A typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience, it was a great deal to go for lunch. The wings are always a staple that's never bad. The fries have been growing on me and are properly seasoned. Your typical sports bar, there are screens everywhere. Despite it being lunch, service was incredibly fast in getting our food within minutes of ordering. Getting the bill and checking out was a bit of a wait, but nothing dramatic. read more

This isn't our regular Buffalo Wild Wings location. We placed a pickup order from this location since it was the closest option while returning home. When placing the order, we specifically requested a celery boat, and it was clearly noted, even the receipt shows the celery boat was requested. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the package, the celery boat was missing. The food itself was fine, but it was disappointing to see a simple yet clearly requested item left out, especially when it was confirmed on the order. Little details like this matter, particularly for pickup orders where you don't realize something is missing until later. Hoping they pay closer attention to order details moving forward. read more

The wings and the boxes weren't labeled very thoroughly. There used to be individual stickers with each flavor. These boxes just had a sticker on top and you're supposed to guess which ones were which. One of the wings are flat in the boxes was nothing but a piece of charcoal literally. There was no meat protein fat no gristle on it. It was just totally crunchy yet, it had sauce on it. Very poor quality control. Placed an order for 20 wings and 10 wings and we were supposed to get carrots and celery with each order. We received one bag with six little carrot nubs in it and another bag with five little pieces of celery. Not at all what I would expect quantity wise from when I placed the order. Overall, the dining experience was not good when it should've been a lot better even for a to go order. I've given B dubs so many chances and they screwed up just about every time especially the store we go to. I think we're pretty much done with your brand and there will be plenty of bad reviews. read more

Dried up crappy over priced meatless wings. Why do I keep trying these wings ? I must live disappointment, or wasting my money. They are so loaded in sauce they just went way down hill over the years. They are very expensive and suck. Service is good ambiance is sports bar. It a good place to watch sports and drink beer but the wings are horrible lately read more

This venue is perfect for lunch. We go to get our fix of boneless wings a few times per month. While I like the fries they now have tater tots! they offer an excellent special for lunch for two that gives a ton of food for two and at a very fair price. This location is close to EMU college campus so there is a younger vibe. Don't forget the tvs on every wall and on multiple channels . Getting ready for March madness where we get our fix fo basketball games!! go Green MSU read more

Don't order from this restaurant. They got my order wrong -- twice -- and charged me for food they didn't provide, then would only offer in-store credit in return. I didn't want to drive there once, let alone twice. There are other wings out there, and more honest businesses. read more

We came on a Sunday night around 10 o'clock. The restaurant stays open till 11 on Sundays and they were doing their late night happy hour. Their late night happy hour includes queso and chips, guacamole and chips, pretzels and cheese. The appetizers were around 4 to 5 dollars which is a good deal. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food is OK. I feel overall the quality has gone down, but it's still good and I will be back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I am now a former employee at this location because I ordered a chocolate fudge cake (it was free since I was training) and became very sick the following night after eating it (vomiting and diarrhea). Since I had just started training, I tried not to make a big deal about it, other than asking to leave early during two training shifts because I wasn't feeling well and was handling food. The managers seemed to understand at the time. However, the manager later called me an hour before my next shift and fired me due to "repeated sickness," even though I explained multiple times that the illness came from eating a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream after my shift at this very location. Honestly, I'm not upset about being let go, because the work environment did not feel like a good fit. For example, the manager once stood on the counter (where to-go boxes are packaged ) with her shoes on in order to grab boxes from above expo and DID NOT wipe the area afterwards. I noticed there were no cameras in the kitchen and thought to myself that maybe that's why she felt comfortable doing it--because she wouldn't get caught. & something tells me that wasn't her or anyone else's first or last time doing that. Additionally, while not the dirtiest location I've seen, it was far from clean. There were excessive gnats in the kitchen (yes, it's summer, but this was extreme), to the point where ranch and bleu cheese containers had to be thrown out because gnats got stuck between the lids and the sauce during morning restocks. And this was all while I was still in training. So no, this was not the place for me. Getting sick during my very first days of training felt like a sign. Good luck to anyone who plans on working or eating here, it's truly at your own risk! read more

This franchise location is awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have ordered from here for years, sometimes they make mistakes. Frustrating. Fine. Last time we ordered several meals and they didn't include one (classic wrap with wedges). When I called to explain that I had not received my dinner and requested a refund, I was informed that despite this being their mistake, they do not issue refunds. Instead, your name is added to an alleged list? They offer no guarantee that your name is on the list for a replacement meal, they just expect you to trust this ridiculous process, despite the fact that they have already demonstrated their inability to fulfill your order. This is theft. I ordered through the website and did not receive what I paid for. Spend your money at one of the other locations in town. read more

