But (knock on wood) I haven't seen even one roach since my own Orkin Man started coming by regularly. Even when I'm not home, he is dedicated and accountable to helping me keep a pest free home. That's not easy to do in Florida. He gave me a list of things I can seal up around the property to help too. Together, those terrorists didn't have a chance. My sincere apologies though. I'm sorry about that sprinkler system. It's on a sensor to keep large palmetto roaches, snakes, cats and geckos from coming inside. It wasn't meant to spray you. Every time I call them to get…read moretermite spot treatment, I have to call them multiple times - usually 3 to get someone to come out here. Then, when we get someone here, they don't have a drill or the right wood putty color to match our hardwood floors. I work full time, and working with Orkin is exhausting. For the 30 minutes they spend drilling holes, I spend more time trying to get them here. Way overpriced. I would recommend another termite company in Jacksonville.

2 months ago Avoid at all cost! I spent nearly $8,000 over a…read more10 month period with Orkin, JAX. I dealt with Daniel Parnell. He inspected and treated with spray the first time out. Within 4 months the termites were back. He sprayed again of course with additional charge. Within 2 months the termites were back. He recommended installing Orkin insulation in the attic. I then had to pay a contractor to remove all of the existing insulation and Daniel installed Orkin termite insulation. He also charged me for a third spray treatment prior to the insulation install because he said it needed the treatment as well as the insulation. The whole purpose was to termite bond the property and then I would just pay the annual fee for treatments as necessary since I had paid thousands already. Despite three paid for treatments and insulation install he stated he could not bond the property because when they installed the Orkin insulation not all of the old insulation was out of the corners so he "couldn't fully inspect it". Absolute scam artists. I've reached out to him at (904)239-1227, (904)240-5515, and (904)728-9677. No response. I emailed him at Daniel.parnell21@icloud.com, dparnell@orkin.com, dparnell@rollins.com, and what do you know? No response. Amazing that after the thousands of dollars are in their pockets their customer service and integrity absolutely flop.
