I haven't wrote a review in a while, but how crappy the people are here - I owe it to society to do so. My family (me, wife, 4 kids including an infant) and I just had a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We used to be big fans of this place. We had to deal with a terribly entitled, power-tripping, nasty lady (she claims to be the manager). Her name was Jenny. My wife went in with the kids first and she pretty much verbally attacked my wife over some questions she had about a wing deal. My wife even tried leveling with her and said hey, we're just trying to order and feed the kids. She made us feel very unwelcome, and she basically tried kicking me out the moment I walked into the restaurant. She already had it in for my family (people of color, immigrants to America). She came to the front door when I walked in, like she was the Buffalo mascot herself, saying that I can't even come in. She was rude to my parents too. I've never in my entire life experienced such poor service at any restaurant - EVER. I used to think 26 Mile Bdubs was better than the Hall Road location but WOW - they basically wanted to kick us out, a family of 2 parents, 4 little kids, 2 grandparents. That manager was a pathetic disgrace. They ruined our Saturday night, and they treated us like we were thugs. I think she was a White Liberal Racist - no joke. There is no way a good normal God fearing person would have treated a simple family trying to eat dinner like that. We will NEVER go to BDubs again. It's no wonder that all the other new wing places are better than them now and they are not even kind enough to want to host a family trying to eat. Terrible experience. Just came back from lunch at the 26 Mile location. Main reason for going there was to watch March Madness. Question: how can you be a sponsor of March Madness with national commercials and there is not one single tv on MM at the restaurant?? Next question: how can your manager when you ask to have a tv tuned to MM not know the difference between CBS and CBS Sports? Food quality is ok, and some of the waitstaff are really great either way a couple of exceptions. They recently got rid of all paper in the bathrooms for drying your hands in favor of air dryers. Breslin was our server tonight. We came in because of the .75 cent wing deal. We asked her if it was .75 cents for all the wings. She said yes, all the boneless wings were 75 cents no matter how many we got. So we decided to split 30 of them. Breslin asked us if we wanted ranch or blue cheese. I said no, my friend said SHE did. So after 20/30 minutes of waiting, our wings FINALLY come. Both our plates had 3 ranches, so SIX all together. Then, we get the bill and that's where it all went wrong. Both our receipts showed that we were charged for 4 ranches EACH. In total that's EIGHT ranches when I didn't even ask for ONE! Turns out the deal was .75 cents PER wing which was not clarified even after we asked Breslin. And then the cherry on top is when we were going to pay, she was standing over our table and watching how much we were tipping her. We went to watch the Bills playoff game...(people we went with go almost every week) and our table spent $400. 4 minutes left in the game and it's 31-34 and the manager removes the sound and puts it on another game!!! We ask to PLEASE put the sound back on - she would not because "she didn't want to" and we were literally left watching the game with no sound! Unfortunately, this Buffalo Wild Wings location seems to be worse than average. My family and I have visited this location three times, and each time we have encountered a problem. At our first visit, items were missing from our order. At our second visit, our upgraded items (substituted something instead of fries) was missed. At our third visit, our substituted items were again missed. It was frustrating to pay an additional amount for an item and not receive the item. While the food that we received tasted alright, we have yet to receive an accurate order. I do not recommend this location. read more

