husband that one of the sales guys fell through a customers attic recently and laughed about it to everyone in the office. He never got wrote up and spoken to about it. We also heard that one of the guys who was actually great and really went the extra mile was out with a heart condition and when he came back and was cleared and they fired him. He's now working at End Game Pest Control. I would highly recommend Keith Larue at END GAME Pest Control Company. We have been using Keith and he knows what he's doing. All the guys there use to work at Dodson who left because of the company was sinking fast. Now they are making a name for their self. Thanks for reading my review. The same pushy salesman text her asking why she canceled and reminded her he had spent a long time at her house. When she didn't reply to the text he showed up to her house. He asked why she canceled? She told him she couldn't afford it. He replied but you can afford that ice cream you're eating. He said sorry $59/month breaks you. I can see where your priorities are. SETH was asked to leave her property and to not return. I tried to call the company today to make an official complaint and needless to say I did not receive much help. Don't take advantage of the elderly. I will be making a report to police so that it is probably documented.
