This location is such a let down. We came in for the bottomless apps and it took nearly 3 hours to get get 3 rounds of appetizers. How does that happen? We sat there and waited... Waited longer.... This is the first time at a BWW in a very long time. It is a lot different from when they first opened in MI and I really miss the old menu but we had a decent time here. The kids like to hang out here with friends so we decided to come as a family. The server was very friendly but they seem very understaffed here. Not the fault of the business, it is tough but it does affect things like wait times and food temperature. We got some traditional wings, boneless wings, the steak tacos, and a chicken sandwich with tots. Their wings are good, I like the spicy garlic and the garlic parm sauces. I had their veggies and ranch. It was good, tiny portion of sauce. The boneless wings are very tasty and nice and crispy, but they are tiny for the money and were not hot, they were room temp. The orange chicken sauce was good with a bit of a kick on the traditional wings. The tacos were tiny, tasty, but not warm at all. The chicken sandwich was very crispy and good, loved the tots, very crispy. Some of the issues, it took forever to get the food, then the food was cold. The prices are high (average high) but the portions are tiny. Some pros, it is a fun and good place to go for families and friends. It is open late for this kids to hang out after school functions. I will probably be back. I like their sauces. Things I miss from years ago in case corporate reads this....I miss the ability to get a few wings at a time instead of six, and mix and match more variety of sauces. Well today I had a different issue and will just be taking my business elsewhere. We ordered the queso dip and added the guacamole for an additional $2 dollars. My waitress did NOT apologized, the manager did NOT apologize, no one even acknowledged the incident once the food with hair was taken away. It was pretty busy since it is March madness and we were surprisingly seated quickly, however we waited 20 min before someone even came to greet us and get our drink order. Then the wait for our food was 45 min. We were understanding with the wait since it was so busy but when we took a bite of our food we were super dissatisfied, the wings were a bit cold and they weren't crispy at all. They were just super soggy wings. The bathrooms also stunk like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. The service and food wasn't good at all. We won't be back here. read more

It's just the bartender doesn't want to go back and forth to the kitchen pickin up orders so my meal came a little warm. I know it's easier to make drinks and got tipped out from all the servers, but if it's your job than you do it. My suggestion to all is to sit at any table rather than the bar. This location used to be awesome but they have really let this place go! We walked in to no hostess and a sign that told us to seat ourselves. When we tried to seat ourselves we found 12 vacant tables that had not been cleaned and the place was a mess. We went to the bar side and passed another 5 dirty tables and finally found a high top that was clean. When we sat down we were immediately greeted by our waiter and he took our drink and appetizer order. The drinks came right away but the appetizer took way too long and was cold when it arrived. The waiter walked by three times before we could stop him to ask that the appetizer be replaced . He reordered it and it arrived quickly and hot. We then placed our order for wings which took too long to arrive and were cold on arrival. Overall I have to say we are very disappointed in this location, it used to be one of our favorite places to eat, now it's run down, understaffed and unacceptable. Long waits for food, be sure to go when you have hours between winter softball games at the dome. They are equipped with many TV's that can only have the channels changed by the manager. It really is hard to understand the amount of training it would take to teach employees to use a remote. I ordered Mango Habanero wings with blue cheese and celery. Received wings with ranch and no celery. Also ordered street tacos and fries and received tacos and chips. My daughter ordered chicken Caesar salad and received it without Caesar dressing.