I used to come here in the past. I admit that I was impressed with the way they remodeled the location. The inside is much nicer. Another thing I was impressed by was the food. The wings ACTUALLY had sauce on them. In the past, they cheaped out and barely covered them. Although the wings were good, we ran into some issues. When our food came for four people, they only brought two ranch cups. My boyfriend and I specifically wanted two of our own. The lady that was not the server was nice enough to get some. My wings had good amount of sauce, but some pieces were tiny and hardened. They counted that as a piece. I counted and had 12 total, including the 3 really tiny hardened ones. I wasn't going to eat them all anyway, so I did not mind. The waiter... I'm not sure if he was just new or stressed out, but the ranch was not the only issue. He didn't come check on us as we waited for more water. My boyfriend got the blazin and mango habanero. He ran out of water fast. When we did finally ask, he brought my boyfriend one and didn't get me one (mine had barely any left). He then walked away and didn't refill another of our guests pepsi. We thought maybe he was just too busy. He eventually brought them. We were sitting for a while, waiting again to get boxes. He kept walking near, but too far for us to call. We tried to wave. He saw us just sitting. Finally, I got up and asked if we could get boxes. He brought the boxes and the bills. Again a mistake though. He brought us two of the same bill! Both said what my boyfriend and I got. My sister looked confused, but he already walked off so fast. She left her $100 bill and waited for him to return. I didn't put my card out yet because we wanted to get it fixed. He came back and she told him he mistakenly printed two of the same bill. She said that was our bill and he apologized. He walked off with her cash. He then came back with her new bill and left it there and took our card and bill. He didn't even hand her change back. He dissapeared for 10 minutes. He came back and my total then said $35 instead of the $24 that it was when I handed it to him. It showed that he charged my card that. Underneath, he even handed me back the receipt that said $24. I was so confused. He gave my sister the wrong change back, and accidentally made her pay my amount instead. He walked off. We waited to wave him down again. He seemed frustrated by this. He took both bills back with the cash and card. He dissapeared for another 10-15 minutes. He apologized. We are fast eaters. We usually like to get out of the way a lot. He didn't do it in a timely manner and made it seem like we were at fault for his mistake. I like that he did say sorry after, but it just seemed off. I mean I ordered a club soda with a lemon and the waitress asked me three times before she left the table what my drink was and then she brought me a club soda with a lemon and a lime because she said she couldn't remember what I wanted to drink! Our waitress came right over and was very polite and cheerful. She took our drink order and had no issues with my request for separate checks. She inputted our order in and brought us the timer for the countdown to the potential of free meals. We got our lunch before this came about. Both of our lunches were hot. I usually visit my boyfriend at work on his lunch break once a week and we have dinner together. We get sick of having the usual fast food so having Buffalo Wild Wings close and within driving distance is now a good option. I did online ordered and ordered us medium size traditional wings with chipotle BBQ dry rub and a basket of cheese curds. Both times I did online ordering, I ordered an hour in advance for 10:30PM pick up time. I was worried that the food would be done too early and would be soggy. The food was well done and nice and hot and crispy. We had enough napkins, silverware and wet naps. The restaurant itself has always been extremely busy when picking up my order and very loud. On two separate occasions this specific location has messed up my order and the bar tender always seemed like she has a chip on her shoulder or maybe a seniority complex (the idea that her seniority in a job can always protect her). I also dont know if it's the bar tender or the cooks but communication is lacking when you order 'buffalo hot' and 'medium' comes out and when you ask for 'carrots' and 'celery' comes out I also know that traditional wings aren't meant to have a lot of meat on them but there was barely any on them and their boneless are so caked in batter I wonder if there's any chicken there. read more

Me and my brother in on tuesday april 30th around 10:30, we were with my grandma whos sick in the hospital so we hadn't eat nothing all day and we settled on B-dubs. We sat ourselves in the booths on the left side in the back, our disgusting, rude, unprofessional waitress comes up to us in a very aggressive manner saying "the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes if your gonna order can you do it now." Me and my brother already knew what we wanted 20 traditional wings so we placed it right away, she grabs our drinks and slams them on the table, walked to the bar and explains to a coworker or maybe a customer we couldn't tell, but how we are, "fucking idiots who ordered 20 traditional wings right before close" how she has to, "wake up at 7 in the morning." Extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Went for lunch with my fiancée on 02/21/2021. Sign at the receptionist podium said "please seat yourself." Found a booth and table available in the dining area, but someone else beat us to those. We waited for two tables in the dining area to be cleaned for almost 10 minutes. Many employees walked past us, but no one acknowledged us. The only tables available were (2) 6-tops. We figured we would sit on the end of one in case they needed to sit someone else on the other end. Shortly after, a server came over and rudely told us we couldn't sit there because they couldn't sit those tables (although the sign said to "seat yourself," there were chairs at those tables, and there was a sign on the table stating that it had been sanitized and ready for use). She said there were tables available in the dining area (there wasn't) then told us to go wait up front (as if we didn't do this already). Ended up leaving and found another restaurant. Didn't catch the server's name, but she had pinkish hair. Very disappointing considering we went here weekly/bi-weekly pre-covid and always had excellent service. read more

Returned them and got a steak and cheese, although i told the manager it was fine when he asked it wasn't. The meat just has a weird taste. I have been to many different B-Dubs locations and this one was basically average just like the rest. Our server was very friendly, but she was also very slow. Every request or refill took about 10-12 minutes to complete. We started with fried pickles which seem to always be good here. We were in the mood for some lighter fare today so went with grilled chicken Caesar salads and sides of fries. I have never had a Caesar at BWW before and I never will again. The dressing doesn't taste like a Caesar dressing at all. Not what I was expecting. The fries tasted very old which I don't understand since the food took its time finding us. The savior of the visit was $5 pitchers of Bud Light which was our second choice because they were out of PBR. All in all not impressed this time. read more
