He didn't do anything with the ones in the cupboard, and I didn't go with him outside. I know he didn't go under the house and I don't know that he did anything to treat that area. When I continued to treat the indoor infestation they kept coming for another 6 weeks, till the weather changed. I called the office twice but never got a call back!

We started hearing rats or squirrels in attic, could not find where they were getting in. Got…read moreestimates from two other exterminator services who wanted to get us on a contract and keep setting poison boxes forever. My wife found Jack who was up on the roof right away, found the spot the rats were getting in, gave us a full itemized list of recommendations (some of which we ended up doing ourselves like trimming shrubs, some of which we had him do), secured that corner of the roof with flashing and did a couple other things, and said let's see if we keep hearing rats. We did keep hearing rats, so Jack returns and finds one more place where rats were coming in and secures that location. Both places he placed a one way exit door so they could get out but not back in, and placed traps where we heard them. I was really impressed by Jack's knowledge of animals and construction, his philosophy to secure the house and get the pests out of the house because you can never get them out of the area, rather than just keeping poisoning them, He also has a great can-do attitude. I'm hoping not to have to use his services again, but if I ever have a pest problem I'll call him right away. Oh yeah, his prices were very reasonable too, less than the other quotes I got plus his was a one time deal rather than ongoing expense forever.

The thing that pissed me off was the "locker room talk". Talking about "getting some last night". Talking about their "situationships". It was a hot night last night so all our windows are open. So this is how we were woken up this morning. Don't know if the service is good. But that guy was a douche. We live in an apartment complex and there were more than just our windows open. Hopefully in the future he conducts himself with respect and represents the company better.

They won't honor their own warranty. I was told their warranty was for 90 days, and I have it in…read morewriting. 60 days after the service was deemed complete, I heard additional activity. I called immediately, and was told that the infestation that was under our house is no longer protected by warrant because we didn't replace a seal on our garage door which was told to us as a suggestion. When the tech says you should consider changing something, I would have never assumed that is a requirement of my warrant versus a suggestion. Now, I need to start services all over again for a problem they never fully remedied- had they done so, we wouldn't be experiencing the same issues in the same area 60 days later. I will be using a new company moving forward.