Experienced my first racist interaction with a server. We were denied beer because of a Mexico VALID I.d. We have been customer for over 6 years and this has never happened. We decided to leave and as we were leaving the server had the nerve to say " it's good they left, they weren't going to tip me anyways." We were a party of 12+, they automatically take a good percentage tip out of the bill plus we always tip extra. Even one of the managers confirmed to the other manager Spencer about our loyalty and respect. It is a shame to what this company has come to. read more

Ordered takeout. Dry rub buffalo wings and fries. The fries were cold when I got back to my hotel across the road. I assume they were cold when I got them. The wings were ok. I should stop going to BWW. Never impressed or satisfied. Also they didn't give me napkins. read more

The service is reasonable. We went as vegetarians to meet some friends, but just as we were pulling in, we found out that they don't have ANY veggie items as all their items are fried in beef tallow. Including the cauliflower wings and potato items. So... just drinks for us. Not our scene, but also not even able to eat ANYTHING, which is novel. read more

I went here yesterday with my partner since they really enjoy BWWs. The food was decent but it was incredibly loud to the point I had to ask the waitress to repeat what she asked a few times because the yeeyee music was so overbearing. At some point I asked if the music could be turned down a bit and it was very slightly done. It was still difficult to converse with my partner and I just felt very uncomfortable and overwhelmed by how unnecessarily loud the music was. It wasn't until we were about to leave that someone turned off some main sound system and revealed that there was two different sound systems playing two different country sounds battling for dominance! No wonder I felt so overwhelmed. I don't think I'll be stopping in again. Not the relaxing Sunday lunch I had hoped for. read more

I haven't had good luck with this location. An example: Sitting next to a woman waiting for carry-out, another person passed in front of us and said "Good luck" to a guy he was chatting with in line. Didn't seem strange at the time, just idle chat. As the wait grew longer, the woman and I struck up a conversation about our difficulties with this location, wrong orders and long wait times specifically. My order came up first....and it was wrong. I stood at the counter and waited for them to correct, and just looked at the woman I was chatting with, smiled, and shrugged my shoulders. They brought out my order, and as I passed by the woman who was still sitting and waiting, without thinking I said "Good luck", and instantly thought back to the guy from earlier. My total wait time that day, including waiting for the correction, 45 minutes. And the staff was courteous at all times. read more

I usually like B dubs but the last time I tried to order I couldn't get the online ordering to work. I then called the place but they wouldn't take orders over the phone! They told me to download the app. Well, you know how that goes with having to set up an account and passwords... needless to say I didn't order from them. Good thing because the prices have gone way up and my two person order was going to be about $45.00. Opted for a pizza instead. read more

Food was fine. Service was absolutely terrible. Long wait times and attitudes from wait staff.

The service wasn't great and the food wasn't great. Out of 6 people, four of us had issues with our order.

This place is the worst. We stopped using GrubHub specifically because of THIS BWW. They take zero responsibility for totally messing up orders, but my husband decided to give them one more chance. They left out a side of cheese curds, a side of wedge fries, a side of regular fries, all the trimmings of my buffalo chicken wrap, and the buns from both of the burgers. It's not even worth angry eating this ridiculously screwed up order, "Checked by Taylor" - I hate giving bad reviews but sometimes it's necessary. When my husband goes in to order carry out, they usually mess up but he checks everything and gets them to fix the order. Can't do that with GrubHub and they clearly know it. read more

Wyatt was super attentive. He was quick to greet us and get our drinks and food. We wondered in at 11:00pm on a Thursday. It was relatively quite and not many tables occupied. I got the ultimate nachos with chicken. K got 6 boneless wings. All in all it was a pretty great experience. read more

What can be said that hasn't been said 1000x before. The beauty of Bdubs is you know going to any single one anywhere in the world you're getting the same thing: overpriced, super tiny, undersauced chunks of chicken deep fried into flavorless oblivion. Sure I didn't partake in any of it tonight, but it didn't matter. I the chunks of junk that my friends were shoving into their mouths and masticating for what seemed like an hour. Luckily they had $90 Cherry Wheat to wash them down with. Of course this issue is nothing to do with this location, it is a systemic issue involving the entire chain. And these type of restaurants want to know why no one goes to them anymore. The one bright spot of the experience was our waitress. She was friendly, attentive and on the ball. She deserves better than this. read more

