They kept the store open late for us, allowed us to bring vendors in, and were wonderful hosts. I totally recommend all organizations to work with them. I did all of my shopping with this store and crossed off so many people on my shopping list. They carry a large variety of Buffalo products from local artists. I especially loved the variety of Polish Buffalo products. I had to stop myself from purchasing the butter lamb pillow. The young girl at the counter did not seem to care that they were losing a customer. If you say you're going do something before a certain date then you should do it. I went to customized tees in the galleria and they did it for me in less than an hour, and it was beautiful if you need a shirt go there. I was not nasty to your staff at all. I also did not storm in and demand a refund. You have cameras there, you should look at them.

Yes, you *could* go on amazon and get things, but there is actually knowledge behind the size of the flagpole relative to the flag you have, and things about their in-stock poles they could demonstrate. I learned the pole we bought has a feature that prevents the flag from wrapping around itself, and what the clip was for, etc. And there's something to be said for actually seeing and feeling the item before purchasing.