We come here late night on weekends because it's not too far from the house, they have late hours and video trivia. The plus side is they will always give me a three dollar margarita on the rocks. Yep its mostly ice but it doesn't take much for me as I am a lightweight. I also am no margarita snob which is a good thing as it is obviously not top notch. The service is very hit or miss and regardless there always seems to be a big wait for your wings. I think it might be a scam to get me to down two more margaritas, I fall for it sometimes anyway. It makes the wait more fun for sure. The wings are the only thing to get in my opinion as they are consistently tasty, everything else is very meh. I like boneless ok but I prefer the real deal flats and drums. My sauces of choice are hot and asian zing. My husband always goes boneless with the honey BBQ, sometimes he gets some o rings too. Do not make the mistake of drinking anything like a margarita while you down your wings. Trust me asian zing, hot sauce and overly greened tequila are not a happy mix. Switch to water, beer or pop. Not bad at all but definitely saved for late night weekends when your definition of a good idea is different. read more

Never a wait. Food comes out quick and hot. Love them fries! Garlic parm wings are my favorite. Good selection of brews and plenty of sports on big screens to watch. I usually always go to this location! Some days it is really busy, but the food is always pretty good. We went in during the lions game which was fun. Our server paige, i believe was her name( blonde with cute lash extensions) was friendly. It took our food about 20-25 minutes, but once again they were BUSY. I order the new 5.99 classic chicken sandwich with potato wedges w cheese and bacon which was great. Many of my friends had order fries that were a little crunchy and over-cooked well as not having really dry wings, but it was all fixable. Overall we had a great time and rocked out with some good music at the bar! read more

The service was good, even on a busy football day. On the downside, if you're looking for a good sandwich, I would avoid the Po Boy w/shrimp. The menu pic has got to be the biggest contrast, compared to what I was served, that I've ever seen. And I know the menu pics are often amped up for appeal, but this tiny sandwich was ridiculously small, not to mention dry and missing the tomatoes, oh, and let's no forget being about 8 shrimp short of the photo. We needed some later evening food and since this was right next door to our hotel, we decided to order take out. We went into the restaurant to do that. I was a bit dismayed as to how busy the restaurant was. Sure looked to me like it was more like 50% capacity instead of the mandated 25% capacity. It was going to take 30 minutes for our sharable appetizer to be ready so we went back to the hotel. My husband walked over, picked up the food and brought it back to our room. Much to our dismay, there were no utensils for us to eat our loaded tater tots with. He had to go downstairs to the hotel breakfast area to get us forks. The tots were very good, but the lack of utensils was a big frustration. read more

We ordered online it was a joke, they forgot the wings... grub hub said not my problem, so I called the store. The manager almost laughed when he said that it wasn't his problem and that he wouldn't give me a refund for my missing wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm still dumbfounded that I paid over $60 for food and I got wet chips and cold pretzels with no chicken. Shit happens but the manager was a rude ass who laughed when I said I needed the food I paid for or a refund. The front staff is great the management just treats issues with their orders as not his problem. Eat here just don't order and if your food is wrong don't expect them to fix it or refund you for the food you didn't get. read more

Recently visited this location. Was particularly impressed with the work ethic of the bar tender who went above and beyond on her job function. At a time like this when everyone is on high alert due to the pandemic I watched her properly sanitize all tabletops and surfaces constantly with quat disinfectant. I wish more staff in the industry did 1/2 as a good a job as this worker did. It makes a difference when people care about what they do and those are the types of business I like to support and made sure to tip her well for doing a job above and beyond without her even realizing I noticed. read more

Solid BW3. The wings are very good with a large selection of sauces. The service is very attentive. There are 5,000 TVs on the walls where you can watch everything from NFL games to Zimbabwean Warthog Wrestling. Only thing they did not seem to have is trivia. There's something mysteriously satisfying about going into a wing place, wolfing down some wings, and beating anonymous drunk wing-wolfers in the building (and elsewhere in the country) in useless trivia. I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times recently, the first time, our food was fine but it took about 12-15 minutes to be greeted and take our drink order. The second time, expecting to have another long wait, I pulled out my phone and timed how long it took to be greeted, 18 minutes, and not even by our server a host came and took our drink order. By the time our server came over, it had been 27 minutes since we sat down. The 3rd time we were greeted and sat in a timely fashion, after about 15 minutes after placing our food order, someone came to our table and informed us that they were out of just about half of our order, and then added that the rest of our food was already made and waiting. This did not give us any time to change our order. You are better off driving the extra 10 minutes to the BWW down the road, then you are going to this one. read more
